양양은 대표적인 유림(儒林) 고을로, 3.1만세운동의 성지(聖地)이다. 만세운동의 성지가 된 것은 오랜 역사와 문화에서 찾아 볼 수 있다. 역사적으로 고찰해 보면, 양양은 삼국시대 화랑들의 중심수련장이었고, 불교의 성지로 一心을 통해 역경을 극복하였던 공동체 의식에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 양양 만세운동은 우리나라 어느 지역보다도 그 규모가 크고 격렬하였고, 3.1만세운동의 정신을 보여준 진수였다. 종교와 신구세력의 이해와 관계 없이 군민이 하나 되어 새로운 역사를 만들었던 만세운동은 민족의 자긍심과 양양인의 정신이다. Yang-yang was a typical Confucian society, known as a sacred place of The March 1 Independence Movement, which can be found in history and culture. In a historical aspect, Yang-yang was a training center of the code of Silla Hwarangdo during the epoch of the three Kingdoms and a sacred place of Buddhism, one of whose philosophy is il-sim(一心), which encourages the sense of community, serving for overcoming hardship in the country. These kinds of cultural spirit affected Korean Independence Movement. The Independence Movement in Yang-yang was big and intense, showing the essence of The March 1 Independence Movement in Yang-yang. Without any clash between religion, old and new generations, that the united residents participated in The March 1 Independence Movement showed national pride and became the cornerstone of Yang-yang’s spirit.

The purpose of this paper aims to look into major contents of Ahn Seok-kyung’s study on The Book of Odes and characteristics in Ahn Seok-kyung’s explanation methods of The Book of Odes through Ahn Seok-kyung’s examination of Ji-moon(識聞).Shi-zhuan(詩傳). In the main subject, following study progressed. First of all, Ahn Seok-kyung’s recognition of Confucian classic and sentences & composition and contents of Ji-moon(識聞).Shi-zhuan(詩傳) were summarized. Then, a view, etc. of reverence of Zhu-xi(朱熹)’s notes, affirmation of Yinshishuo(淫詩說) etc. were confirmed. Also, through consideration of explanation methods of The Book of Odes, this paper described that Ji-moon(識聞).Shi-zhuan(詩傳) are manuals written by positively utilizing rhetorical methods. The largest characteristics that can be found from Ji-moon(識聞). Shi-zhuan(詩傳) are that those scriptures positively utilized rhetorical methodologies. There can be great significance in the history of Confucian classic in that new study methods on Confucian classic were used.
Calabi-Yau Manifolds, Hermitian Yang-Mills Instantons, and Mirror Symmetry

<P>We address the issue of why Calabi-Yau manifolds exist with a mirror pair. We observe that the irreducible spinor representation of the Lorentz group Spin(6) requires us to consider the vector spaces of two forms and four forms on an equal footing. The doubling of the two-form vector space due to the Hodge duality doubles the variety of six-dimensional spin manifolds. We explore how the doubling is related to the mirror symmetry of Calabi-Yau manifolds. Via the gauge theory formulation of six-dimensional Riemannian manifolds, we show that the curvature tensor of a Calabi-Yau manifold satisfies the Hermitian Yang-Mills equations on the Calabi-Yau manifold. Therefore, the mirror symmetry of Calabi-Yau manifolds can be recast as the mirror pair of Hermitian Yang-Mills instantons. We discuss the mirror symmetry from the gauge theory perspective.</P>

Background: Various types of miniplates have been developed and used for the reduction of facial bone fractures. We introduced Yang's Keyhole (YK) plate, and reported on its short-term stability. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term stability of the YK plate, as a follow-up study, by examining the patients who had used the YK plate among the patients with the reduction of mandible fractures and who visited for plate removal. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 16 patients who underwent mandibular fracture fixation using a YK plate (group I) and 17 patients who underwent mandibular fracture fixation using a conventional plate (group II). Assessment was then made on malunion, occlusal stability, discomfort during the application, and clinical symptoms. Results: From January 2015 to December 2017, a total of 36 patients underwent mandibular fracture surgery using a YK plate. A total of 16 patients received plate removal. Among them, 15 were male and 1 female. The average age was 26 years. The applied surgical sites were the 12 on mandibular angle, 4 on mandibular symphysis, and 2 on subcondyle. The application period of YK plate was an average of 335 days. During the same period, 45 people underwent surgery on the conventional plate. A total of 17 patients received plate removal. Among them, 15 were male and 2 females. The average age was 36 years. The applied surgical sites were the 8 on mandibular angle, 4 on mandibular symphysis, and 2 on subcondyle. The application period of the conventional plate was an average of 349 days. No malocclusion occurred at the time of removal, and occlusion was stable. No patient complained of joint disease or discomfort. Conclusion: The YK plate system, in which the screw was first inserted and the plate was applied, for clinical convenience did not cause any particular problem and no significant difference from the conventional plate.
Overexpression of Zoysia ZjCIGR1 gene confers cold stress resistance to zoysiagrass

Zoysia japonica Steud. is a warm-season lawn grass popular in Korea and elsewhere. They are cultivated in many places such as river banks, roadside, and play grounds. However, there still is a disadvantage of frequent mowing, and the grass grows poorly under the chilly conditions. To develop a grass variety that circumvents these drawbacks, we cloned the chitininducible gibberellins-responsive1 gene (CIGR1) from zoysiagrass. The full length of the ZjCIGR1 (Zj; Zoysia japonica Steud.) gene was obtained by 5′/3′ RACE PCR and the phylogenetic tree showed that it belonged to the CIGR1-subgroup in the PAT1-group of GRAS protein family. Expression of the ZjCIGR1 in wild-type plants was confirmed in roots, meristems, leaves, and flowers, especially high in the flowers. The transgenic zoysiagrass was confirmed by PCR using gene-specific primers, phosphinothricin-acetyl-transferase (PAT) strip test, and Southern blot analysis. ZjCIGR1-overexpressing plants acquired tolerance to cold stress displaying morphological phenotypes characteristic of stress resistance. In addition, in the transformants, expression of the ZjCIGR1 as well as cold-regulated (COR) gene was increased compared to the wild-type plants under cold stress condition. These results suggest that ZjCIGR1 gene is an important candidate for regulating cold stress resistance.
MgCl₂溶液內에서 STS 304 HP Stainless Steel 熔接部의 破壞擧動에 對한 硏究

This paper is based on an experiment analysing the stress corrosion cracking behaviour of welding specimens compared to that of non-welding specimens of STS 304 HP stainless steel in corrosion solution. As a corrosion condition, stainless steel has been known to be the most fragile in a solution of 42% MgCl₂heated to the boiling point, therefore the experiment was carried out in this condition. The experiment was carried out with argon gas TIG welding specimens and non-welding ones made of stainless steel plates, thickness 2mm, by tensile force. At this time, the tensile force was taken to be the value of the yield strength of the tensile test specimens divided by the safety factor of 3.0 to 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0. In this paper, the relations between Time of Initial Crack, Time of Failure, Time of Final Fracture and Crack Propagation Length were investigated and then plotted. Furthermore, the relations between Stress Intensity Factor K proposed by Irwin and the Time of Initial Crack, the Time of Failure, the Time of Final Fracture were calculated and plotted. At the last, all the relations plotted were expressed to normal equations by computer, and the equations were used to analyse the data obtained in the experiment. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows: 1. Welding materials, compared with non-welding ones, as the Time of Initial Crack, the Time of Failure, and the Time of Final Fracture were generally very fast, appeared to be a phenomenon of unstable brittleness fracture. 2. Non-welding materials, compared with welding ones, as the safety factor was larger or the working stress was smaller, appeared to be a phenomenon that the longer had had greater durability. Therefor, welding materials must be considered enough to be used in heate affected and stress corrosion atmosphere. 3. The normal equations of the Time of Initial Crack and the variation rate to the same Stress Intensity Factor K are as follows: (A) Non-welding T =259702.4-5451.2 K+28.386 K² T = -5451.2+28.386 K (B) Welding T= -332.693+28.043 K-0.211 K² T' =28.043-0.211 K here, T; Time of Initial Crack, T'; Variation Rate of Time of Initial Crack to Stress Intensity Factor K, K ; Stress Intensity Factor.
군매장의 효율적 POS시스템 운영방안에 관한 실증적 연구 : 공군과 해군의 매장관리 시스템을 중심으로

POS 시스템은 광범위한 적용대상을 가지고 있다. POS 시스템은 편의점이나 백화점과 같은 유통업체로부터 활용되기 시작하였으나 판매정보 이외에 기존 수집 자료를 기초로 상품정보와 재고관리, 수발주에 따른 물류관리, 고객관리, 인사관리에 이르기까지 종합적인 정보를 제공하는 시스템으로 발전되어 나감으로써 제조업체뿐만 아니라 공공기관에 까지 활용되고 있으며 기업의 통합적인 물류관리를 위하여 필수불가결한 시스템으로 자리잡고 있다. 본 연구는 군에서의 효율적인 POS 시스템의 운영방안을 살펴보려 한다. 영리기업이 POS 시스템을 활용하여 정보를 신속, 정확하게 처리함으로써 고객 만족 또는 이윤추구목적은 달성할 수 있었다면 군도 특정영역에서 조직 목표를 달성하는데 POS 시스템을 유용하게 유효한 성과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. POS system was initially introduced to some leading circulation businesses such as CVS or department stores. Since then POS system has been developing into an integral information system, enlarging its range of application - from basic data collection to product information; inventory management; customer service; and personnel management. As circulation companies struggle to get more competitive edge, the number of companies that make strategic use of the secured information is soaring. In pace with the era of information revolution, military organizations have introduced POS system to some daily sales process at BX shops. Since the POS system will surely increase work efficiency, my suggestion, based on the survey, is that the navy should adopt POS system in its BX management. For better results to its full potential, POS system should be designed and implemented in consideration of various demands from relevant departments. Lastly, some measures should be arranged in order to maximize its benefits.

In the modern theory of organization, motivation, which is connected closely with individuality, as a basic factor of organizational research, is an important object for study. Especially, among the current problems are the productivity and maximization of goal accomplishment within organization. According to the researches in recent, performance in organizational productivity has some co-relation between the two factors ; ability and motivation as follows ; performance=f (ability ×motivation) And now we can recognize that motivation in a organization has a close connection with the effectiveness. The study of motivation is an essential way of understanding human behavior, and various theories on motivation can be divided into content theory and process theory. Content theories of individual motivation focus on the question of what it is that energizes, arouses, or starts behavior. The answers to this question have been provided by various motivational theorists in their discussion of the concepts of needs or motives that drive people and the incentives that cause them to behave in a particular manner. A need or motive is considered to be an internal quality to the individual. Incentives, on the other hand, are external aspects associated with the goal or end result the person hopes to achieve through his or her actions. The three most publicized and researched content theories of motivation are Maslow's need hierarchy, Herzberg's two-factor theory, and Alderfer's ERG theory. The content theories of motivation provided managers with a better understanding of the particular work-related factors that arouse employees to motivated behavior. These theories, however,provided little understanding of why people choose a particular behavioral pattern to accomplish work goals. This choice aspect is the objective of what we have termed process theories. The three major process theories of motivation are Vroom's expectancy theory, Porter & Lawler's performance satisfaction theory, and Adams' equity theory. It is necessary that manager should understand the content theories and the process theories of motivation in order to motivate his employee toward the organizational goal.

본 논문은 고압 커패시터의 고장분석과 신뢰성 예측 결과를 다루고 있다. 부품의 수명과 고장률을 예측하기 위해서 두 가지 방법으로 고장 모드와 고장 메커니즘을 연구하였다. 에폭시 수지로 성형된 고압 커패시터가 절연내압 시험 하에서 저항이 제로로 되는 고장에 대하여, 근본원인 고장분석 체계를 효과적으로 수립함으로써 고장 메커니즘의 원인을 분석하였다. 특히 세라믹-에폭시 계면에서의 절연파괴 고장 현상이 강조되었으며, 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과의 타당성은 마그네트론에 장착된 고압 커패시터의 열사이클 시험 수행에 의한 가속시험 결과로부터 입증되었다. 시험 결과들은 결함이 있는 로트를 신속히 규명하고 B10수명을 결정하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 유전체의 절연파괴에 대해서 부하-강도 간섭모델을 이용하여 고장률을 예측하였다. This paper presents a result of failure analysis and reliability evaluation for high voltage ceramic capacitors. The failure modes and failure mechanisms were studied in two ways in order to estimate component life and failure rate. The causes of failure mechanisms for zero resistance phenomena under withstanding voltage test in high voltage ceramic capacitors molded by epoxy resin were studied y establishing an effective root cause failure analysis. Particular emphasis was placed on breakdown phenomena at the ceramic-epoxy interface. The validity of the results in this study was confirmed by the results of accelerated testing. Thermal cycling test for high voltage ceramic capacitor mounted on a magnetron were implemented. Delamination between ceramic and epoxy, which might cause electrical short in underlying circuitry, can occur during curing or thermal cycle. The results can be conveniently used to quickly identify defective lots, determine B10 life estimation each lot at the level of inspection, and detect major changes in the vendors processes. Also, thd condition for dielectric breakdown was investigated for the estimation of failure rate with load-strength interference model.
