Due to high efficiency and easy control convenience of dual clutch transmission (DCT), nowadays DCT is increasingly applied on passenger vehicles. As a main component of DCT, dry dual clutch (DDC) should smoothly transmit power to the odd or even gear set. Frequent engagement and disengagement lead temperature increasing of the contact facing of the DDC. Too high temperature would speed up degradation or serious wear of the pressure plate and burning of the disk. It is significant to know the thermal model of the DDC during the period of development and design. By analyzing each component of the DDC, a lumped thermal model is proposed in the paper. Base the thermal model, simulation by using simulink is performed according to the experimental condition. The simulation results show consistency with the experiment, which validates the proposed thermal model of the DDC.

The stability of friction characteristics and thermal management for a dry type dual clutch transmission (DCT) are inferior to those of a wet clutch. Too high temperature resulting from frequent engagement of DCT speeds up degradation or serious wear of the pressure plate or burning of the clutch disk lining. Even though it is significantly important to estimate the temperature of a dry double clutch (DDC) in real-time, few meaningful study of the thermal model of DDC has been known yet. This study presented a thermal analytical model of lumped parameters for a DDC by analyzing its each component firstly. Then a series of experimental test was carried out on the test bench with a patented temperature telemetry system to validate the proposed thermal model. The thermal model, whose optimal parameter values were found by optimization algorithm, was also simulated on the experimental test conditions. The simulation results of DDC temperature show consistency with the experiment, which validates the proposed thermal model of DDC.

Gerotor pumps are internal gear pumps used in the lubrication system of the engine and transmission of auto mobiles. In addition, all-wheel drive(AWD) systems adopt them for the purpose of controlling the hydraulic system. In the automobile industry, improvements in fuel efficiency and noise reduction hae recently come to the fore. In this paper, a new type of gerotor is designed on Megafloid. It is composed of Hypocycloid curves, Epicycloid curves and tangent line between two curves. We modeled the three types rotor of Megafloid design, simulated by analyzing the internal fluid flow using a commercial computation fluid dynamics-code(CFD), and compared the volume effiiency.

In this paper, Three gear shapes of the gerotor pump are studied. First, a trochoid profile was illustrated using the cycloid curve. Secondly, a tooth profile which connected to the epicycloid curve and the hypocycloid curve was illustrated. Finally, it was illustrated a tooth tangent curve connected between Hypocycloid curve and epicycloid curve. The port was designed for the CFD analysis, and it was modeled with 3 profile in CATIA software. It was analyzed using PUMPLINX software to compare performance.

In recent years, many kinds of literature on the nanotechnology used in medicine, electrochemistry, wastewater treatment and other fields have been reported. It can be highly efficient, economical, multifunctional and reduce the dependence on large treatment equipment when wastewater treatment is processed using nanotechnology. The property of carbon materials designed by nanotechnology can be more suitable for the demand of adsorbent than activated carbon on wastewater treatment. And the different types of carbon nanomaterials have been reported to show different properties and unique adsorption mechanisms. Although the carbon nanomaterials have various advantages in adsorbent, they also have drawbacks that carbon is hydrophobic at the pristine state due to their surface without acidic groups or basic groups. In order to improve the hydrophilicity of the carbon materials, plasma can be Introduced onto the surfaces of carbon and the oxygen plasma developed acidic groups and nitrogen plasma and ammonia plasma developed basic groups. In the other side, the adsorption capacity on phenol can enhance by introducing pyridinic and pyrrolic groups as the basic groups. In this work, The adsorbent - nitrogen doped magnetic mesoporous hollows carbon (N-MMHC) were synthesized through one-pot coating strategy using tetrapropyl-orthosilicate (TPOS), resorcinol, formaldehyde and Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> nanoparticle. Ethylenediamine( EDA) as both catalyst and nitrogen sources in the process.

Hybrid vehicles, supply of oil is essential when driving. It is issue to make recently increasing efficiency. EOP is used to reduce the energy consumption in hybrid vehicles. Efficiency of the EOP is highly dependent on the shape of the pump rotor. Therefore we compare simulation the other two profile of the rotor.

The pump is an essential machine element for vehicles to supply lubricant oil. Recently, the electric oil pump(EOP) is used to reduce the energy consumption in a hybrid vehicle. Performance of the oil pump varies greatly depending on the profile design of the rotor. So, study the profile design and analysis of the performance of the pump are studied in the paper.

The rollover accident of vehicle is fatal. so it is necessary to avoid rollover for a vehicle. In this paper, the vehicle rollover stability is analysis by using energy diagram. Sensitivity can analysis is performed through spring stiffness, active roll bar length, vehicle body mass and height of roll center. The results show how these parameters influence steady state and dynamic rollover threshold.
