여러 입력 여러 출력 시스템에서 쓰는 복호 방식인 공 복호기는 깊이를 먼저 탐색하는 가장 비슷함 복호 방식이다. 이 논문에서는 너비를 먼저 탐색하는 방법을 바탕으로, 여러 입력 여러 출력 시스템에 알맞은 새로운 가장 비슷함 복호기를 제안한다. 제안한 복호기는 가장 비슷함 검파기와 비트 오류율이 같으며 공 복호기보다 계산량이 꽤 적다는 것을 모의실험으로 보인다. The sphere decoder (SD) has recently been proposed to perform maximum likelihood (ML) decoding for multi-input multi-output systems. Employing a 'breadth-first' searching algorithm for closet points in a lattice, we propose a novel ML decoding scheme for multi-input multi-output systems. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has the same bit error rate performance as the conventional ML decoders while allowing significantly lower computational burden than the SD.

Purpose: To evaluate the incidence and examine the development of oculocardiac reflex during ptosis operation under local anesthesia. Methods: Twenty-eight patients (52 eyes) who underwent ptosis operation under local anesthesia participated in this prospective study. We examined the change of heart rate. We also investigated the incidence of oculocardiac reflex and analyzed factors associated with it. Results: The mean preoperative heart rate was 76.06±11.24 beats/min. During local anesthetic injection, skin incision, traction of the central fat pad, traction of the medial fat pad, traction of the levator palpebrae muscle, the mean heart rates were 74.81±12.64 beats/min, 74.73±12.20 beats/min, 73.63±11.73 beats/min, 73.35±12.24 beats/min, 71.44±11.93 beats/min respectively. Hence, the mean heart rate decreased during each successive part of the operation. The oculocardiac reflex was positive in 24 (46.2%) of 52 eyes. There was no significant difference between the incidence of oculocardiac reflex in males and females. The incidence of oculocardiac reflex was highest during traction of the levator palpebrae muscle. Conclusions: During ptosis operation under local anesthesia, oculocardiac reflex can occur. Gentle manipulation of surgical tissues and cardiac monitoring is needed to prevent side effects from oculocardiac reflex.

Effects of repeated treatment with butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) on the induction of glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) and teratogenicity of cyclophosphamide were investigated in rats.<br/> Pregnant rats were orally treated with BHA (50 mg/kg) for 7 days, from days 6 to 12 of gestation, and intraperitoneally challenged with cyclophosphamide (15 mg/kg) 2 hr after the final treatment. On day 20 of gestation, the maternal and fetal abnormalities were examined. Separately, a part of rats was sacrificed for the assay of hepatic and placental GSTs activities on day 12 of gestation following 7-day treatment with BHA. Cyclophosphamide, administered on day 12 of gestation, induced 43.2% of fetal death and resorption, and 100% of malformations in live fetuses, in contrast to low fetal resorption (8.7%) and malformations (8%) in control group. The malformations include cranial defect and exencephaly<br/> (100%), micrognathia and tongue extrusion (100%), limb defects (40%), renal pelvic dilatation (39%), and cleft palate (15%). Interestingly, BHA induced GSTs activities by 62% and 46% over<br/> the control in liver and placenta, respectively, and remarkably reduced the fetal resorption (13.9%) and malformations, resulting in 62% of cranial defect and exencephaly, 68% of micrognathia and<br/> tongue extrusion, 29% of limb defects, and 14% of renal pelvic dilatation. Taken together, it is suggested that a long-term pretreatment with BHA could substantially prevent fetuses from abortion and malformations following intrauterine exposure to teratogens including cyclophosphamide by inducing phase Ⅱantioxidant enzymes such as GSTs.

이 논문에서는 수신 다양성을 쓰는 인지 무선통신에 알맞은 새로운 주파수 검출 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 일반화된 비슷함비 검정 검파기와 비선형 다양성 결합 기법을 바탕으로 둔 바, 충격성 환경에서도 주파수 검출 성능이 꽤 뛰어나다. 제안한 주파수 검출 기법이 이제껏 널리 쓰이던 주파수 검출 기법들보다 검출 성능이 안정적이며 특히 충격성 환경에서 성능이 뛰어나다는 것을 이론적인 분석과 모의실험으로 보인다. In this paper, we propose a class of spectrum sensing schemes for cognitive radio with receive diversity. By considering the generalized likelihood ratio test detector in each branch and exploiting non-linear diversity combining strategy, the proposed scheme exhibits reasonable performance for spectrum sensing even in the environment of heavier-tailed noise. From the results of analysis and computer simulations, it is observed that the proposed scheme provides significant performance gain and performance stability over the conventional schemes, especially in impulsive noise environment.
가미소요산의 2.5시간 간격 7일 반복 병용 투여가 tamoxifen의 약물동력학에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study aims to elucidate the possible effects on the pharmacokinetics (PK) of tamoxifen after 7-day repeated oral co-administration of Gamisoyo-san (GMSYS) with 2.5 hr-intervals, as a process of the comprehensive and integrative medicine, combination therapy of tamoxifen with GMSYS to achieve synergic pharmacodynamics and reduce toxicity in breast cancer patients. Materials and methods : Two point five hrs after treatment of tamoxifen 50 mg/kg, GMSYS 100 mg/kg was administered, once a day for 7 days. In tamoxifen single treated rats, 50 mg/kg of tamoxifen was orally administered and 2.5 hrs after treatment, distilled water 5 ml/kg was orally administered, instead of GMSYS solutions. The plasma were collected at 30 min before administration, 30 min, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 24 hrs after end of last 7th tamoxifen treatment, and plasma concentrations of tamoxifen were analyzed using liquid chromatographic and mass-spectroscopic system. PK of tamoxifen (Tmax, Cmax, AUC, ti/2 and MRT<sub>inf</sub>) after co-administration of GMSYS 100 mg/kg and tamoxifen 50 mg/kg, was analysis as compared with tamoxifen single administered rats using noncompartmental PK data analyzer programs. Each tamoxifen or GMSYS was orally administered, in a volume of 5 m/kg, dissolved in distilled water, once a day for 7 days. Results : GMSYS did not influence on the plasma concentrations of tamoxifen as compared with tamoxifen single treated rats and accordingly, no significant changes on the pharmacokinetics profiles, Tmax, Cmax, AUC, t<sub>1/2</sub> and MRT<sub>inf</sub> were observed as compared with tamoxifen single treated rats, when tamoxifen 50 mg/kg and GMSYS 100 mg/kg 2.5 hr-interval co-administered, once aday for 7 days. Conclusion : Based on the results, co-administration of GMSYS with 2.5 hr-intervals did not critically influenced on the absorption and excretion of tamoxifen, the oral bioavailability. Hence, 2.5 hr-interval co-administration is considered as suitable regime of GMSYS and tamoxifen to achieve synergic pharmacodynamics and reduce toxicity for breast cancer patients as comprehensive and integrative therapy, and further pharmacodynamic studies should be conducted along with tamoxifen and GMSYS 2.5 hr-interval co-administration.
