        IFC 모델을 통한 도면으로부터의 물량산출 자동화 연구

        IFC is a de facto standard of Integrated building model in AEC/FM industry, which is growing in its international uses In this paper, a pilot research to examine the capabilities of IFC model for quantity takeoff is presented Three different types of subsets of the IFC model by categorization of quantity takeoff work are identified A quantity takeoff system based on the subsets has been Implemented When an IFC instance file created by a CAD system is imported, instances are put into a spatial hierarchy by a project browser Quantity takeoff is executed for an object selected from the hierarchy, the result being presented in a relational table This research proves that IFC model can be a base for AEC integration Comparison with previous works as well as future works to enhance model applicabilities are presented

      • 일산화탄소 폭로후 고압산소 재폭로시 흰쥐 신장 및 심장의 SOD 활성 변동에 관한 연구

        Carbon monoxide is generated from the incomplete combustion of carbon-containing materials. Carbon monoxide cause muscle necrosis leading to myoglobinuria and acute renal failure. The hyperbaric oxygen exposure is increased production of active free radicals. Free radicals which promoted peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids may destroy essential cellular components and itself cytotoxic materials. Superoxide dismutase, one of the protective mechanisms against tissue damage, catalyzed the dismutation of superoxide anion to less toxic product. The author performs the present study to investigate on Mn-SOD and Cu, Zn-SOD immunoreactivities in kidney and heart carbon monoxide (CO) and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) exposure. The animals were divided CO exposure group, air release after CO exposure group, HBO exposure group and, CO and HBO exposure group. The specimen were sectioned in 16㎛ with cryostate. The Mn-SOD and CuZn-SOD immunohistochemistry was performed in renal corpuscle, proximal and distal convoluted tubules of kidney and, in sarcoplasm and sarcolemma of heart muscle. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The immunoreactivity of Mn-SOD were increased in renal corpuscles and distal convoluted tubules, were similar to control group in proximal convoluted tubules. 2. The immunoreactivity of Cu, Zn-SOD were increased than that of control group in renal corpuscles and distal convoluted tubules, were same that of the control group in proximal convouted tubules. 3. The immunoreactivity of Mn-SOD were increased at all experimental group of sarcoplasms of heart muscle. 4. The immunoreactivity of Cu,Zn-SOD were increased than that of control group in sarcolemma of heart muscle. These results suggest that the immunoreactivity of SOD after CO or HBO exposure is greatly increased in kidney and heart.

        In making social sympathy about the drafting of a mid-long term of maintenance plan and the development of building maintenance database for technique support, the target of this study is rental apartments admitting a variety of objects to data model in maintenance. For the development of database in maintenance, it shows that the database model is possible for the references of AS-IS modeling and function model and continuous work analysis by function and process analysis. Also, the structure of model at this study will be applied in maintenance as well as construction needed the development of database. To get continuous growth in maintenance information, it has been necessary to take a standard of information in plan, design, construction, and management. After this, it would be required to develop the South Korea-type FMS(Facilities Management Classes) based on IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)

Because business surrounding that this can control preservation administration business whole is possible. administration of repair work is easy. Do system development that introduce technique for long-term strategy establishment in CAFM by purpose. Estimation of system to develop is as following: Can reduce time that take in LCC calculation because approach automatically to information of necessary facility in LCC calculation and know repair time as is easy. It is possible that execute selection of item that is examined in long-term maintenance plan as efficient and correct. Priority injection of budget by facility deteriorated degree is consisted preferentially using FCI.

      • RAPD-PCR을 이용한 누에 계통간 유연관계분석

        We have analyzed the genetic relationship among the silkworm (Bombyx mori) strains using RAPD-PCR. A total of 45 polymorphic RAPD markers amplified from 9 different primers were used to analyze the genetic relationship among the seven silkworm strains. The genetic similarity coefficients among the seven silkworm strains were estimated using the RAPD markers by UPGMA method. The genetic similarity coefficient between 127 and CS120 was 0.261. This value was lower than any other genetic similarity coefficient among the strains tested. And 127-specific RAPD band patterns were observed in 3 primers from 9 polymorphic primers used. This study makes possible phylogenetic identification among the Bombyx mori strains in the molecular level using RAPD-PCR techniques.

        사무소 건축물의 화재안전성능 평가모델

        This study is to suggest a performance assessment model for fire safety protection of office building. 34 assessment elements were chosen by interviewing with experts, reviewing several codes and existing relevant models. Assessment elements included in this model are comprised of five categories which are 'performance of protected area', 'performance of fire partition', 'safety performance of fire escape', 'performance of smoke control system' and 'performance of fire fighting equipment'. The weight of each element was computed by systematic approach like an AHP (analytical hierarchy process), which was conducted by experts who work in the field of fire protection. This model would be utilized as a part of assessment model for the overall performance of domestic office building.

        It shows that a variety of side effects result from the housing-supply policy focused in quantity. In a rental apartment for the low-income group, a shortage of maintenance cost in facilities become aggravated. The rapid progress of obsolete leads the lessor to the economic loss as well as a baneful influence to national economy. Also, the maintenance skill brings inadequacy by reason of technique development focused on new construction. As a result, the cost which needs for maintenance should get accomplished to application toward economy analysis and attempt considered management and financial affairs. Simultaneously, it should keep and administer a lot of data of maintenance affairs during life cycle in apartment and set up the way for aiding the situation of maintenance process.

      • 선인장 양심실 보조장치의 설계 및 임상적용을 위한 평가

        현재 개발되고 있는 맥동형 이식형 인공심장은 완전이식형 인공심장과 좌심실보조장치 뿐이다. 좌심실보조장치를 장착한 환자의 10~15%가 우심실의 보조를 필요로하고 완전이식형 인공심장의 장착을 위해서는 자연심장을 제거해야하는 상황에서 이식형 양심실보조장치에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구진은 완전이식형 인공심장으로 개발된 한국형 인공심장을 개선하여 양심 실 보조장치를 개발하였다. 양심실보조장치는 이동형 작동기식 미케니즘을 이용하고 있으며 에너지 변환장치와 감속기로 구성된 작동기와 혈액주머니, 그리고 내장형 제어기로 구성되어 있다. 선인장 펌프로 명명된 KAH350은 캐뉼라의 연결을 위한 커넥터를 포함하여 길이 177mm, 폭 164mm, 높이 67 이고 무게 780g이며 최대 심박출량은 5L/min 이다. 양심실보조장치로 개발된 선인장펌프는 좌심실보조장치로도 응용이 가능하다. 이식적합성과 생체적합성을 평가하기 위하여 좌심실보조장치로 5회, 양싱실보조장치로 6회의 동물실험을 수행하였다. 각각 최장 28일간 생존하였으며 11회의 동물실험중 장치의 결함에 의한 것이 3회 있었는데 이들은 모두 전자장치의 결함과 방수처리문제였다. 현재 이식적합성과 일박출량을 향상시킨 KAH400모델이 개발중이다. The types of pulsatile implantable artificial hearts that are on the way of development and have been developed are totally implantable artificial heart and implantable left ventricular assist device (LVAD). Approximately 10% to 15% of all patients Implanted with wearable VADs have required right heart support with another device. And it is reluctant to patient who should remove his or her own heart to be implanted with total artificial heart. These situations drive the development of implantable bi-ventricular assist device (BVAD). The Korean BVAD was develophed by modifying the moving actuator type Korean artificial heart. This electro-mechanical BVAD comprises actuator including energy converter and reduction gear train, blood sacs, and internal motor and energy controllers. The KAH350 which is named as 'Cactus Pump' is 177mm in length, 164mm in width, and 67mm in thickness including connectors and nuts. The weight and maximum cardiac output of Cactus Pump is 780g and 5L/min, respectively. The Cactus Pump that was developed as BVAD could be used as LVAD by attaching compliance caps on the 2 ports of one ventricle. The animal experiments were undergone 5 times for LVAD, and 6 times for BVAD. The best records were 28 days survival in both applications. There were 3 times of device failure and they were all associated with electrical connection and hermetic sealing. The KAH400 that has improved anatomical fitting characterisitcs and stroke volume is on development.

        방사선사진의 인덱스-순서 분석을 통한 치아경조직의 탈염화 검출

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop the radiographic technique for detecting the demineralization which is known as indication of dental caries. Materials and Methods : This technique was based on the comparing of multiple radiographs which was irradiated by multiple X-ray spectra. For the meaningful comparing, the multiple radiographs were reconstructed to the dosimetrically consistent images using a standard material. The difference of resulting images of same target with multiple spectra represents the difference of response of material as regards the spectra. Results : We have found about 10% of demineralization of dental hard tissues particularly in the proximal region through the analyzing of differences. Conclusion : Most intriguing thing in this investigation was that the method to analyze difference shows us to an anatomic structure of dental hard tissues even if absolute values of optical density were excluded during the procedures.

      • 일산화탄소 및 고압산소의 폭로가 흰쥐의 제2형 폐포세포와 사구체에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The present study was performed to investigate the ultrastructural changes of the type Ⅱ pneumocyte in the lung and that of the glomerulus in the kidney after carbon monoxide(CO) or hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) exposure. The male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing about 200gm, were used as experimental animals. The animals were divided into CO exposure group, air exposure after CO exposure group, HBO exposure group and HBO exposure after CO exposure group. After single CO and HBO exposure (3790ppm), the specimen of lung and kidney were obtained. According to routine method, EM preparations were made and observed with electron microscope. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. Slight disruption of the mitochondrial membrane was observed in alveolar type Ⅱ pneumocyte, after single CO exposure. 2. In all experimental groups except CO exposure group, decrease in number and atropy of rough endoplasmic reticulum, disruption of double membrane and crista of mitochondria and vacuolar degeneration of lamellar bodies in alveolar type Ⅱ pneumocytes were observed. 3. In all experimental groups, fusion of the pedicles of podocytes, and obliterations of the endothelial fenestrations were observed. These results suggested that CO and HBO exposure may induced the ultrastructural damages in the alveolar type Ⅱ pneumocyte and the glomerulus.
