        当前新闻传播学硕与专硕人才培养的差异化并不明显,究其原因,主要是校内师资固化,业界导师作用功能发挥不足。从课程设置到学位论文,“专硕”正在变身为低配版的“学硕”,其差异化的培养,本应集中体现在课程设置和实践教学等方面,应积极发挥业界导师主观能动性,真正培养出掌握新媒体传播的“十八般武艺”的创新型、应用型、复合型高层次新闻传播人才。 At present, the difference between the training of academic master’s and professional master’s in journalism and communication is not obvious, and the main reason is that the teachers in the school are solidified and the role of industry mentors is insufficient.         Residual Bearing Capacity of Damaged Large-Diameter Drum-Welded Spherical Joints Post Disaster

        Building structures may encounter strong wind, earthquake, snowstorm, and other disaster loads during their service period. Therefore, the members and joints may incur diff erent degrees of damages. However, some damaged members and joints can continue functioning after reasonable assessment and repair. In this study, drum-welded hollow spherical joints (DWHSJs) that are used in Beijing’s New International Airport were considered as research objects. Experimental and numerical analyses were conducted to investigate the compressive bearing capacity of the DWHSJs and their degradation when they suff ered damage. Then, using parametric analysis, the eff ect of various factors on the degradation of the bearing capacity of damaged joints was revealed. Finally, according to the experimental and numerical analysis results, a practical formula for calculating the bearing capacity of damaged joints under axial compression was proposed. A reduction factor of the bearing capacity based on the residual deformation of joints was introduced in the formula. A comparison showed that the calculation results were relatively consistent with the experimental results.

        Based on the big data and complexity in the identification process of IOT radio frequency, this article puts forward an optimal algorithm for Adaptive Gaussian Traversal Harmony Search IOT radio frequency identification, which aim at solving the problems of high computational complexity and low identification accuracy of traditional algorithm. At first, the network optimization design is carried out based on Harmony Search (HS) algorithm, and in order to solve the problems of standard HS in optimization accuracy, computational complexity and other aspects, control parameters are introduced into the algorithm improvisation process on the basis of traverse characteristics of Gaussian function, so that the pertinence of preliminary and later searches are improved, and meanwhile, theoretical analysis on parameters selection is described; Secondly, the optimization model of IOT radio frequency identification is studied and improved adaptive optimization objectives are put forward to achieve equilibrium optimization of performance indicators; at last, test results are compared to prove the suggested algorithm having high computational accuracy and faster computational speed.

        Platelet Nitrogen and Sulfur Co-doped Ordered Mesoporous Carbon with Inexpensive Methylene Blue as a Single Precursor for Electrochemical Detection of Herbicide Amitrole

        Heteroatom-doped ordered mesoporous carbons (OMCs) have currently been considered as promising electrode materials for electrochemical sensors due to the combined advantages of ordered mesoporous materials and heteroatom-doped carbon materials. Herein, a novel nitrogen and sulfur co-doped OMCs (N,S-OMC) has been prepared via a nanocasting strategy with an inexpensive methylene blue as single precursor. The obtained mesoporous carbon has platelet morphology, short mesoporous channel together with a large surface area (549 m2/g) as well as rich N- and S-containing functional groups (6.8 at.% N and 2.3 at.% S). Compared with the graphene (GR) and carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode material, the N,S-OMC exhibited a higher electrochemical activity towards the oxidation of herbicide amitrole, ascribable to N,S-OMC's open mesoporous structures and abundant electroactive defect sites on the carbon skeleton. And, an amitrole electrochemical sensor with N,S-OMC modified electrode as working electrode was fabricated, exhibiting a good selectivity, stability, reproducibility and wide linear range of 3–750 μM. Moreover, the N,S-OMC-based electrochemical sensor was proved feasible in river water sample analyses, showing a satisfied recovery ranging from 97.03% to 105.42%. The results not only demonstrate cheap methylene blue can be used as single precursor for the N,S-OMC preparation, but also confirm the N,S-OMC is promising in amitrole sensor fabrication.

        Adaptive Sliding Mode Based Disturbance Attenuation Tracking Control for Wheeled Mobile Robots

        This paper is devoted to investigating a composite controller for wheeled mobile robots in the presence of external disturbance and parametric uncertainty. Unlike the traditional backstepping technique existing the impractical velocity jumps, the proposed neural dynamic model has the ability to generate smooth continuous signals. Subsequently, a disturbance observer based adaptive sliding mode dynamic controller is introduced to estimate disturbances online, adjust control gain automatically and eliminate chattering phenomena completely. Under the developed control law, the ultimate boundedness of all signals is guaranteed and the tracking errors can be arbitrarily small in finite time. Simulation results are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

        Probability Prediction Method of Short‑Term Electricity Price Based on Quantile Neural Network Model

        Aiming at the inaccuracy of short-term electricity price forecasting in competitive power markets, a probabilistic short-term electricity price forecasting method based on the quantile neural network model is proposed. First, a method for selecting electricity price similarity based on comprehensive infuencing factors is designed to select the forecast data set with similar characteristics to the forecast date. The similar daily quantile regression algorithm is then combined with the generalized dynamic fuzzy neural network to construct a quantile neural network electricity price model for obtaining the predicted daily electricity price condition quantile. Finally, the kernel density function is used to convert the predicted daily electricity price condition quantile into the predicted probability density curve to realize short-term electricity price probability prediction. The data of the electricity market of the city of Dayton, Ohio in the United States is used as an example. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can efectively improve the accuracy of short-term electricity price forecasting

        Fault-Line Selection Method for Small-Current Grounded System Based on Multi-classifier

        In a small-current grounded system, the fault characteristics are very obscure when a single-phase ground fault occurs; therefore, the faulty line must be selected to remove it. This paper proposes a fault-line selection (FLS) method based on multi-classifier, which transforms FLS into a multi-classification problem. It solves the problems in traditional methods, such as low accuracy and high equipment cost. Multi-classifiers based on denoising Autoencoder(DAE) are used to reduce the dimension of historical dispatching data and extract single-phase ground-fault features. Firstly, the dispatching data are preprocessed to eliminate useless data and fill in vacancies. Then, the fault segments are marked and labeled samples containing steady-state and transient information of single-phase ground faults are obtained. Finally, a multi-classifier based on DAE is built, and this model is trained with labeled fault samples to obtain a high-accuracy FLS model. The experiments show that the accuracy of the proposed method exceeds 97%, which is much better than other data-driven models and traditional methods. The proposed method has been operating for over two years in a real power system south of China. The excellent performance of the proposed method for FLS in practice and simulation indicates a vast application potential.

        Microwave Signal Spectrum Broadening System Based on Time Compression

        We propose and experimentally demonstrated an all-optical radio frequency (RF) spectrum broadening system based on time compression. By utilizing the procedure of dispersion compensation values, the frequency domain is broadened by compressing the linear chirp optical pulse which has been multiplexed by the radio frequency. A detailed mathematical description elucidates that the time compression is a very preferred scheme for spectrum broadening. We also report experimental results to prove this method, magnification factor at 2.7, 8 and 11 have been tested with different dispersion values of fiber, the experimental results agree well with the theoretical results. The proposed system is flexible and the magnification factor is determined by the dispersion values, the proposed scheme is a linear system. In addition, the influence of key parameters, for instance optical bandwidth and the sideband suppression ratio (SSR), are discussed. Magnification factor 11 of the proposed system is demonstrated.

        Combined transcriptome and proteome analyses reveal differences in the longissimus dorsi muscle between Kazakh cattle and Xinjiang brown cattle

        Objective: With the rapid development of proteomics sequencing and RNA sequencing technology, multi-omics analysis has become a current research hotspot. Our previous study indicated that Xinjiang brown cattle have better meat quality than Kazakh cattle. In this study, Xinjiang brown cattle and Kazakh cattle were used as the research objects. Methods: Proteome sequencing and RNA sequencing technology were used to analyze the proteome and transcriptome of the longissimus dorsi muscle of the two breeds of adult steers (n = 3). Results: In this project, 22,677 transcripts and 1,874 proteins were identified through quantitative analysis of the transcriptome and proteome. By comparing the identified transcriptome and proteome, we found that 1,737 genes were identified at both the transcriptome and proteome levels. The results of the study revealed 12 differentially expressed genes and proteins: troponin I1, crystallin alpha B, cysteine, and glycine rich protein 3, phosphotriesterase-related, myosin-binding protein H, glutathione s-transferase mu 3, myosin light chain 3, nidogen 2, dihydropyrimidinase like 2, glutamate-oxaloacetic transaminase 1, receptor accessory protein 5, and aspartoacylase. We performed functional enrichment of these differentially expressed genes and proteins. The Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes results showed that these differentially expressed genes and proteins are enriched in the fatty acid degradation and histidine metabolism signaling pathways. We performed parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) verification of the differentially expressed proteins, and the PRM results were consistent with the sequencing results. Conclusion: Our study provided and identified the differentially expressed genes and proteins. In addition, identifying functional genes and proteins with important breeding value will provide genetic resources and technical support for the breeding and industrialization of new genetically modified beef cattle breeds.

        Detection and Quantification of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum Race 1 in Plants and Soil by Real-time PCR

        Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum (Fon) is the most serious soil-borne disease in the world and has become the main limiting factor of watermelon production. Reliable and quick detection and quantification of Fon are essential in the early stages of infection for control of watermelon Fusarium wilt. Traditional detection and identification tests are laborious and cannot efficiently quantify Fon isolates. In this work, a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay has been described to accurately identify and quantify Fon in watermelon plants and soil. The FONRT-18 specific primer set which was designed based on identified specific sequence amplified a specific 172 bp band from Fon and no amplification from the other formae speciales of Fusarium oxysporum tested. The detection limits with primers were 1.26 pg/μl genomic DNA of Fon, 0.2 pg/ng total plant DNA in inoculated plant, and 50 conidia/g soil. The PCR assay could also evaluate the relationships between the disease index and Fon DNA quantity in watermelon plants and soil. The assay was further used to estimate the Fon content in soil after disinfection with CaCN2. The real-time PCR method is rapid, accurate and reliable for monitoring and quantification analysis of Fon in watermelon plants and soil. It can be applied to the study of disease diagnosis, plantpathogen interactions, and effective management.
