        Abstract – The objective of this study was to prepare ketoprofen-loaded buccal adhesive patch. The adhesive patch was formulated by casting method using aqueous soluble polymer povidone K17 (PVP 17PF) as film-forming agent and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) as adhesive agent. To compare the effect of HPMC type, different molecular weight of K4M and K15M HPMC was used. The physicochemical properties of patches such as appearance, thickness, in vitro release, and adhesiveness were investigated. The concentration of ketoprofen was determined spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 233 nm. The appearance of prepared patches was semi-transparent, light-yellow or almost colorless, and odorless. Thickness of each patches (n=6) was 0.895 ± 0.033 mm for K4M patch and 0.727 ± 0.036 mm for K15M patch. In vitro release test, both K4M and K15M patches showed over 20% release within 30 min. At 120 min, K4M and K15M patches demonstrated 95% and 67.5% release of ketoprofen, respectively, and up to 240 min, both patches released drug completely. Maximum adhesive force of K4M and K15M patches was 6.571 ± 2.703 gf and 2.735 ± 1.151 gf, respectively. Moreover, it took 28.29 ± 0.38 sec and 28.30 ± 0.34 sec for K4M and K15M patch to peel off them after adhesion, showing no significant difference. In conclusion, thickness, in vitro release, and maximum adhesive force could be modulated by alteration of polymer types.

At 120 min, K4M and K15M patches demonstrated 80% and 76% release of triamcinolone acetonide, respectively, and up to 240 min, both patches released drug completely. Maximum adhesive force of K4M and K15M patches was 4.66 ± 0.76 gf and 2.69 ± 0.90 gf, respectively. Moreover, it took 28.73 ± 0.44 sec and 28.68 ± 0.61 sec for K4M and K15M patch to peel off them after adhesion, showing no significant difference. In conclusion, thickness, in vitro release, and maximum adhesive force could be modulated by alteration of polymer types.

        [논문]보육실습에서 프로젝트접근법에 대한 예비보육교사의 관심수준 변화 연구

        본 연구는 예비보육교사가 보육실습이라는 과정에서 프로젝트 접근법에 대한 관심은 어떠하며, 관심변화 여부를 사례중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 예비보육교사를 대상으로 보육실습 사전과 사후검사를 실시하였으며, 자세하고 구체적인 사실과 연구의 질적인 부분을 찾아보고자 인터뷰하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 프로젝트에 대한 예비보육교사들의 관심은 전반적으로 무관심으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사전․사후검사 결과, 프로젝트 접근법에 대한 관심수준의 변화가 있었던 사례에서는 관심변화의 패턴도 다양하게 나타났으며, 관심변화가 크게 없었던 사례에서는 개인, 정보관심이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 프로젝트에 대한 예비보육교사의 관심수준은 보육환경, 보육과정, 실습지도 교사, 예비보육교사의 지각력, 프로젝트에 대한 사전지식이나 교육정도에 따라 다양하게 변할 수 있음을 알게 되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the case in which we can identify how the SoC of prospective child care teachers about the project approach changes and why these change appears during the child care practice when we assumpt that for prospective child care teachers to implement the project approach is that they participate in change during child care practice. In Case K, the SoC of the prospective child care teacher moves from Stage 0 awareness to Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, and In Case M, the SoC moves from Stage 0 to Stage 1. In Case P, the SoC moves from Stage 1 to Stage 2, Stage 3, and in Case S, the SoC isn't changed. Above this, we identify the SoC of prospective child care teachers. Case K, M, and P changes SoC after child care practice, but Case S doesn't change. the reason why there is a difference is the mindset of prospective child care teachers. Anyone who wants to accomplish specific purposes can deal with diverse changes with flexibility, but others can easily have an effect on the changes. We suggest that instructor in organization for prospective child care teachers’ education need to have a class for prospective child care teachers to put theory into practice, give direct facilitation and intervention in the field to prospective child care teachers, make a learning environment for prospective child care teachers to make good use of teaching materials and instrument, develop guidebook for project approach and give support to prospective child care teachers.

        태안 연안에서 통발어선과 자망어선의 상업적 조업에 어획된 수산생물의 종조성 및 계절 변동

        Species composition and seasonal variation of aquatic organism in the coastal waters off Taean, Korea were investigated using catches by commercial fishing of the pot and gill net from April 2010 to January 2011. A total of 58 species, 10,602 individuals and 547,569g of aquatic organism were collected during the study. Aquatic organism were composed of 22 species of Pisces, 20 species of Crustacea, 8 species of Gastropoda, 3 species of Echinodea, 2 species of Cephalopoda and Bivalvia, and 1 species of Holothuroidea. 41 species in 9 orders and 22 families were collected by the pot, and 28 species in 15 orders and 22 families were collected by the gill net. Volutharpa ampullacea was the most dominant in the pot, while Okamejei kenojei was the most dominant in the gill net. These two species accounted for 73.9% in the number of individuals, and 64.4% in biomass. The number of species was high in spring in the pot, and autumn in the gill net. The number of individuals and biomass were highest in winter and summer respectively in the pot, and summer in the gill net. The number of species of the consignment quantity caught by commercial fishery of the pot and gill net in Mohang was 12 and 14 respectively. Cluster analysis based on species composition of the 18 most common species showed that the species were separated into 3 different group. Group A was composed of species which were abundant in spring, group B was composed of species which were abundant in summer and autumn, and group C was composed of year-round residents.

        서해 태안반도 연안에서 오터트롤에 채집된 저서생물의 종조성 및 계절변동

        To investigate specie composition and seasonal variation of demersal organisms in the coastal waters off the Taean peninsula, otter trawl surveys were conducted from April 2010 to January 2011. A total of 75 species were collected including 44 species of Pisces, 19 species of Crustacea, 6 species of Cephalopoda, 4 species of Gastropoda, and I spe-cies each of Bivalvia and Echinoidea. The dominant species in each season were Palaemon gravieri in spring, Cha-rybdis bimaculata in summer, Loligo japonica in autumn, and Crangon hakodatei in winter. The number of species, individuals and biomass were highest in autumn and lowest in winter. The diversity index was highest in summer and lowest in winter. The dominance index was highest in winter and lowest in summer. The richness index was highest in autumn and lowest in winter. The evenness index was highest in summer and lowest in autumn. A cluster analysis showed that demersal organisms were divided into two groups; spring and winter organisms (Group 1) and summer and autumn organisms (Group 2). We detected a significant difference (P<0.05) between these groups, mainly owing to Platycephalus indicus, Repomucenus koreanus, and Paralichthys olivaceus within Pisces: Trachysalambria curvi-rostris, Metapenaeopsis dalei, P. gravieri and C. hakodatei within Crustacea: and L. japonica within Cephalopoda.

      • 묵계월 명창의 활동을 통해 본 경기민요史

        본 연구는 기존의 연구 방법에서 탈피하여, 경기민요 가창자의 구술자료를 대상으로 새로운 관점에서 경기민요의 역사를 재정리하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 오래전부터 경기민요의 전반적인 흐름을 기억하고 있는 묵계월 명창의 구술자료를 중심으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 구술자료 확보를 위해 묵계월 명창과 3차례 만나 면접조사를 실시하였으며, 묵계월 명창의 구술자료에 대한 검증작업과 당시의 시대상을 다른 관점에서 살펴보기 위해 묵계월 명창과 함께 활동한 하진옥 선생의 구술자료도 확보하였다. 면담조사를 통해 확보한 두 분의 구술자료는 본 연구의 주된 목적인 경기민요가 어떤 식으로 전개되었는지를 파악하는 데 있어 귀중한 자료로 손색이 없었다. 이들 자료는 경기민요의 입문과정, 학습과정, 공연활동 등을 종합하여 해방이전과 이후, 그리고 인간문화재 지정과 이후로 나눠 논의를 진행하였는데, 이를 통해 기존에 언급되지 않았던 경기민요의 전반적인 흐름 양상을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 민요를 비롯한 전통문화를 글로 남겨진 것들이 적은 관계로 오랜 기간 동안 이들 분야에서 활동해온 인물들의 구술자료는 자료로서 가치가 매우 높다. 물론 구술자의 기억에 의존한 구술자료는 신뢰성 문제가 늘 지적되어 왔다. 그렇지만 기록되지 않은 역사적 사실은 다른 관점에서 보면 기존의 역사 자료와 비교되지 않을 정도로 구체적일 뿐만 아니라 기존에 알려지지 않은 사실을 밝혀낼 수도 있다는 점에서 가치가 높다. 묵계월 명창의 공연활동이 경기민요를 대표하는 것은 아니지만 오랜 기간 경기민요에서 활동해 왔다는 사실에서 볼 때 나름대로 의미가 있다. This study is intended to recognize the history of Gyeonggi Minyo from the new perspectives, focused on Gyeonggi Minyo singer"s verbal information not using the existing research method. In particular, this study was conducted through analyzing the verbal information of Master Mukgyewol who has memorized the general flow of Gyeonggi Minyo. In order to obtain the verbal information, an interview with Master Mukgyewol was conducted three times. Also, the information from Ha Jinok who was active with Master Muk Gyewol was obtained in order to verify the verbal information from Master Muk Gyewol and to analyze the contemporary history from the different perspectives. These two verbal information gained from the interview survey was very important in analyzing the main purpose of this study, that is "how Gyeonggi Minyo was developed". These information was sorted into the period before and after the independence and the period before and after a designation of human cultural asset by integration the introductory process, learning process and performance activity of Gyeonggi Minyo. Then, the general aspects of Gyeonggi Minyo which have not been mentioned now were analyzed. Because the traditional cultures have not been recorded, inclusive of folk songs in writing, the verbal information from people whom are involved in the field for a long period is very valuable and precious. Experts have indicated a problem of reliability in the verbal information which depends on people"s memory. But, because the historical facts which have not been recorded could not only be detailed compared to the existing historical data in the different respect, but reveal the new fact. Master Mukgyewol"s performance activity does not represent Gyeonggi Minyo but is meaningful, considered the fact that he was involved in Gyeonggi Minyo for the long time.

        상담자의 상담과정 내 스트레스의 회복경험에 대한 질적 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 상담자가 상담과정에서 겪게 되는 스트레스가 무엇인지 탐색하고 그에 영향을 미치는 요인을 구체화하며, 스트레스 회복 경험을 통한 변화들을 파악하고 그 의미를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 상담 경력 15년의 상담 전문가를 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 심층면담과 전화 인터뷰, 수퍼비전 기록 등 다양한 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 이를 분석하기 위해 근거이론방법론을 적용하였다. 분석내용을 살펴보면, 인과적 조건은 `상담을 잘하고 싶은 열망`과 `소명의식을 갖고 하게 되는 상담`으로 나타났으며, 중심현상은 `상담자의 효능감 부족에 따른 불안`이었다. 이 과정에서 참여자는 상담에 대한 열정과 성실함, 그리고 사회적 지지체계인 수퍼바이저의 도움으로 상담과정 내 스트레스를 극복할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 상담자는 상담과정 내 스트레스 회복경험을 통해 상담 전문가로서의 자기성찰 및 성장을 이루게 된다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore what counselors experience the stress in the counseling process, to specify the factors that affect its, and to analyze the meaning of the changes through stress recovery experience. For this purpose, we selected counselors with 15 years of experience in counseling career and collected data by various methods such as in - depth interviews, telephone interviews, and supervision records. In analyzing the contents, the causal condition appeared as `a desire to have good counseling` and `counseling to make a vocation`, and the central phenomenon was `anxiety due to lack of counselor` s efficacy. In this process, participants were able to overcome the stress in the counseling process with the passion and sincerity of counseling, and with the help of supervisor, social support system. As a result, the counselor confirmed that she experiences self-reflection and growth as a counseling expert through experiences of restoring stress in the counseling process. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed based on these results.

      • Enhanced Electrical Properties of Reduced Graphene Oxide Multilayer Films by <i>In-Situ</i> Insertion of a TiO<sub>2</sub> Layer

        <P>Wrinkle-free reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/TiO<SUB>2</SUB> hybrid multilayer films were directly fabricated using an rGO solution stabilized by a TiO<SUB>2</SUB> precursor sol applied over a large area by an air spraying method without the use of additional reduction processes. <I>In-situ</I> insertion of the TiO<SUB>2</SUB> layer between rGO sheets dramatically increased the conductivity and carrier mobility despite the insulating properties of amorphous TiO<SUB>2</SUB>. The TiO<SUB>2</SUB> situated between rGO sheets also induced significant hole doping. Electrical hysteresis caused by adsorbed water molecules and residual oxidative moieties in the rGO nanosheets vanished due to TiO<SUB>2</SUB>-assisted screening of charged impurities. These effects decreased the thermal carrier activation energy and increased the density of states at the Fermi level.
