        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        계획 신도시 물 사용량 및 이용 패턴 추정

        Recently, due to the water shortage by urbanization, industrialization, and climate change, the importance of efficient water resources management is increasing. In particular, when it comes to a planned new town whose development is in progress, the researches on the estimation of the water demand and the water usage patterns are essential for the risk assessment of regional water shortage. In this study, targeting an Youngjong Island, which is in lack of internal water resource owing to the high reliance on external water supply through subbed pipeline and the island characteristics, the amount of water consumption and the water usage pattern in every five years from 2015 to 2030 were estimated in terms of seasonal and hourly basis. At the final objective year 2030, the daily maximum demand of water for living was about 57,000 m3/day, which was approximately 7.4 times higher than that of 2015. Despite of the decrease of the estimated water demand in lpcd (liter per capita day) in 2030, the population increases corresponding to 7.7 times compared with 2015 mainly influenced the increment. The analysis by time-series data at Incheon Airport Region revealed that the water consumption in summer was highest while that of spring was lowest. This was closely related with variation of the number of visitor according to the season change. In addition, the estimation of the water usage pattern in Haneul City, in which most of the population in Youngjong Island is expected to reside, showed that the seasonal water consumption ranked in order of summer, spring, fall, and winter. Further studies are planned to provide the facility invest model that can ensure sustainable and economic water supply under higher water consumption demand.

        Central diabetes insipidus (DI) is a syndrome characterized by thirst, polydipsia and polyuria. Langerhans cell histiocytosis is one of the etiologies of DI. Recently we experienced a central DI associated with Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The 44 years old female patient complained right hip pain polydipsia and polyuria. We carried out water deprivation test. After vasopressin injection, urine osmotic pressure was increased form 109mOsmol/Kg to 327mOsmol/Kg (300%). Brain MRI showed a thickened pituitary stalk and at hot bone CT.CT guided biopsy revealed abnormal histiocytes proliferation and abundant lymphocytes, The final diagnosis was central DI associated with systemic Langerhans cell histiocytosis invading hip bone, L-spine and pituitary stalk. Desmopressin and etoposide chemotherapy were performed to the patient.

        Recently, The construction field in the urban area is short of working space and securing processing place because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads and have difficulties in rising labor costs. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. Therefore, Construction Manager find many alternative method and select industrialized method. The objective of this paper is to develop and give a method of information visualization system for manufacturing, delivering and lifting these materials in construction project stakeholders, using tools visualizing informations. The tools supports to stakeholders so many informations in material manufacturing, delivering, lifting in construction site. That is, order information, manufacture information in factory, sending information, carrying information, unloading and lifting in Site, and so on. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

      • 신체적성 운동 프로그램의 참여가 성장기 아동의 체력 및 형태적 요인에 미치는 영향

        This study has analyzed the relativity between the physical constitution and strength by comparatively analyzing the difference between the group of 59 male and female infants which has been participating at the periodical physical aptitude program and the one of 59 male and female infants which has been taking part at art program in order to examine the effect of physical aptitude program to the physical constitution and strength. The following conclusions have been reached under the above analyzed results: 1. In the comparison of physical constitution between the group received the physical exercise and the one not received the exercise has shown that both the height and breast of the male infants showed significant difference by(p<.01) in height and(p<.05) in the breast while very high significant difference in height by (p<.001) of the female infants. This analysis has shown that the group of having exercised showed high. 2. In the comparison of physical strength, the boy infants showed very high difference in V- sitting and 25meter run by(p<.001) that the exercised group showed good records while the female infants very high significant difference in standing up and sitting by (p<.01), in 25 meter run significant difference was appeared by (p<.05) and significant high difference in round run by (p<.001). It gives us the information that the more they have exercised the better they got the records. 3. The relativity between the male and female infants in physical constitution and strength, there appeared high relativity in the height, the standing broad jump by (p<.05), in 25 meter run (p<.01), round run (p<.001) and in the weight, rising and sitting (p<.05), round run (p<.05) and in the breast, 25 meter run (p<.01) and round run (p<.01) and in sitting height, the balancing with one leg (p<.05). Other events showed no relativity.

        서비스직 근로자의 감정 노동과 우울 수준

        목적 : 본 연구는 조직의 규범화된 감정표현 규칙을 통해 감정 노동을 수행하는 서비스직 근로자들과 감정노동을 수행하지 않는 근로자들 대상으로 우울 수준의 정도를 비교하고, 감정 노동이 우울 수준과 어떠한 관련성을 보이는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 방법 : 서울의 백화점, 호텔, 외식업체에서 대면접객 서비스를 수행하는 331명의 감정 노동군과 서울의 한 공공기관의 사무직 근로자 90명, 인천의 한 전자제품 조립공장의 생산직 근로자 60명의 총 150명의 비감정 노동군을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 직무 긴장도 및 직업불안정성, 직무만족도, 감정 노동, 우울 수준을 측정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과 : 첫째, 감정 노동군이 비감정 노동군에 비해 직업불안정성과 우울 수준이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았으며, 직무만족도와 직무요구도, 직무자율성은 비감정 노동군에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 둘째, 감정 노동군에서 우울 수준은 직무요구도, 직업불안정성과 양의 상관관계를 보였고 직무자율성, 직무만족도와는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 감정노동정도는 직무요구도와 우울 수준간에는 양의 상관관계가, 직무자율성 및 직무만족도와는 음의 상관관계가 발견되었다. 셋째, 감정 노동군과 비감정 노동군을 전체 대상자로 하여 분석한 결과, 감정 노동을 하고 직업불안정성의 정도가 클수록, 그리고 직무 만족도가 낮을 수록 우울 수준이 높았다. 넷째, 감정 노동군에서는 직무에 대한 안정성이 낮을수록, 직무만족도가 낮을수록, 그리고 감정 노동 정도가 높을수록 우울 수준이 높았다. 결론 : 감정 노동군이 비감정 노동군과 달리 감정 노동을 수행함으로써 우울 수준이 더 높았으며, 이는 감정의 표현이 개인의 자발성으로부터 표출되는 것이 아닌 외부의 힘에 의해강요된 노동으로 나타나는 경우 그 것 자체가 개인의 우울 정도와 관련이 있다는 의미로 해석할 수 있다. 또한 낮은 직무만족도 역시 우울 수준의 증가와 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 감정 노동수행 근로자들의 우울 수준을 감소시키기 위한 전략으로 기업 이윤의 균등 분배, 근로자들의 복지제도 향상, 직무 스트레스 감소 프로그램의 개발 등을 통해 근로자들의 높은 직무 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 제도적 보완장치가 절실히 요청되며, 그 동안 부수적(complementary) 형태의 노동, 혹은 인격과 같은 개인적 차원의 문제로 축소되거나 은폐되어왔던 감정 노동을 하나의 노동과정으로 새롭게 인식하는 문제에 대해 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. Objectives: This sudy was designed to identify the relationship between emotional labor and depressive symptoms among Korean indusrial service employees. Methods: The case group consisted of 331 employees who were performing emotional labor at department stores, hotels, and family restaurants in Seoul. The control group in this study consisted of 150 employees (90 officers in Seoul and 60 manufacturing workers in Incheon) who were not expected to perform emotional labor. A structured questionnaire was used to estimate each participants level of emotional labor, general characteristics, job content, job satisfaction, and any depressive symptoms. The measurements for emotional labor were performed only on the case group and not the control group. Results: While the mean values of job satisfaction, job insecurity, and the level of depressive symptoms of the employees who were working in the area of emotional labor were higher than the others, the mean values of job demand, and job control in the same group were lower than those who were not performing emotional labor. Overall, it was found that performing emotional labor and having high levels of job insecurity were related to increased depressive symptoms, and conversely, job satisfaction played a role in reducing depressive symptoms. Similarly, in the sub-sample of the emotional labor group, high levels of job insecurity, and preforming high degrees of emotional labor, and low job satisfaction were associated with depressive symptoms. Conclusions: These results suggest that performing emotional labor is related to an increase in depressive symptoms. In other words, involuntary emotional expression and low job satisfaction in the workplace may influence the level of depressive symptoms in workers. It is, therefore, imperative that further research be undertaken, which considers the importance of emotional labor, and its adverse effect on the mental health of service workers.

        세라믹 브라켓의 제거 시 Er : YAG 레이저의 효능

        본 연구에서는 세라믹 브라켓 제거에 Er:YAG 레이저 조사가 도움이 되는지 알아보고, 브라켓 제거에 적합한 레이저 조사 방법을 연구하였으며, 또 이렇게 적용된 레이저가 치수와 법랑질에 손상을 주는지도 알아보았다. 총 190개의 치아, 단결정 세라믹 브라켓(MISO), 다결정 세라믹 브라켓(Transcend series 6000)과 KEY Laser3를 사용하였다. 실험군은 세라믹 브라켓의 종류(단결정, 다결정)와 레이저의 에너지(140, 300, 450, 600 mJ)에 따라 분류하였으며, 레이저를 브라켓당 두 곳에 1펄스씩 조사하고, 전단 강도를 측정하였다. 대조군은 레이저를 조사하지 않는 군으로 하였다. 레이저 조사에 의한 열 효과는 브라켓 하방 법랑질과 치수강에서 측정하였으며, 전단 강도 측정 후 치면에 남아있는 접착제의 양을 접착제 잔류 지수(adhesive remnant index)를 이용하여 평가하였다. 레이저 조사로 인한 접착제의 파괴 양상과 법랑질 표면 변화를 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하였다. 모든 세라믹 브라켓군에서 레이저 에너지가 증가 할수록 전단 강도는 유의하게 감소하였다. 또한, 브라켓 하방 법랑질에서 최대 온도 변화는 평균 3.78˚C 상승에 그쳤으며, 치수강에서 최대 온도 변화는 평균 0.9˚C 상승에 그쳤다. 주사전자현미경을 이용한 법랑질과 접착제 단면 관찰에서 접착제 표면이 레이저에 의해 붕괴되어 분화구 모양의 구덩이로 관찰되었으며, 일부 시편에서 약 10 - 30μm의 법랑질 손상이 발견되었다. Transbond XT로 부착된 단결정 도재 브라켓(MISO)의 디본딩에 Er:YAG 레이저를 이용할 경우, 300 - 450 mJ의 레이저 에너지를, 그리고 다결정 도재 브라켓(Transcend series 6000)의 경우는 450 mJ 정도의 에너지를 사용하는 것이 효과적이고 안전할 것으로 생각된다. Objective: The aim of this study was to find out whether Er:YAG laser can aid in debonding ceramic brackets, and to see what kind of method will be the most appropriate for debonding. Methods: One hundred and ninety teeth, monocrystalline brackets (MISO, HT, Ansan-Si, Korea), polycrystalline brackets (TranscendTM series 6000, 3M Untek, Monrovia, CA, USA) and the KEY Laser3 (KavoDental, Biberach, Germany) were used. Experimental groups were classified according to the type of ceramic brackets, and the amount of laser energy (0, 140, 300, 450, 600 mJ). After applying laser on the bracket at two points at 1 pulse each, the shear bond strength was measured. The effect of heat caused by laser was measured at the enamel beneath the bracket and pulp chamber. After measuring the shear bond strength, adhesive residue was evaluated and enamel surface was investigated using SEM. Results: All ceramic bracket groups showed a significant decrease in shear bond strength as the laser energy increased. The greatest average temperature change was 3.78˚C on the enamel beneath the bracket and 0.9˚C on the pulp chamber. Through SEM, crater shape holes caused by the laser was seen on the enamel and adhesive surfaces. Conclusions: If laser is applied on ceramic brackets for debonding, 300 - 450 mJ of laser energy will be safe and efficient for monocrystalline brackets (MISO), and about 450 mJ for polycrystalline brackets (Transcend series 6000).
