Increasing global energy demand has resulted in an energy crisis. The dye sensitizer solar cell (DSSC) is an alternative source because of its ability to convert the sun`s energy into electrical energy. Our aim was to determine the effect of synthesized Ni(II)-Chlorophyll for enhancing the efficiency of solar cells based DSSC. Complex compound Ni(II)- Chlorophyll was successfully synthesized as a dye sensitizer of Ni(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>.6H<sub>2</sub>O and chlorophyll ligand with saponification method. Characterization results with spectrophotometer UV-Vis showed that the complex compounds of Ni(II)-Chlorophyll have a maximum wavelength of 295.00 nm, 451.00 and 665.00 nm. The bond between the ligand and metal appears in the vibration Ni-O at wave number 455.2 cm<sup>-1</sup>. Complex compoun Ni(II)-Chlorophyll has a magnetic moment 7.10 Bohr Magneton (BM). The performance of complex compound Ni(II)-Chlorophyll as a dye sensitizer shows the value of short-circuit current (Jsc) at 3.00 mA/cm<sup>2</sup>, open circuit voltage (Voc) at 0.15 V and the efficiency (η) 0.20%.

<P>We have discovered that there exist dynamic scaling behaviors for the nucleation and the saturation field in hysteresis loop of Co/Pt multilayer thin films. The dynamic hysteresis measurement was carried out with variation of sweeping rate of cycling fields, which reveals that not only the coercivity and the loop area, well known as the Steinmetz law, but also the nucleation and the saturation field exhibit similar scaling behaviors. We have systematically analyzed the scaling factor of nucleation, coercivity, and saturation phase with respect to the Co sublayer thickness. Local structural configuration depending on the Co sublayer thickness were examined by extended X-ray absorption fine structure, implying that damping parameter and interface effect modifies the coercivity and nucleation scaling factor but does not significantly induce the change in saturation scaling factors.</P>

<P>We report our investigation on structural and magnetic properties of double perovskite Sr<SUB>2</SUB>FeMoO<SUB>6</SUB> (SFMO) films fabricated at different annealing temperatures. Structural properties have been investigated by means of X-ray absorption near-edge spectra and extended X-ray fine structure, where a change of oxidation state has been observed depending on the annealing temperature. It is found that the oxidation state becomes more deficient for a lower annealing temperature, indicating a lower number of unoccupied Fe states with decreasing Mo coordination number. Ordering degree of Fe and Mo ions in SFMO films is found to strongly correlate to the oxidation state, resulting in the subsequent magnetic property change.</P>

We report our investigation on the magnetic-domain structure of a Co/Pt multilayer with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy under a horizontal in-plane field by using a high-resolution scanning transmission X-ray microscope (STXM) developed at Pohang Accelerator Laboratory. The ruggedshaped striped magnetic-domain structure that was initially formed under a field cycle along the out-of-the plane magnetic easy axis was found to be stretched and elongated along the direction of the horizontal in-plane field. As the in-plane field was strengthened, the striped pattern exhibited an anisotropic domain growth with further stretching and aligning, as well as with a modification of the magnetic-domain’s width.

The photocurrent on a Si photodiode caused at reverse bias by a linearly polarized diode laser has been systematically investigated by varying the bias voltage, the laser power, and the lock-in modulation frequency. Interestingly, the noise characteristics of the measured photocurrent exhibit a 1/f noise behavior with a scaling exponent of 0.94 ± 0.08 for all bias voltages from -4 V to -15 V, implying the existence of universality class for the 1/f noise characteristics in a photodiode detection signal irrespective of the bias voltage.
Effect of cyano substituent on photovoltaic properties of quinoxaline-based polymers

Three donor-acceptor type quinoxaline-based conjugated polymers, in which electron-donatingindacenodithiophene (IDT) and indacenodithieno[3,2-b]thiophene (IDTT) were connected to theelectron-accepting 2,3-diphenylquinoxaline (DPQ) derivatives, were synthesized using the Stillecoupling reaction. To investigate the effects of the strong electron-withdrawing cyano ( CN)substituent on the photovoltaic properties of polymers, it was selectively introduced in the DPQ uniton the polymer backbone. The combination of IDT and the standard DPQ produced the referencepolymer IDT-Qx, while the coupling of IDT and IDTT with mono-CN substituted DPQ provided thetarget polymers IDT-QxCN and IDTT-QxCN, respectively. Owing to the significant contributions of theCN substituent, IDT-QxCN and IDTT-QxCN exhibited better photovoltaic performances than IDT-Qxreference. Furthermore, the presence of more planar two thieno[3,2-b] thiophenes in IDTT than thetwo thiophenes in IDT allowed IDTT-QxCN to display the highest power conversion efficiency (5.47%)with an open circuit voltage of 0.95 V, short-circuit current density of 15.30 mA cm 2, andfill factorof 56.95%.
Current status of Indonesian journals in the field of Islamic economics and finance

This study aimed to explore the status of Indonesian journals in the discipline of Islamic economics and finance. In the last two decades, the emergence of Islamic economic journals was striking. As of November 2019, the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) contained 60 journals on Islamic economics, banking and finance, accounting, management and business, and philanthropy. To explore these journals, a content analysis was conducted using data in the SINTA database. Most of the Islamic economics and finance journals were in SINTA level 4 (out of 6). Only 8 journals were ranked in SINTA level 2, and none were in SINTA level 1. Based on these results, additional efforts are needed to improve journal quality. Moreover, many journals have not been indexed in SINTA, which might have good quality. The author suggests that further efforts be made to include Islamic economics and finance journals in other abstracting and indexing databases, such as the Directory of Open Access Journals, Moraref, and Garuda.
