        亞麻品種의 遺傳特性과 相關

        The genetic variances of plant height, stem length, stem yield and seed yield were greater than other characteristics. The broad-sense heritability of maturation time, seed yield and stem length were higher, but stem yield was lower. The genetic correlation coefficient between seed yield and stem yield showed highly significant positive correlation, and that between maturation time and flowering time also showed positive correlation. But the correlation coefficient between maturation time and seed yield showed negative correlation. Path coefficient analysis indicated that plant height and stem length showed direct effects on stem yield, and flowering time and maturation time also showed direct effects on seed yield.

        多變量 解釋法에 의한 亞麻의 品質群 分類

        Ninety one flax cultivars were largely classified into eighty varietal groups, and five groups out of them forming the group by one variety showed low variation whereas the others showed high. Group Ⅰ contained three cultivars(3%), Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅳ did seventy five (82%) and eight(9%), respectively. Group Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were classified as one variety. Most of the varietal groups were not associated with their geographical origin. Date of flowering, date of maturing and stem length among the eight characters were the largest contributors to the D² in both intra and inter groups.

        決明 品種 主要形質의 量的遺傳 分析

        In order to obtain the genetic information on the quantitative characters of Cassia tora L. which would be needed to improve selection efficiency for breeding high yielding genotype, twenty one varieties of Cassia tora L. collected in Korea were grown and variations of several important characters were observed. Heritability of each observed character, phenotypic and genotypic correlations among the characters, and contribution of each yield component on grain yield through path coefficient analysis were estimated. Both stem diameter and number of grains per pod showed not only high heritability but also highly significant phenotypic and genotypic correlation with grain yield, and hence it was desirable to select plants with thicker stem and higher number of grains per pod to raise grain yield of Cassia tora L. In addition, number of grains per pod and 1000 grains weight were proved to be the most influential variables on the variability of grain yield by path coefficient analysis. Since here showed the high heritability of number of grains per pod, selection of plants with higher number of grains per pod would be more efficient for breeding high yielding genotype.

        油菜 人爲 突然變異에 의한 M₂世代의 量的形質 變異體選拔

        This experiment was conducted to select useful mutants in three rapeseed varieties, Naehan, Youngsan, and Mokpo-59, treated with gamma-ray 30 KR. One hundred and ninety seven mutant lines in Naehan, 131 in Youngsan and 256 in Mokpo-59 were evaluated for flowering date, plant height and other characters compared with their mother varieties in M₂ generation. The results obtained are summarized as follows : More than 94% of the mutants matured earlier for flowering date and 75% were shorter in plant height while ear length appeared the same or increased as compared with their mother varieties. These mutants in the M₂ generation were able to be selected. Two mutant lines in Naehan and Youngsan, and three mutant lines in Mokpo-59 were selected for early flowering date, shorter plant height and longer ear length, respectively. Mutants had more branches above 78%, 27% for the first and the second branch, respectively. Mutants with more pods per ear were able to be selected in the mutant populations as compared with thir mother varieties. Four mutant lines in Naehan and Youngsan and three in Mokpo-59 with more branches and pods were selected, respectively.

        多變量 解析法에 의한 왕골의 品質群 分類

        Sixty four wanggol cultivars were largely classified into ten varietal groups, and six groups out of them forming the group by one variety to high variation in various characteristics whereas the others tended to low. Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅴ contained fifteen (23%) and thirty nine cultivars(61%), respectively Group Ⅱ showed medium or late flowering, but Group Ⅴ revealed early flowering and considerably large variation in various characteristeics. Most of the varietal groups were not associated with their geographical origin. Days to flowering and plant height among the nine characters were the largest contributors to the D²in both intra and inter groups.

      • 亞麻의 主要形質에 관한 生態的 特性에 관한 硏究

        우리나라에 適應한 亞麻의 新品種을 育成하는데 必要한 情報를 얻음과 同時에 生態的 特性과 形質을 調査하여 栽培法 개선을 위한 基礎資料를 얻을 目的으로 外國에서 導入된 優秀한 品種을 材料로 試驗하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1) 우리나라 南部地方에 있어 沓前作 亞麻栽培의 播種最適期는 3月 10日쯤이었고 立毛 密植 果에 있어서는 畦間 12㎝×株間 6㎝가 가장 적당하였다. 2) 沓前作 亞麻의 施肥 3 要素 水準에 대한 反應은 N:8㎏ 水準, P₂O?:6㎏ 水準 그리고 K₂O는 4㎏ 水準이 最適이었으며 堆肥는 10a당 800㎏이 가장 좋았다. 3) 收穫期는 播種後 95日째인 6月 15日과 播種後 100日째인 6月 20日 경이 가장 적절하다고 思料된다. To obtain necessary information for the development of new Flax varieties adaptable to our country and basic information for the improvement of cultivation methods, 5 varietries introduced from foreign countries were investigated for agronomic charactoristics in Muan, Chollanamdo for three years (1984~1986). The results are summarized as follows. The favorable harvesting time was found to be from June 15 to June 20. The optimum fertilizer levels in the southern area were compost = 800kg/10 a, and N-P_2 O_6-K_2O-8-6-4kg/10 a.

      • 油菜의 一莢胚珠數, 一莢結實數 및 含油率의 遺傳分析

        油菜의 一萊胚株數와 一萊結實數 및 含油率의 遺傳樣式을 밝히기 위해 lsuzu, Miyuki, Norin 25, Rang, Yongdang, Cresus 및 Tower의 7개 品種을 交配親으로 하여 二面交雜을 한 F_1, F_2 世代의 雜種種子를 材料로 遺傳子의 分布狀態, 優性程度, 優性, 劣性遺傳子의 頻度等을 檢定한 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 一萊胚株數에서 F_2만이 heterosis에 관여하는 H_1, H_2모두 有意性이 있어 一萊胚株數에 크게 영향을 미치고 있으나 F_1에서는 有意性이 없었다. 一萊胚株數가 많은 것이 優性이었고 一萊胚株數에 관여하는 遺傳子는 1개로 나타났다. 또한 優性程度는 F_1, F_2 모두 完全優性으로 나타났다. 2. 一萊胚株數에서 優性程度는 F_1, F_2 모두 完全優性으로 나타났으며 優性方向은 一萊胚株數가 적은 쪽이었고 遺傳子數는 1개로 나타났다. 또한 一萊胚株數는 劣性遺傳子에 의해서 支配되었다. 3. 含油率은 優性效果보다 相加的效果가 컸으며 含油率에 관여하는 遺傳子數는 1개로 나타났다. 또한 優性의 方向은 高含油方向이었으며 遺傳力은 낮았다. To obtain basic information on the breeding of number of ovules per pod, number of seeds per pod and oil content in rapeseed, the following 7 varieties, Isuzu, Miyuki, Norin 25, Rang, Yongdang, Cresus and Tower were used in diallel crosses in 1979. Number of ovules per pod, 'number of seeds per pod and oil content for the. parents, F_^'s and F_2^'s of the 7 × 7 partial diallel crosses were measured in 1085 for analysis of their genetic behavior. The results obtained are Summarized as follows : 1. The number of ovules per pod of F_2^'s showed complete dominance, and both additive and dominance genetic variances were significant. Number of effective factors was 2, and the degree of dominance in F_1^'s and F_2^'s was complete. 2. The degree of dominance in F_i^'s and F_2^'s was complete at the number of seeds per ear. The direction of dominance showed low, one effective factors was estimated. Number of seeds per ear was controlled by recessive genes. 3. The oil content was controlled by additive. Dominance was directed toward high oil content. Number of effective factors was 1, and broad and narrow sense heritability were low in the oil content.

        양파 機械化 생력 栽培의 基礎資料를 얻기위하여 施肥量과 비닐 無被服 栽培試驗을 實施하였던 바, 비닐 無被服下의 施肥量 ?? 水準은 비닐 被服下의 施量?? 水準과 生育 및 收量이 비슷하여 비닐 無被服 생력 栽培의 적정 施肥量임을 알수 있었다. This study was conducted to find out the optimum fertilizer level for two onion varieties, Fechongjoseng and Changyeongdaego under transparent vinyl mulching and non mulching condition at four compositions fertilizer levels. At the composition of fertilizer amount with ?? under transparent vinyl mulching and 36-8-16㎏ under non mulching per 10a. Number of leaves increased and length of plant, leaf sheath and bulb were longest, diameter of leaf sheath and bulb were thickest, bulb weight and yield were heaviest. Judging from the results reported above, in optimum fertilizer amount for ?? seemed to be 24-8-16㎏ under transparent vinyl mulching and 36-8-16㎏ under non mulching per 10a.

        The results of comparing and analyzing the emergency operation collected from KwangjuㆍChonnam Fire Department with national data from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 1994 are as follows. The possession of ambulance in Kwangju is the 3rd among 6 large cities and the security rate of experts in emergency first aid is the 4th, and in the case of Chonnam, the possession of ambulance is the 7th among 9 provinces and the security rate of experts in emergency first aid is the 5th. So, two regions are not reached at the national mean and the appointment rate of emergency medical institution in Kwangju is 10.8% and it is the highest among 6 large cities, but that of Chonnam is 13.8% and it shows low secure rate as the 5th of 9 provinces. The transfer rate of emergency cases in Kwangju is 75.3% and it is the 3rd among 6 large cities and that of Chonnam is 86.8% which is high following Cheju that has 89.6%. First aid of experts in emergency is composed of aerobic respiration, angiostasis and artificial respiration and in emergency cases by medical clinics, the cases of internal department are the most as the 46.6%, those of surgery are 37.1% and those of pediatrics are 3.1%. In the necessary time of transfer, 51.9% is within 10 min., 26.7% within 20 min. and 78.6% of total cases is within 20 min., and the time period of emergency cases is between 22:00 and 02:00 before and after midnight, that of gas poisoning cases is between 04:00 and 10:00 and that of burn cases is noon and between 18:00 and 20:00, and so it is most frequent at mealtime. In the number of cases by sex, male patients are 56.6% and by age, accident cases are frequent in thirties and acute and chronic cases are frequent over 60 years old. By occupations, housewife and the unemployed occupy about 50% except traffic accident and it is shown that acute and chronic diseases and safety accident are frequent in housewife, children and the aged.

      • 氣象 環境要因이 亞麻의 收量에 미치는 影響

        To study the relationships between flax yields and meteorological elements, the investigation into the important agronomic characters of Wiera cultivar and climate factors such as maximum temperature in June from 1983 to 1992 was made. Yearly variation of c.v.(%) were highly significant for yield and the important agronomic character. The analysis of variance for agronomic characters following the difference of maximum temperature in June during the 10 years, were acknowledged to be worth of attention. Correlation coefficients between maximum temperature of June and yields or agronomic characters were significantly negative. Regression equations between the maximum temperature of June and stem or seed yield were Y = 837.94 - 15.55 X and Y = 252.90 - 6.25 X, respectively. High temperature of June affected flax yield (stem and seed) reduction significantly.
