      • 3원계 화합물 반도체의 에너지 밴드 구조와 전기적 특성 연구

        Empirical pseudopotential 방법을 이용하여 아연 화합물 반도체의 에너지 밴드 구조를 구하였다. ??의 에너지 간격은 InSb의 조성비에 따라 ??=0.606χ²-0.727χ+0.361를 얻었고 전자이동도는 χ=0.6, 합금산란 포텐셜이 0.82eV, 온도가 77。K, 불순물 농도가 ??일때 6.7 × 10⁴cm/V-s을 얻었다. Energy band structure of zinc-blende semiconductors is calculated by the empirical pseudopotential method using the adjustable parameter. Energy gap of ?? with InSb mole fraction is ??=0.606χ²-0.727χ+0.361 and its electron mobility is found to be a high value of 6.7 × 10⁴cm/V-s with mole fraction x=0.6, alloy scattering potential ΔU=0.82eV, Temperature T=77。K, and impurity concentration ??.

      • 서로 다른 제 2최근접 원자의 상호작용을 고려한 Ga Al AS의 에너지띠 연구

        본 논문에서는 ??의 에너지 띠를 연구하기 위하여 tight-binding방법을 사용하였고 VCA(Virtual Crystal Approximation)방법을 개선하여, 서로 다른 제2최근접원자의 상호작용을 고려하였다. 간접갭에서 직접갭으로의 전환점은 AlAs의 조성비가 0.43일때였고, band gap은 0.0≤χ≤0.43에서 ??=0.22χ²+1.408χ+1.55, 0.43≤χ≤1.0에서는 ??=0.35χ²-0.084χ+2.03을 얻었고, 실험치와 잘 일치하였다. In this paper, the energy band structure of ?? is calculated by the tight-binding method, and the interactions of different kinds of the next-nearests are included in order to improve VCA(Virtual Crystal Approximation) method. Turning point from indirect band gap to direct band gap is found to be at AlAs mole fraction of 0.43. In 0.0≤χ≤0.43, the dependence of band gap on x is well fitted to ??=0.22χ²+1.408χ+1.55, and 0.43≤χ≤1.0, ??=0.35χ²-0.084χ+2.03.

        추적조사를 중심으로 한 腰椎間板脫出症에 대한 蜈蚣藥鍼의 臨床的 硏究

        Objective : This study is performed for the purpose of examining the efficacy of the scolopendrid(Scolopendra morsitans L) which has been to low back pain as a folk remedy. Methods & Results : Seventy patints with H.I.V.D. treated with the scolopendrid aquacupuncture and examined 4 tests; D.I.T.I., physical test, Oswestry disability index, and self-conscious pain rate were studied. And we follow up after discharge, we evaluated the present state and recovery period. Or we evaluated by herniated type and duration of onset. There was 58~97% of efficacy rate in each tests. Moreover, statistically valuable change in all 7D.I.T.I. points and in disability index and in self-conscious pain rate was showed. Conclusion : The scolopendrid aquacupuncture is possible to be effective terating the H.I.V.D patients. so we suggest the possibility using this new remedy to the H.I.V.D. patients.

        Optical Encryption System using a Computer Generated Hologram

        A new image encoding and identification scheme is proposed for security verification by us-ing a CGH(computer generated hologram), random phase mask, and a correlation technique. The encrypted image, which is attached to the security product, is made by multiplying a QP- CGH(quadratic phase CGI) with a random phase function. The random phase function plays a key role when the encrypted image is decrypted. The encrypted image can be optically recovered by a 2-f imaging system and automatically verified for personal identification by a 4-f correlation system. Simulation results show the proposed method can be used for both the reconstruction of an original image and the recognition of an encrypted image.

      • Inverse Agonist of Nuclear Receptor ERRγ Mediates Antidiabetic Effect Through Inhibition of Hepatic Gluconeogenesis

        <P>Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a progressive metabolic disorder with diverse pathological manifestations and is often associated with abnormal regulation of hepatic glucose production. Many nuclear receptors known to control the hepatic gluconeogenic program are potential targets for the treatment of T2DM and its complications. Nevertheless, the therapeutic potential of the estrogen-related receptor γ (ERRγ) in T2DM remains unknown. In this study, we show that the nuclear receptor ERRγ is a major contributor to hyperglycemia under diabetic conditions by controlling hepatic glucose production. Hepatic ERRγ expression induced by fasting and diabetic conditions resulted in elevated levels of gluconeogenic gene expression and blood glucose in wild-type mice. Conversely, ablation of hepatic ERRγ gene expression reduced the expression of gluconeogenic genes and normalized blood glucose levels in mouse models of T2DM: <I>db</I>/<I>db</I> and diet-induced obesity (DIO) mice. In addition, a hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp study and long-term studies of the antidiabetic effects of GSK5182, the ERRγ-specific inverse agonist, in <I>db</I>/<I>db</I> and DIO mice demonstrated that GSK5182 normalizes hyperglycemia mainly through inhibition of hepatic glucose production. Our findings suggest that the ability of GSK5182 to control hepatic glucose production can be used as a novel therapeutic approach for the treatment of T2DM.</P>

      • Electricity Energy Savings Evaluation of Inverter DSM Program based on the Measurement and Estimation

        The impact evaluation of a DSM program is a very important issue since the results are used to determine the sustainability of a program. In general. to estimate the impacts of a DSM program it is required to measure the electricity usage changes before and after a program. Since the measurement-based approaches cost highly, most of the conventional evaluations are based on the average figures. However estimation of the average-based impacts can lead to both distorted results of over/under estimation of kW and kWh savings and non-optimal DSM planning. In this paper, we have developed a new multi-point measurement approach which can evaluate kW and kWh savings of a DSM program more exactly. To do this, the saving rate and operating rate are defined and set as the function of load factor of a customer, and these rates are incorporated with the conventional diffusion function of Bass to project the future impacts of a DSM program. The case study is performed on the inverter program of Korea by using the suggested approach.

        2010∼2014년 시·군·구 통합정책의 분석과 평가

        본 연구는 2010~2014년 사이에 중앙정부가 추진한 시·군·구 통합정책을 다차원분석모형에 기초하여 분석하고 있다. 2010년 이후 중앙정부는 환경변화로 생활권과 행정구역이 일치하지 않게 되었거나, 인구고령화 등으로 인구가 급격히 감소한 지방자치단체를 대상으로 통합을 추진하여 효율성을 증진시키려 하였다. 그러나 중앙정부의 의도와는 달리, 지역주민의 공감대 부족, 정치적 반대 등 복잡한 요인의 영향으로 최종적으로 중앙정부가 선정한 16개 지역 36개 시·군·구 중에서 시·군·구 통합에 성공한 지역은 단 1개(청주·청원)에 그쳤다. 본 연구는 다차원분석모형에 따라 이명박정부가 추진한 시·군·구 통합정책을 규범적, 구조적, 구성적, 기술적 측면에서 분석·평가한 결과, 다음과 같은 이유로 정책이 성공적으로 추진되지 못하였다는 결론을 도출하였다. 규범적 측면에서 통합 대상 지역 주민들 사이에 통합의 가치에 대한 공감대를 형성하지 못했고, 구조적 측면에서 기존에 형성되어 있는 지역의 문화·정치적 정서 차이를 극복하지 못한 상태에서 정책이 중앙정부 주도로 추진되었다. 구성적 측면에서 통합 대상 지역의 이익을 대표하는 구성원들의 이해관계를 통합과정에 충실히 조정하지 못하였으며, 기술적 측면에서도 통합의 유인제도 설계에 지역주민의 수요가 적절히 반영되지 못하였다. 이러한 결과는 향후에 이루어질 시?군?구 통합정책이 규범적, 구조적, 구성적, 기술적 측면에서 통합 대상 지역주민의 의견을 충실히 반영하는 방향으로 설계되고, 충분한 시간을 두고 자율적인 참여를 통해 이루어질 수 있도록 유도하는 방향으로 추진되어야 한다는 정책적 함의를 주고 있다. The purpose of this study was to find out the reason why the integration policy of local government in 2010~2014 has failed in the light of multi-dimensional model including normative, structural, constituentive, and technical dimension. Central government pushed integration policy of local government focused on increasing economic efficiency based on the theory of economy of scale on 16 regions and 36 local governments. Only one region(Cheong-Ju and Cheong-Won), however, completed integration procedure in 2014. Although most regions dont have common value on integration, and cultural, political ties in normative and structural dimension, central government pushed the integration policy. Futhermore central government failed to coordinate various interests of the participants and design incentive system including demands of local residents in constituentive and technical dimension. Based on this study central government should consider these policy implications when it propel the integration policy of local government in the future.
