        물의 속성과 전시연출에 관한 연구

        Water Culture Pavilion was constructed as a part of dam construction and Four-major rivers restoration projects, which have the purpose to prevent damage of natural disaster, localized heavy rain and drought, and has several functions; promotion, education and region culture community. Exhibition space in this culture pavilion should have the excellent connection of various media, contents, and exhibition space because of limited space. The purpose of this study is to analyze flows, continuation and connection of exhibit space with the perspectives of the attribute of water and to suggest various content things, technical, spatial types. This study targets Four-major rivers Water Culture Pavilion in Korea and suggests exhibition presentation methods as analyzing contents, media and constituent of exhibition space for each pavilion exhibition. The result of this study is as follows : First, the circulation is common expressed attribute of water in these four water culture pavilion. The reason is that there is a connection between Four-major rivers restoration projects and the physical attribute of water circulating the steps of evaporation, condensation and precipitation. Second, each pavilion presents circulative solid exhibit, circulative background exhibit, circulative reflective exhibit based on circulation. These three types of exhibition is related the floor separation. Third, each pavilion exhibit zone shows the most circulation, solid, background, reflexibility through educational contents and promoting contents by using graphic, video, sound media.

        행복반 미술활동을 위한 유아교사와 미술교사의 협력교수에 관한 사례연구

        본 연구는 유아교사와 미술교사가 협력하여 유아미술교육의 실행방안을 고안하여 실행하고, 협력교수 과정에서 이루어진 유아교사와 미술교사의 성찰을 살펴보는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자인 유아교사와 미술교사가 만 4세반 18명의 유아들을 대상으로 협력교수를 실행하였고, 수업장면을 촬영한 자료, 유아교사와 미술교사의 면담, 저널, 문서자료 등을 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사와 미술교사는 유아의 일상 속 미적 경험을 포착하고, 이를 미술활동으로 계획하고 실행하였다. 협력교수 전 과정에서 두 교사가 가진 미술에 대한 개념, 내용 지식 차이와 다양성을 서로 융합하여 실행할 수 있었다. 둘째, 협력교수 과정에서 상호작용과 교수방법에 대한 교사의 성찰을 불러일으켰다. 교사는 세심한 관찰을 통해 유아가 초대하는 순간을 포착하여 상호작용을 해야 하고, 기존의 미술교수방법에서 탈피하여 미적체험의 형태로 미술교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다고 사료되었다. 본 연구를 통해 효과적인 미술교수방법을 제시하여 유아미술교육의 질을 향상시키고, 현재 이루어지고 있는 유아미술교육의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. In this study, a preschool teacher and a visual art teacher cooperated to implement a plan for early childhood art education. The purpose was to examine the implementation of co-teaching and the participants’ reflections in the process. For this aim, the teachers engaged in co-teaching with a group of 18 four-year-old children. Data, including recorded classroom scenes, interviews with preschool and art teachers, journals, and document analysis, were collected and analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, preschool and visual art teacher captured aesthetic experiences in the daily lives of young children and planned and executed art activities based on those experiences. Throughout the planning process, the teachers were able to integrate their different concepts and content knowledge about art. Secondly, the co-teaching process prompted reflection on interaction and teaching methods. Teachers recognized the importance of keen observation to capture moments when children invited interaction. There was also a recognition of the necessity to move beyond traditional art teaching methods and to allow the transition towards an art education in the form of aesthetic experiences. This research is meaningful in that it presents effective art teaching methods to enhance the quality of early childhood art education and propose solutions to overcome its current limitations.

      • Under Global Warming: More Organic Amendment is Essential to Compensate Soil Carbon Loss

        Since the elevated air temperature and carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration might simultaneously increase the net primary production (NPP) of plants as a carbon (C) input source and soil respiration (CO₂ emission) rate in the future climate condition, the impact of global warming on soil organic carbon (SOC) stock changes was not clearly concluded. Here we show that open top chamber experiment in rice paddy to investigate the changes of SOC stock under global warming condition. Three types of atmospheric condition were installed for a whole year as main treatments: present (14.4℃, 475ppm), after 50 years (16.3℃, 590ppm), and after 100 years (16.3℃, 690ppm). Conventional (NPK) and organic fertilizer treatments which were applied by only chemical fertilizer and green manure, respectively, for rice cultivation were additionally placed under each different atmospheric condition. In NPK treatment, rice straw was removed at harvesting stage. In organic fertilizer treatment, cover crop was cultivated during the fallow season, and rice straw and cover crop biomass were recycled after rice harvesting and before transplanting, respectively. Soil C stock change was estimated by analyzing net ecosystem C balance (NECB) which indicates the difference between C input and output. Under global warming, atmospheric CO₂ enhancement increased the NPP of rice with quadratic relationship in both fertilizations. In both vegetative and reproductive stage, global warming condition has fertilization effect on NPP, but the extent of increment became smaller under atmospheric condition after 100 years than after 50 years condition. In contrast, the NPP of cover crop (hairy vetch and barley mixture) was apparently increased with increasing CO₂ concentration. Soil respiration rates were significantly increased with increasing atmospheric temperature and CO₂ concentration particularly in fallow season. Under conventional cropping condition, the negative NECB which indicates soil C stock depletion was observed, due to big harvest removal, but it was changed with negative quadratic relationship. Organic farming showed much higher net C sequestration potential than conventional farming. We concluded that organic amendment application is inevitable to enhance soil C sequestration in global warming era to compensate stimulated C loss.

        RAW 264.7 대식세포에서 벨루가 렌틸 추출물의 항염증 효과

        연구에서는 벨루가 렌틸 추출물(BLE)의 항염증 효능을 NO 생성 측면에서 검토하고 이와 관련된 분자 기전을 규명하고자 하였다. LPS, LTA 및 지방세포 공동배양에 의해 활성화 된 RAW 264.7 대식세포에서 BLE는 독성이 없는 농도 범위에서 유의적인 NO 생성 저해 효과를 보였다. 이와 함께 BLE 처리에 따라 iNOS mRNA 및 단백질의 발현이 유의적으로 저해됨을 확인하였으며, 이는 BLE에 의한 NO 생성 억제 효과가 전사 수준에서의 iNOS 발현을 억제함으로부터 기인하는 것임을 시사한다. 추가적으로 BLE는 NO 외에도 활성화된 대식세포에서 증가하는 다양한 염증성 사이토카인 유전자(COX-2, IL-1β 및 IL-6)의 mRNA 발현 또한 유의적으로 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. BLE의 항염증 효과와 관련된 분자 기전에 관한 추가적인 연구를 수행한 결과, 항염증 관련 대표 기전인 NF-κB/MAP kinases 신호 경로와는 연관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, BLE 처리에 따라 Nrf2 단백질 발현의 증가 및 활성화가 유도되고 HO-1의 발현이 유의적으로 증가하는 것을 확인함으로써 Nrf2가 HO-1의 발현을 증가시키기 위한 전사 인자로서 작용할 가능성이 높음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 식용원료 유래의 잠재적인 항염증 소재로서 BLE의 활용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 향후 동물모델을 대상으로 항염증 효과를 입증하기 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The anti-inflammatory effect of beluga lentil extract (BLE) and its underlying mechanisms were investigated in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated RAW 264.7 cells. Treatment with BLE significantly decreased nitric oxide (NO) production and protein and mRNA expressions of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells. Down-regulation of this inflammatory gene expression was not associated with NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathways, and further mechanistic studies demonstrated that BLE decreased LPS-induced iNOS expression through upregulation of the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)-mediated heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) expression. These results suggest that beluga lentil represent a potential source of natural anti-inflammatory agents, and further studies will be necessary to determine its anti-inflammatory effects in vivo.

        지하철 환승공간에서 경로탐색(wayfinding)을 위한 시환경 지각 요소에 관한 연구

        The environmental considerations should be taken into full consideration in order to make the use of ground space as comfort and efficient as that of ground space. The visual environmental factors which provide visual informations in underground spaces where the environmental information can be acquired only by the surroundings expand their role as affordance for wayfinding. This study focuses on the visual performance evaluation of wayfinding factors on the subway transfer station platform and aisle as major space for movement in four subway transfe stations and analyzes the material, pattern, color, and lighting provided by the visual environment in underground space as directional marked label, regional differentiation and sign system. The results of this study comes are as follows. First, As to the directional marked label at the subway platform and transfer aisle, following patterns are colors, finishing materials and lighting for the sake of safety and convenience, And regional differentiation, following colors are patterns for the space division. Finally sign system which practically provides the most information, however, it is most insufficient to be a space-preception element. Second, According to the type of platform structures, such as an island platform and a separate platform, the main areas of and necessity for the space-perception elements may bring about changes. Third, these four stations that has been analyzed for this study, lighting, compared with color, finishing material and pattern, has been highly insufficient to be a perception element.

      • SPA브랜드 매장의 감성디자인 요소 분석

        The purpose of this study was on the analysis of the current status of fitting room"s emotional design in SPA brand store. The research analysed by visual and audio elements such as color, illumination, sensitivity adjective, and noise degree for 6 SPA brand at Myeong-dong, Seoul during Sep. 24, Oct. 19, Nov. 09. 2012. Results of research were following. First, fitting rooms had achromatic colors and used low brightness and chroma colors. So, it made room feels soft and gentle. Second, ceiling and wall lights were mixed use, but few fitting rooms which were not fitted to KS standard, need revise the plan. Third, noise degrees of fitting rooms were all similar which is not break the standard boundary. According to study, simply analyzed current status of SPA brand store fitting room"s emotional design. Various types of study of fitting room needs to study for definite standard on fitting room hereafter.
