대학원 성인학습자의 진로문제에 관한 국내 연구동향 및 시사점

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trend on career concerns of returning-adults students in graduate school, to suggest future research directions and provide implications for career service. This study analyzed research results based on 58 studies published until 2021 in domestic dissertations and academic journals. According to the analysis result, studies have tended to increase. The highest proportion of research subjects was the mix of male and female, special graduate students, and the master’s degree respectively. The research methods occupied qualitative research(67.3%), quantitative research(31.0%), and mixed research (1.7%). The subjects were ‘career development stage concerns(45.2%), ‘education concerns with references to schooling’(35.1%), ‘not otherwise classified concerns, often containing ambiguous material(11.8%)’ ‘unpleasant emotional concerns related to work(7.9%)’. Based on these analysis results, directions for future research and implications for career service were suggested.

이 연구는 디지털 사회의 구성원에게 필요한 디지털 역량 수준을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고, 개발된 척도의 타당성 검증을 주요 목적으로 한다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 디지털 역량, 디지털 리터러시 등 관련된 주요 개념들과 하위차원을 구성하고, 전문가 조사를 거쳐 내용타당도를 갖춘 문항을 구성한 후, 성인 400명을 대상으로 사전조사를 해 주요 문항을 정제•축소하는 과정을 거쳤다. 사전조사를 거쳐 축소된 문항을 이용해 성인 800명을 대상으로 한 온라인 표본조사 결과를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석을 해 최종 문항을 선정했으며, 확인적 요인분석으로 모형 적합도를 고려해 디지털 역량 척도를 확정했다. 디지털 역량 척도는 최종적으로 기본기술, 생활활용, 비판적 이해, 생산과 공유, 사회참여, 권리보호, 보안 등 7개 하위차원 34개 문항으로 구성했다. 이 연구는 디지털 리터러시, 미디어 리터러시, 디지털 역량 등 선행연구의 개념적 정의를 포괄해 디지털 환경 변화와 한국의 상황에 맞게 디지털 역량을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고, 타당화했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The aim of this research is to develop a new scale on digital competence that is in accordance with the current digital landscape. Several steps were undertaken to accomplish this goal. First, we completed a literature review on digital competence, digital literacy, and related concepts to form the dimensions. Second, we obtained opinions from experts to modify the survey items as a means to achieve content validity. Third, we conducted a pre-test on 400 adults with the initial items to further refine the survey items. Finally, the main survey was sent to 800 adults whereby exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to obtain the best measurement model. In sum, the final output of the digital competence scale encompasses 7 dimensions (34 items). Specifically, digital competence consists of Basic skill, Advance skill, Content creation, Legal Understanding, Critical understanding, Protection Activity, Social Engagement. This research has important theoretical implications for converging the disputed literature on digital competence, digital literacy, and media literacy. Moreover, this scale is developed to suit the Korean digital landscape.

<P>Intermolecular interaction plays a crucial role in electron solvation in the condensed phase. Here, we present a femtosecond time-resolved and angle-resolved 2-photon photoemission (2PPE) study on the dynamics of electron solvation in a 2-dimensional ammonia film on a metal substrate. While the weakly chemisorbed first monolayer (ML) supports delocalized image-potential (IP) states that resemble those of the bare Ag(111) substrate, an additional monolayer localizes the IP state with a larger binding energy obtained through a pre-solvation process. Structural disorder in the metastable ammonia films (>2 ML) leads to a prominent photoelectron peak that is attributed to the long-lived trapped electron state (e<SUB>T</SUB>) located at 1.5 eV above the Fermi level. Photoinduced crystallization of the metastable phase, verified by the recovery of a delocalized IP state, is suggested to result from inelastic scattering between interfacial electrons and disordered ammonia molecules.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Excess energy dissipated from photoexcited electrons in a silver substrate transforms the disordered ammonia adsorbate film into a crystalline one. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c1cp20804g'> </P>

The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimal composition of low-sugar jelly containing yuza powder using the artificial sweetener, sucralose, instead of sugar. This study was divided into two parts to determine physiochemical properties of yuza jellies 1) made of different contents of sucralose and 2) made of different amount of yuza powder. In the first study, jelly contained sugar only (S1), sugar and sucralose=3:1 (S2), and sucralose only (S3), whereas in the second study, jelly contained different amount of yuza powder and sucralose (Y1-Y4). Sucralose and yuza powder both affected pH, chromaticity and texture results of the jellies. Chromaticity testing revealed that jellies containing sucralose (Y2, Y4) had tents with high lightness (L value), yellowness (b value) and low redness (a value, p<0.05). Sucralose also had a higher pH than sucrose, but low sugar contents (p<0.05) and viscosity. Jelly containing high yuza powder shows comparable results in pH, chromaticity and viscosity. In texture analysis, contents tended to be negatively correlated with sucralose since yuza powder had a positive correlation. In sensory evaluations, the score for overall preference was higher in S1 but were generally similar between S1 and S3. The lower the content of yuza powder, the higher the overall evaluation. In conclusion, jelly made with no sugar and 8.4% yuza powder was considered to be advantageous for a food nutritional & chewniess snack for diabetic complications.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>We report the structural and functional stabilities of artificially synthesized DNA ultra-thin films. Fully covered DNA ultra-thin films on a silica substrate were fabricated by the silica-assisted growth method and those samples were then incubated in various chemicals and physical conditions. The DNA ultra-thin films showed high maintainability under those harsh conditions and these results would aid to facilitate the use of artificial DNA ultra-thin films in advanced research areas such as biophotonics and bioelectronics.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P><P>► The structural and functional stabilities of DNA structures are discussed. ► DNA structures were fabricated by the silica-assisted growth method. ► DNA samples were then incubated in various chemicals and physical conditions. ► DNA ultra-thin films showed high maintainability under those harsh conditions. ► Our results aid to facilitate the use of DNA structures in advanced research area.</P>

<P>Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a strong predictor of postpartum prediabetes and transition to overt type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Although many reports indicate that low magnesium is correlated with deteriorated glucose tolerance, the association between postpartum serum magnesium level and the risk for T2DM in women with a history of GDM has not been evaluated. We analyzed postpartum serum magnesium levels and development of prediabetes and T2DM in women with prior GDM according to American Diabetes Association (ADA) criteria using the Korean National Diabetes Program (KNDP) GDM cohort. During a mean follow-up of 15.6±2.0 months after screening, 116 women were divided into three groups according to glucose tolerance status. Ultimately, eight patients (6.9%) were diagnosed with T2DM, 59 patients (50.9%) with prediabetes, and 49 patients (42.2%) with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) after follow-up. The T2DM group had the lowest serum magnesium level (0.65 [0.63-0.68] mM/L) in the postpartum period, but there was no significant difference between the prediabetes group (0.70 [0.65-0.70] mM/L) and the NGT group (0.70 [0.65-0.70] mM/L) (<I>P</I>=0.073) Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that postpartum HOMA-IR was a significant predictor of both prediabetes and T2DM. Moreover, we found that postpartum serum magnesium level was also a possible predictor for T2DM development. Serum magnesium level in the postpartum period may be a possible predictor for T2DM development in women with a history of GDM.</P>
