Huayue Li,이혜자,Eun Sook Yoo,Lee Chong-O,Pramod B. Shinde,홍종기,최상호,정지형 대한약학회 2009 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.32 No.6
In our search for bioactive metabolites from a marine sponge-associated bacterium Psychrobacter sp., a new bile acid derivative (1), which was assumed to be an artifact, were isolated along with six known (2-7) compounds by bioactivity-guided fractionation. Elucidation of the structure of the new compound was done using a combination of NMR (1H, 13C, HMBC, HSQC, and COSY) and MS spectroscopy. Compound 1 exhibited moderate suppressive effects on both NO and IL-6 production at a concentration of 200 μM (87.3 μg/mL) without significant cytotoxicity against cells. Compounds 2-5 and 7 showed selective inhibitory activity against several human pathogenic bacterial strains at the low concentration of 30 μg/well. In a cytotoxicity evaluation, only compound 7 showed mild cytotoxicity against five human solid tumor cell lines (A-549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF-498, and HCT-15) with ED50 values in the range of 11-14 μg/mL.
Anti-inflammatory Amino Acid Derivatives from the Ascidian <i>Herdmania momus</i>
Li, Jian Lin,Han, Sang Chul,Yoo, Eun Sook,Shin, Sook,Hong, Jongki,Cui, Zheng,Li, Huayue,Jung, Jee H. American Chemical Society and American Society of 2011 Journal of natural products Vol.74 No.8
<P>Four new amino acid derivatives, herdmanines A–D (<B>1</B>–<B>4</B>), were isolated from the marine ascidian <I>Herdmania momus</I>. Herdmanines A–C contain the unusual <SMALL>d</SMALL>-form of arginine. Compounds <B>3</B> and <B>4</B> had a moderate suppressive effect on the production of NO, with IC50 values of 96 and 9 μM, respectively. These compounds were found to inhibit the mRNA expression of <I>iNOS</I>. The inhibitory activities on the production and mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 were evaluated.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/jnprdf/2011/jnprdf.2011.74.issue-8/np200397g/production/images/medium/np-2011-00397g_0008.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/np200397g'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>
Solution Structure of a Sponge-Derived Cystine Knot Peptide and Its Notable Stability
Li, Huayue,Su, Mingzhi,Hamann, Mark T.,Bowling, John J.,Kim, Hyung Sik,Jung, Jee H. American Chemical Society and American Society of 2014 Journal of natural products Vol.77 No.2
<P>A novel cystine knot peptide, asteropsin E (ASPE), was isolated from an <I>Asteropus</I> sp. marine sponge. The primary, secondary, and tertiary structures of ASPE were determined by high-resolution 2D NMR spectroscopy (900 MHz). With the exception of an <I>N</I>-terminal modification, ASPE shares properties with the previously reported asteropsins A–D, that is, the absence of basic residues, a highly acidic nature, conserved structurally important residues (including two <I>cis</I>-prolines), and a highly conserved tertiary structural framework. ASPE was found to be remarkably stable to gastrointestinal tract enzymes (chymotrypsin, elastase, pepsin, and trypsin) and to human plasma.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/jnprdf/2014/jnprdf.2014.77.issue-2/np400899a/production/images/medium/np-2013-00899a_0009.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/np400899a'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>
Purification of Total Ginsesides with Macroporous Resins and Their Biological Activities
Li, Huayue,Jin, Haizhu,Lee, Dong-Geun,Lee, Jae-Hwa,Lee, Sang-Hyeon,Ha, Bae-Jin,Ha, Jong-Myung The Physiological Society of Korean Medicine and T 2006 동의생리병리학회지 Vol.20 No.5
Total ginsenosides were purified and their antioxidant, antibacterial and anticancer activities were measured. The crude extracts of ginseng, which were extracted with 75% ethanol by ultrasonification method, were firstly purified on AB-8 macroporous adsorption column to remove water soluble impurities, and decolored on Amberlite IRA 900 Cl anion-exchange column. Then, they were purified on Amberlite XAD16 adsorption column to delete the non-polar impurities. Total ginsenosides contents of the purified extracts were 79.4%, 71.7% and 72.5% in cultured wild ginseng, red ginseng and white ginseng, which were significantly increased than those of crude extracts. All of the three extracts showed concentration-dependant scavenging activities against DPPH radicals, among which white ginseng showed the most powerful activity. Cultured wild ginseng roots showed strongest effect against both B. subtilis PM 125(Gram-positive) and E. coli D31 (Gram-negative) bacteria, while red ginseng and white ginseng only showed the activity against B. subtilis. According to the result of the MTT assay, ail of the three extracts inhibited the growth of U-937 human hohistiocytic lympma cell, which were significantly different (p < 0.05) when compared to the control.
Semantic Web Service Discovery Algorithm based on Constraint Extraction and Structure Analysis
Kun Li,Huayu Li,Jidong Chen 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.4
As the Internet Web services increased, how to find a web service which can meet user's requirements quickly and accurately has become a problem to be solved .Now many kinds of web service methods based on semantic are based IO matching .They used other ways to supplement while semantic matching is failed. However the accuracy of semantic web service discovery based on IO matching purely is not high enough, the Algorithm of semantic web service discovery which is based on constraint extraction and structure analysis is proposed. It is divided into two parts. First part is to carry out the concept of semantic matching based on constraint extraction .Then it uses algorithm based on structure analysis while matching is failed, aiming to assess the structural similarity of the desired vs the retrieved services and the semantic similarity of their identifiers. This article uses owls-tc2.0 as test set to test this method .The experimental results show that this method improves service discovery accuracy effectively.

이윤미,Huayue Li,홍종기,조희영,배경숙,Mi Ae Kim,Dong-Kyoo Kim,정지형 대한약학회 2010 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.33 No.2
As part of an ongoing search for bioactive metabolites from the fungus Aspergillus versicolor derived from a marine sponge Petrosia sp., an aromatic polyketide derivative (1), two xanthones (2 and 3), and five anthraquinones (4-8) were isolated by bioactivity-guided fractionation. The gross structures were determined based on the NMR and MS spectroscopic data, and the absolute configurations were defined by comparison of optical rotation data with those of reported. Compounds 2, 4, 5, and 7 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against five human solid tumor cell lines (A-549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF-498, and HCT-15) with IC50 values in the range of 0.41-4.61 μg/mL. Compounds 4 and 7 exhibited antibacterial activity against several clinically isolated Gram-positive strains with MIC values of 0.78-6.25 μg/mL.
