        변환된 자기회귀이동평균 모형에서의 예측구간추정

        One of main aspects of time series analysis is to forecast future values of series based on values up to a given time. The prediction interval for future values is usually obtained under the normality assumption. When the assumption is seriously violated, a transformation of data may permit the valid use of the normal theory. We investigate the prediction problem for future values in the original scale when transformations are applied in ARMA models. In this paper, we introduce the methodology based on Yeo-Johnson transformation to solve the problem of skewed data whose modelling is relatively difficult in the analysis of time series. Simulation studies show that the coverage probabilities of proposed intervals are closer to the nominal level than those of usual intervals.

        이상화 문학에 나타난 시적 상상력의 근원 연구

        Untill now, the study on Lee Sang-hwa’s literature has been done very widely. Most rearchess have been done in the point of view of symbolism, romanticism, or nationalism. But, through these views, we couldn't find the basic thoughts of his Literature. There are immanent transcendence in the origin of his Literature and his own ideas. Therefor, at this thesis, we found that the origin of poetic imagination in Lee Sang-hwa’s literature is based on the oriental and traditional thoughts. Especially, when we searched Lee Sang-hwa’s biography, we found that he was related to the people who had Chondo-kyo belief. Such thoughts appeared his literary theory or in his prototypes. His literary criticism and poetry reveal the color of Korean folk faith, Shamanism and Donghak's succession. In his poetry text, the words such as 'heaven', 'spirit', 'sword' and 'cave' are frequently used. And these words are used to reveal the aspects of 'Immanent transcendence' observed wholy. This aspect can not be clarified in the existing discourse and is only explained within the horizon of the traditional thoughts. This study enables us to confirm that Lee-Sanghwa has built his own poetry system on the basis of traditional philosophy which is not influenced by the currents in the various ideal flows of the 1920s. In addition, it has a significance in that it can broaden the horizon of the new interpretation in reading the Lee-Sanghwa’s literature.

      • 인지갈등 상황에서 초등학교 예비교사와 현직교사가 나타내는 증발과 응축에 관한 인식

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and categorize the conceptions of in-service and pre-service elementary teachers regarding the natural phenomena related to the concepts of evaluation and condensation, which occur in our daily lives. The study further attempts to determine the difficulties that they may have in understanding these concepts and to evaluate the level of their understanding of phenomena related these concepts. To this purpose, an open-ended written questionnaire was conducted on 78 students of Inchon National University of Education and 42 elementary teachers in Korea. The results showed that the level of understanding of the concepts of evaluation and condensation between pre-service and in-service elementary teachers were similar. Most of them did not hold the concept of saturated vapor and had little understanding of the conversation at equilibrium and below boiling point. And they revealed various private perceptions of evaporation and condensation in cognitive conflict situation. The findings and educational implication obtained from this research are expected to provide useful references for elementary teacher preparation and reeducation. 본 연구는 인지 갈등을 많이 유발하는 증발과 응축 현상에서 초등학교 예비교사와 현직 교사가 나타내는 증발과 응축의 개념을 조사하고, 이들 개념의 이해 수준을 평가할 목적으로 78명의 교육대학교 학생과 42명의 현직 교사를 대상으로 설문 검사를 실시하였다. 예비 교사와 현직 교사의 증발과 응축에 대한 개념의 이해 수준은 비슷하였으나, 공기 중의 수증기의 포화 상태와 포화 수증기량의 변화에 대한 이해가 부족하고, 끓는점과 끓는점 아래에서의 수증기의 상태 변화에 대한 이해에 어려움을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 인지 갈등을 유발하는 친숙하지 않은 상황에서는 개인적인 다양한 대안 개념을 보여 주었다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 결과와 교육적 시사점은 교사 양성과 재교육을 위한 교육과정에 유용한 기준을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

      • 교외지역에서 토양 중 PBDEs 종별 농도 특성

        Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) was measured in soil samples of Ansung in Kyonggi-province to investigate concentration characteristics of PBDEs. Total concentration of PBDE were 2,205.3 pg/g dry weight (DW) in soil sample. BDE-209 showed as the most abundant congener in soil samples which was related to imported amount and usage amount of deca-BDE technical mixture in Korea. Also, BDE-99, BDE-47, BDE-100 deposition in soil sample was higher than other congeners and was related to the imported and usage amount reported for penta-BDE technical mixture in Korea. Correlation coefficient between PBDE contribution and technical mixture formulation(Bromokal 70-5DE) were significant(r=0.91, p<0.01) which suggests the influence of sources in this technical mixtures.

      • 6주간 유산소 운동 트레이닝이 심장 질환자들의 운동수행능력과 혈액 생화학 성분에 미치는 영향

        Seven male patients with heart diseases, over 50.6 years old, were randomly selected for this study. They received 6 week aerobic exercise with 60% maximum heart rate at 2 or 3 times a week. ECG was measured during exercise, and blood sample was taken before and after exercise. The conclusions of this study are the followings. 1) Mean exercise durations were 1317±2:11 min, 9:58±1:36 min, 10:39±2:21 min at pre phase, middle phase, and post phase, respectively. The mean exercise duration was significantly decreased during training(p<0.001) and after training(p<0.05). 2) LDL-cholesterol was decreased from 116.14±27.63 mg/dl to 104.42±36.78 mg/dl after training(p<0.05). 3) MCV was significantly decreased from 93.14±3.32fl to 89.72±3.16fl after training(p<0.01). In conclusion, 6 week aerobic exercise decreased the diastolic blood pressure, metabolism index, exercise duration and LDL-cholesterol among male patients with heart disease.

      • 野生담배(Nicotiana glauca) Callus의 生長과 葉綠素形成에 미치는 Pnytohormone, Sucrose 및 光度의 影響

        To establish a basis of a photoautotrophic culture, effects of phytohormones, sucrose, and light intensity on growth and chlorophyll foundation of callus were investigated. The callus was induced from the leaf explants of a wild tobacco(Nicotiana glauca Graham) on the MS medium supplemented with 1.0 ㎎/ℓof 2,4-D. Growth of them was arrived at logistic phase for 16 days of culsure which exhibited growth rate of 187.5 mg per day, and arrived at early stationary phase for 28 days. Both NAA in auxins and kinetin in cytokinins known to be effective chlorophyll formation were used as phytohormone. Callus growth and chlorphyll formation were the most effective at the combination of 0.1 ㎎/ℓof NAA and 1.0 ㎎/ℓof kinetin. And chlorophyll a/b was increased according to the increase of the concentration of kinetin. Callus growth was enhanced according to the increase of the concentration of sucrose in the cases supplemented with 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 % sucrose respectively to the above medium, but did not make a difference in the cases supplemented with 3.0% and 4.0% sucrose respectively to it. However, chlorophyll formation was not affected by the sucrose concentration in the medium but associated with growth rates of callus in media with various sucrose levels(r=0.89**). On the other hand, the increase in light intensity from 2,000 through 5,000 to 10,000ux stimulated callus growth and chlorophyll formation. Chlorophyll a/b was also enhanced according to the increase of light intensity. However, soluble protein contents of callus were decreased according to growth phase of callus.
