Synthesis and photoluminescent property of Eu-containing organic?inorganic hybrid polyoxometalate

Sodium salt of photoluminescent Eu-containing polyoxometalate (Eu-POM) has been prepared and its chemical structure andphysical properties characterized. The Eu-POM was unstable outside the pH range 5.58.5, and a pH just over 7 gave the best yield.We investigated the photoluminescent properties of Eu-POM with changing the reactants ratio of heteropolytungstate andEuCl3 Æ6H2O. The Eu-POM was characterized by UV/Vis, FT-IR,1H-NMR, PL and XPS. Eu-POM emits orange light of590 nm when excited with the light of 280 nm and we made dodecyltrimethylammonium (DDTA) salt of Eu-POM (Eu-POM/DDTA) by exchange of the counter cation. The Eu-POM/DDTA is soluble in common organic solvents, while Eu-POM is onlysoluble in water and it emits reddish orange light of 625 nm when excited with light of 250 nm.
자연과학편 : 8주간 경부 자가 운동이 만성경부통증 환자의 통증, 경부기능장애지수, 가동범위 및 경추배열에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 8주간 자가 운동이 만성경부통증 환자의 통증(VAS), 경부기능장애지수(NDI), 가동범위 및 경추배열에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. K병원에 내원한 만성경부통증 환자를 대상으로 운동군 14명, 대조군 14명으로 분류하였고, 운동군은 스트레칭, 후견인, 등척성 근력운동으로 구성된 운동을 8주간 5일/주, 2회/일 실시하여 VAS, NDI, ROM, 경추배열의 변화를 측정하였다. 연구결과는 SPSS 12.0통계 프로그램을 이용하여 각 그룹과 시기에 따른 변화를 검증하기 위하여 two-way repeated ANOVA를 실시하였고, 사후 검증은 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 집단간 차이는 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 집단간 반복측정 이원변량분석을 실시한 결과 두 집단에서 모두 8주후 통증과 경부기능장애지수 감소에 효과가 있었으며, 대조군에 비해 운동군에서 통증과 경부기능장애지수 감소에 더 큰 효과가 있었다. 경추의 굴곡, 신전, 좌우측면굴곡의 가동범위를 측정한 결과 운동군에서 8주후에 굴곡, 좌우측면굴곡의 범위가 유의하게 증가하였으나, 신전의 변화는 없었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of home-exercise program for 8 weeks in chronic neck pain patients. Variables were consisted with pain(VAS), neck disability index(NDI), neck range of motion, and cervical spine curvature. The subject were divided into the exercise group(EG; n=14) and the control group(CG; n=14) who visited the rehabilitation clinic of K medical center and were diagnosed with chronic neck pain. EG were performed exercise program at home 2/day, 5/week during 8weeks(stretching, retraction, isometric exercise program). The experimental data was analyzed by two-way repeated ANOVA. The results were as follows: There was significant VAS, NDI reduction in all groups but EG appeared more significance VAS and NDI reduction than CG. Range of motion cervical vertebrae was increased significantly in EG, but in CG, it was increased significantly flextion, right lateral flextion and left lateral flextion, but there was not significant in extension.
