임플란트 보철물에서 임시 접착용 시멘트의 인장결합강도 비교

        서경숙,권태엽,권용훈,김교한 大韓齒科器材學會 2003 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.30 No.4

The major disadvantage of cement-retained implant-supported superstructure is difficulty of retrievability. Sometimes, it is recommended that proetheses be provisionally cemented to implant abutment in order to ebaluate occlusion, screw loosening and tissue reaction. The retention of the provisional luting cementedusually employed in this case is considered to be important. This study compared tensile bond strength of gold crowns cemented to machined titanium implant abutments with three provisional luting cements. Also the effect of petrolatum and thermocycling on tensile bond stength were evaluated. Tensile bond strength of provisional luting cement were as follows with the decreasing order of Eugenol (13.06±1.544 kgf), Temp-Bond (9.41±0.737 kgf), Cavex (8.04±0.974 kgf), and Temp-bond with petrolatum (5.28±0.800 kgf). The addition of petrolatum in Temp-bond decreased tensile bond strength significantly (p<0.01). After thermocycling of 1,500 cycles, the tensile bond strengths of the cements were decreased with the order of Nogenol (10.87±3.031 kgf), Temp-Bond (8.1±0.667 kgf), Cavex (7.33±1.103 kgf), Temp-bond with petrolatum (4.88±1.348 kgf). The mocycling decreased the bond strength of Temp-Bond significantly, with no effects no other cements (p<0.01).

Ti표면의 전처리방법이 4-META/MMA-TBB 레진과의 접착강도에 미치는 영향

        김교한,서세광 대한치과기재학회 1999 대한치과재료학회지 Vol.26 No.2

The present study investigated the effectiveness of several surface pretreatment methods on the bonding of Ti to adhesive resin. Commercially pure Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy were bonded by 4-META/MMA-TBB resin to stainless rods. Each specimen was polished with No. 1.000 sandpaper and then treated with various surface treatment methods, such as 50 ㎛ size of Al₂O₃particles sandblasting, tinplating, silicoating, combination of sandblasting and tinplating and combination of sandblasting and silicoating. The surface of pure Ti treated with sandblasting was roughened to irregular and retentive pattern and aluminum content on the treated surface was increased. The surface morphology treated with tinplating was similar to nontreated one and the surface composition showed almost no change. The surface morphology of silicoating groups was similar to the one of silicoated after sandblasting condition and in both group, carbon content was significantly increased. The surfaces morphology of tinplating was not changed at all. The surface observation results of commercially pure Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy specimens were similar, but Ti-6Ai-4V alloy specimens were similar, but Ti-6Al-4V alloy showed more amount of tin precipitations at tinplating groups. Average tensile bond strength of each group was ranged from 21.20 to 31.64 MPa. The tensile bond strength of each group did not show a difference at the 0.05 significance in one-way ANOVA test. Fracture mode of each specimens was almost resin cohesive fracture, and some adhesive fracture-like area was proved to be cohesive fracture in higher magnification. Thus, bonding strength of resin-Ti interface was stronger than that of 4-META/MMA-TBB resin itself.

The Impacts of Exercise-Intervention on the Prevention and Treatment of Some Types of Cancer

        ( Han Kyo Seo ) 한국운동생리학회(구 한국운동과학회) 2021 운동과학 Vol.30 No.1

Cancer is a disease affecting millions of people and one of the primary causes of death worldwide like cardiovascular diseases. Nonpharmacological and nonoperative methods such as proper exercise-intervention, nutrition, maintaining the activity of daily living (ADL), psychological methods can also improve the physical function, cancer progression, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL). However it is extremely important, little light shed on the impacts of exercise-intervention on cancer prevention and treatments. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the impacts of nonpharmaceutical approaches such as diverse exercise-intervention on cancer prevention and treatments with psychological and physiological health for cancer patients. Moreover, this paper wants to combine knowledge regarding the many experimental papers and systemic reviews of cancer researches and exercise intervention liter-ature. A meta-analysis and systemic reviews of the impacts of an exercise intervention on cancer prevention and treatments were conducted to the PRISMA guidelines. 20 research articles were selected for final inclusion and extraction. And electronic analysis such as PubMed, Google scholar was carried for this study up to May 2020. The search keyword was ‘exercise-intervention and cancer’. We can suggest that physical exercise-intervention might be a suitable combination partner to exercise-related immune therapy in the prevention, delay, and treatment of cancer patients. Moreover, physical exercise-intervention directly enhances the QOL, ADL, healthy life, and even resilience of cancer patients. Therefore, these exercise interventions can be effective at reducing cancer symptoms, and enhancing cancer treatments for diverse and many cancer patients. Reversing low muscle mass can enhance cancer therapy outcomes and mortality. Nutrition strategies also might be helpful. A Follow-up study about specific high-quality tailoring exercise-intervention program on counteracting cancer symptoms, cancer prevention and treatment, physiological and psychological health and HRQOL is urgently needed in this area.

2004 Physical Activity and Nutrition (Phys Act Nutr) Vol.8 No.2

The purpose of this study was to compare the exercise intensity and energy consumption in dancesport and in walking, fast walking, jogging (especially comparing Rumba with walking, Waltz with fast walking, and Cha Cha Cha with jogging). 12 women who teach physical education and dancing at schools performed the experiment. To examine the exercise intensity and energy consumption in walking (75 m/min), fast walking (95 m/min), and jogging (140 m/min), each test was measured by wireless gas analyzer (Vmax ST) for 10 minutes each on treadmill. Three days after, the exercise intensity and energy consumption in dancesport (Rumba, Waltz, Cha cha cha) were tested for 10 minutes each. The tempos of each dance types were 25 bar/min (Rumba), 28 bar/min (Waltz), and 30 bar/min (Cha cha. cha). Conclusions were obtained by measuring the physical changes including energy consumption, oxygen consumption per weight unit, and HR with Vmax ST. Each factors of physical change was measured every twenty seconds during the test. On this basis of analyses, the results are as follows: First, jogging showed the highest level of energy consumption and Cha cha cha, waltz, Rumba, fast walking and walking markedly lesser energy consumption in order. Significant differences were observed when comparing Rumba (55.17 kcal/10 min) with walking (41.49 kcal/10 min) (p>0.05), Waltz (64.36 kcal/10 min) with fast walking (51.41 kcal/10 min) (p>0.05). It is also worthwhile to contrast the energy consumption of Cha cha cha (74.67 kcal/10 min) to that of jogging (84.01 kcal/10 min) (p>0.05). Second, jogging (92.21%) showed the highest exercise intensity. Cha cha cha (91.99%), Waltz (85.96%), Rumba (80.22%), fast walking (72.86%) and walking (65.70%) are following the order. In the examination of exercise intensity, noticeable differences were discerned between Rumba and walking and between waltz and fast walking (p>0.05) respectively. But considering Cha cha cha and jogging, the results of exercise intensity were not differentiated significantly (p>0.05). Thus, it is the unavoidable conclusion that, comparing with walking, fast walking and jogging, dancesport have the advantage of high exercise intensity and energy consumption to meet the purpose of performers without the problem of weather and place condition. Furthermore, dancesport proved to be a useful aerobic exercise that achieves high-energy efficiency in short time. To this extent, dancesport can be recommended as a continuous and regulative aerobic exercise for some people.
