Gear is main machine element which is used for the power transmit device when it si short in the gear. We use a standard goods in the case of the gear. But in case of special purpose, we need to manufacture the gear that have different angles. In this paper, we manufactured standard gears using W-EDM and Hobbing machine. We got a 3D shape doing reverse engineering manufactured gears. And then compared CAD data and measured data. Finally we verified ADS through comparing ADS data and KISSsoft data.
한국산 감잎의 Polyphenol 화합물의 생리활성물질의 화학구조 및 효소저해효과

The lyophilization of the solution extracted from 60 percent of acetone applied to persimmon leaves, the compounding process in accordance with the solution's concentration, and the gel filteration through Sephadex G-50 of biologically activated substances obstructing enzyme activity, such as tyrosinase, xanthine oxidase, and angiotesin converting enzyme (ACE) led to the assumption that polyphenol was the compound serving as biologically activated substances obstructing enzyme activity. Xanthine oxidase involved in pruine metabolism oxidizes hypoxanthine to xanthine and xanthine to uric acid. In the continuous study for natural compound, nine flavan-3-ois have been isolated from the persimmon leaves. The structures of (+)-catechin, (+)-gallocatechin, procyanidin B-1, pyrocyanidin C-1, prodelphinidin B-3, gallocatechin-(4α→8)-catechin, procyanidin B-7-3-O-gallate, procyanidin C-1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate and (-)-epigallocatechin-(4β→8)-epigallocatechin-(4β→8)-catechin were established by NMR and their inhibitory effect on xanthine oxidase activity was investigated. Procyanidin C-1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate showed 94%, 90.69%, 80.90% inhibition at 100(μ)M and inhibited on the angiotension converting enzyme respectively. Procyanidin B-7-3-O-gallate and procyanidin 1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate showed 66%, 63% inhibition at 100(μ)M and inhibited on the xanthine oxidase competitively. Procyanidin C-1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate showed 70% inhibition at 100(μ)M inhibited on the thyrosinase competitively.
김치저장성 향상을 위한 동결방법이 배추조직의 물성변화에 미치는 영향

김치를 10˚C에서 8일간 숙성시켜 산도 0.6~0.7%로 숙성된 김치를 -70˚C와 -20˚C로 냉동하며 -20˚C에서 저장하면서 배추 조직의 elasticity, hardness, 세포 조직의 변화, 드립양을 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. -70˚C에서 급속 동결한 것과 -20˚C에서 완만 동결한 냉동 김치 중 배추조직의 elasticity는 냉동 저장 15일까지 감소하다 일정하게 유지되었고 hardness는 거의 변화가 없었으며 냉동 방법에 따른 변화도 거의 나타나지 않았다. 투과 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 control의 경우 세포벽이 매우 두꺼우며 세포의 모양들이 잘 보존되어 잇는 것을 볼 수 있었고 -20˚C로 냉동 처리하여 해동시킨 세포벽들은 많이 손상되어 있음을 볼 수 있었으며 -70˚C로 급속 냉동시료의 경우 세포벽의 손상 정도가 -20˚C로 냉동 처리한 시료보다 덜 파괴되어 있음을 볼 수 있었다.한편 냉동 저장기간 동안 드립의 손실량의 변화는 -70˚C로 냉동 처리한 시료의 드립양은 3~4%정도로 -20˚C로 냉동 처리한 시료의 5~6%에 비해 적은 것을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of freezing methods, show freezing at -20℃ and rapid freezing at -70℃, on physical properties of Chinese cabbage in frozen Kimchi during storage at -20℃. Elasticity of midrib of Chinese cabbage in frozen Kimchi was decreased until 15 days and did not changed thereafter during storage at -20℃, Hardness of that was not changed during storage. Those results of elasticity and hardness of slow frozen sample are similar to rapid frozen sample. By the morphological observation through transmission electron microscope, more of cellular structure of Chinese cabbage in slow frozen was destructed than that of rapid frozen sample. Drip loss was more in slow frozen sample than that in rapid one.
AISI D2강 위에 다층으로 증착된 WC-Ti_(1-X)Al_(X)N 코팅의 국부부식 거동에 관한 연구

Multilayered WC-Ti_(1-x)Al_(x)N coatings are characterized by periodically repeated structures of lamellae of WC-Ti/WC-Ti_(1-x)Al_(x)N. WC-Ti_(1-x)Al_(x)N coatings of changing Al concentration were deposited on AISI D2 steel by high-ionization sputtered plasma vapor deposition (PVD). The Al concentration could be controlled by using evaporation source for Al and fixing the evaporating rate of other metals. Four kinds of WC-Ti_(1-x)Al_(x)N coatings were prepared: WC-Ti_(0.6)Al_(0.4)N, WC-Ti_(0.53)Al_(0.47)N, WC-Ti_(0.5)Al_(0.5)N and WC-Ti_(0.43)Al_(0.57)N. The corrosion behavior of WC-Ti_(1-x)Al_(x)N coatings was investigated using electrochemical techniques in deaerated 3.5% NaCl electrolyte (galvanic corrosion test, potentiodynamic polarization test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Mott-Schottky method) and surface analyses (GDOES, SEM and EDS). Particular attention was paid to the effect of growth defects on the coating properties related to the corrosion behavior. The results of the coating and substrate galvanic corrosion test showed low galvanic current densities. In the potentiodynamic polarization test and EIS measurement, the corrosion current density of WC-Ti_(0.5)Al_(0.5)N was lower than others and presented higher R_(ct) values than others after 240 h immersion time. This could be attributed to the formation of a Ti oxide, which promotes partial closing of the defects. Capacitance values obtained from EIS as a function of different potentials (C^(-2) vs E) showed that the oxide layer exhibited an n-type semiconductor behavior.

It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability of livestock facilities to guide reasonable livestock. The evaluation system could help plan new livestock facilities in rural areas. The assessment was performed based on location characteristics of livestock facilities such as land utilization around livestock facilities, size of livestock facilities, water and drainage condition, accessibility and distance from roads, floor condition, distance from village and house, direction of livestock facilities, ventilation facilities, animal Waste treatment, and so forth. In this study, location characteristics of livestock facilities were showed each location factors using statistical analysis.
한국산 배의 Polyphenol 화합물군이 쥐의 면역기능에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate immunofunctional activity of the polyphenol fractions isolated from Korean pear. In the experimental of Rosette forming cell, the results showed that all the polyphenol fractions enhance the cell count compared with the control group. Especially polyphenol fraction II and III showed highly significant effect on Rosette forming cell, and allergy inhibition. After antigen challenge, histamine content of blood of the polyphenol groups was lowered to near the normal group.
