      • SIIM 퍼지 PID 제어기를 이용한 3축 푸마 로봇의 경로 제어에 관한 연구

        This paper describes the design of the Fuzzy PID controller using simplified indirect inference method. First, the fuzzy digital PID controller are derived from the conventional continuous time linear ones. Then the fuzzification, control-rule base, and defuzzification using SIIM in the design of the fuzzy digital controller are discussed in detail. The resulting controller is a discrete time fuzzy version of the conventional digital PID controller, which has the same linear structure, but are nonlinear functions of the input signals. The proposed controller enhances the self-tuning control capability, particularly when the process to be controlled is nonlinear. When the SIIM is applied, the fuzzy inference results can be calculated with splitting fuzzy variables into each action component and are determined as the functional form of corresponding variables. So the proposed method has the capability of the high speed inference and adapting with increasing the number of the fuzzy input variables easily. Computer simulation results have demonstrated the superior to the control performance of the conventional digital PID controller. Lastly, it is applied to the trajectory control of the PUMA robot with three-axis.

      • 관광이벤트의 관광경영에 관한 연구

        관광상품의 한계성을 극복할 수 있는 방안으로 관광이벤트를 제시하였고, 이벤트 주최, 개체자의 관광 전, 중, 후 경영, 지역주민의 관광 전, 중, 후 경영과 관광자의 관광 전, 중, 후 경영에 대한 이론적 연구에 목적을 두었다. 이론적 연구를 통해 99'이천도자기축제를 관광 전, 중, 후로 나누어 사례를 분석해 보았으며 성공요인과 지적 받은 점을 분석했다. 지역 이벤트는 관광상품 개발과 지역활성화 라는 모든 측면에서 중요한 과제라고 생각된다. 인근지역에서 이벤트를 실시하기 때문에 우리도 하는 경쟁적 개최가 아닌 우리 지역만의 독특한 이벤트를 실시한다는 의지가 절실히 요구된다. 그러기 위해서 이벤트 주최, 개최자는 지역주민들과 함께 자신들의 지역을 재인식하고, 지역 이익 창출 기회로 사용한다면 지역활성화 방안으로는 최상이 수단이라고 생각된다. 또한 이벤트가 국내적인 규모를 넘어서서 국제적으로 발돋움하기 위해서는 지역이 갖는 특성을 고려하고 타 지역과 차별화 된 이벤트를 개발해야 하며, 이벤트 개발에 따른 참여업체의 세제 및 법적 지원방안이 강구되어야 하고 민간업체의 역할과 지방자치단체의 역할을 명확히 하여 가장 한국적인 것이 세계적인 것이 될 수 있도록 민관 모두 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로, 의식적인 노력으로 항상 새로운 축제를 준비하는 자세로 매년 새로운 목표를 추가하는 것도 필요하다.

      • PFM方式 直列形 dc-dc Converter에 關한 硏究

        This paper described the circuits of self-commutated dc-dc converter by the PFM method. The circuit is composed with a smoothing circuit and a thyristor triggered by a UJT relaxation oscillator. The result is that the output voltage of this device can be adjusted more stably by the pulse frequency of the oscillator than that of other methods.

      • 비정상 질확대경검사 소견을 보이는 환자에서 환상투열요법의 직접적 적용에 관한 연구

        Objective: Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone (LLETZ) has been widely used for evaluating cervical dysplasia/cancer. We performed this study to evaluate if colposcopically suspected cervical high-grade dysplasia or cancer could be directly evaluated and treated with LLETZ. Methods: 93 women who were scheduled for colposcopic evaluation because of an abnormal cervical cytology report were included in the study in Sanggye Paik Hospital from Jan to Dec 2001. Mean age of the study population was 38.6±9.0. colposcopy directed punch biopsy was not performed and histologic diagnosis was made by LLETZ. Sensitivity and specificity of colposcopic evaluation was calculated and compared with those of cervical cytology. Results: On histopathological examination by LLETZ, 11(11.8%) patients had invasive cancers including 3(3.2%) adenocarcinomas. The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy for the detection of cervical dysplasia or cancer was 71.7% and 72.3% respectively, wile those of cytology was 56.5% and 74.5% respectively. Conclusion: LLETZ may be adequately performed for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical dysplasia/cancer based on the results of pap smear and colposcopy without punch biopsy. Cost benefit might be anticipated while cost-effectiveness analysis is necessary in the future.

      • n-CdS_(0.46)Se_(0.54)/p-Cu_92-x)S_(0.46)Se_(0.54) 이종접합 태양전지의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        승화방법에 의해 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 성장하여 결정구조를 조사하고, Van der Pauw 방법으로 Hall effect를 측정하여 carrier density의 온도 의존성과 mobility의 온도 의존성을 조사하였다. 성장된 CdS_0.46Se_0.54 단결정을 치환반응하여 n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 이종접합 태양전지를 제작하였다. Spectral response, 전류-전압특성 및 전력변환 효율을 조사하여 그 결과로부터 개방전압은 0.48V, 단락 전류 밀도는 21mA/㎠, fill factor와 전력변환효율은 각각 0.75와 9.5%를 얻었다. CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal was grown by a sublimation method. The crystal structure and the temperature dependence of carrier density and mobility of CdS_0.46Se_0.54 single crystal were studied. Heterojunction solar cells on n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 were fabricated by the substitution reaction. The spectral response, the J-U characteristics and the conversion efficiency of the n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells were studied. The open-cricuit voltage, short-circuit density, fill factor and conversion efficiency of n-CdS_0.46Se_0.54/p-Cu_2-xS_0.46Se_0.54 heterojunction solar cells under 80mW/㎠ illumination were found to be 0.48V, 21mA/㎠, 0.75 and 9.5%, respectively.

        CONSTRUCTION, ASSEMBLY AND COMMISSIONING OF KSTAR MAIN STRUCTURES

        The KSTAR device succeeded in first plasma generation on 13th June of 2008 through comprehensive system test and commissioning. Among various kinds of the key factors that decisively affected the project, success in the construction and assembly of the major tokamak structure was most important one. Every engineering aspects of each structure were finally confirmed in the integrated commissioning period, and there were no severe troubles and failures prevented the KSTAR device from operating during the commissioning and the first plasma experiments. As a result, all of the experiences and technologies achieved through the KSTAR construction process are expected to be important fundamentals for future construction projects of superconducting fusion devices. This paper summarizes key engineering features of the major structures and of the machine assembly.

        The effect of rhinovirus on airway inflammation in a murine asthma model

        Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate the differences in lower airway inflammatory immune responses, including cellular responses and responses in terms of inflammatory mediators in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and the airway, to rhinovirus (RV) infection on asthma exacerbation by comparing a control and a murine asthma model, with or without RV infection. Methods: BALB/c mice were intraperitoneally injected with a crude extract of Dermatophagoides farinae (Df ) or phosphate buffered saline (PBS) and were subsequently intranasally treated with a crude extract of Df or PBS. Airway responsiveness and cell infiltration, differential cell counts in BALF, and cytokine and chemokine concentrations in BALF were measured 24 hours after intranasal RV1B infection. Results: RV infection increased the enhanced pause (Penh) in both the Df sensitized and challenged mice (Df mice) and PBS-treated mice (PBS mice) (P<0.05). Airway eosinophil infiltration increased in Df mice after RV infection (P<0.05). The levels of interleukin (IL) 13, tumor necrosis factor alpha, and regulated on activation, normal T cells expressed and secreted (RANTES) increased in response to RV infection in Df mice, but not in PBS mice (P<0.05). The level of IL-10 significantly decreased following RV infection in Df mice (P<0.05). Conclusion: Our findings suggest that the augmented induction of proinflammatory cytokines, Th2 cytokines, and chemokines that mediate an eosinophil response and the decreased induction of regulatory cytokines after RV infection may be important manifestations leading to airway inflammation with eosinophil infiltration and changes in airway responsiveness in the asthma model.

        Ginsenoside Changes in Red Ginseng Manufactured by Acid Impregnation Treatment

        To enhance the functionalities of ginseng, an acid impregnation pre-treatment was applied during red ginseng processing. Acetic, ascorbic, citric, malic, lactic, and oxalic acid were used for the acid impregnation treatment, and total and crude saponin concentrations and ginsenoside patterns were evaluated. Total and crude saponin contents of red ginseng pre-treated by acetic, ascorbic, and citric acid were similar to those of red ginseng without pre-treatment, whereas lactic, malic, and oxalic acid pre-treatment caused a reduction of total and crude saponin in red ginseng. From the high performance liquid chromatography analysis of ginsenosides, increased $Rg_3$ density was shown in red ginseng pre-treated by acetic, ascorbic, and citric acid impregnation. In the case of lactic, malic, and oxalic acid pre-treatment, increased $Rg_1$ density was observed in red ginseng. Increased $Rg_1$ and $Rg_3$ contents due to acid impregnation during red ginseng processing may contribute to improving bioactive functionalities of red ginseng.
