This study was carried out to get the genetic information on the germination rate and fat acidity after 12 weeks’storage at 35 . Germination rate decreased with longer storage period, ℃ while fat acidity increased. Germination rate was higher in the order of Koshihikari, Hanmaeum and Unkwangbyeo after 12 weeks’storage at 35℃. Fat acidity of Koshihikari and Hanmaeum was gradually increased, but that of Unkwangbyeo was dramatically increased after 4 weeks’storage at 35℃. The genetic mode on germination rate and fat acidity using the joint scaling test was shown to be additive-dominance gene effects. Additive([d]) effect was higher than dominance effect([h]) in all crosses. The average degree of dominance, [h]/[d], was less than 1, indicating that germination rate and fat acidity was partially dominant. Germination rate and fat acidity based on frequency distribution of 2 crosses were quantitative characters expressed by polygenes.
Difference of Milling Traits According to Milling Level and Rice Variety

This study was conducted to make breeding program for improving milling traits, which has difference among the rice varieties. Milling traits such as residual embryo ratio, broken kernel ratio and whiteness were investigated at the different milling level and with several varieties. Residual embryo ratio and broken kernel ratio were high at the varieties group having more 1000-grain weight. In the whiteness of milled rice, there was also variance among the varieties at the same degree of milling. Correlation analysis among milling traits showed that there is positive correlation between 1000-grain weight and recovery of brown rice, but negative correlation between protein content of brown rice and hardness of kernel. Therefore, these different milling traits of each varieties could be considered in the rice breeding program for the good quality.

<P>A Gram-staining-negative, non-motile, spore-forming, rod-shaped, marine bacterial strain, CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP>, was isolated from tropical seawater near Kosrae, an island in the Federated States of Micronesia. Analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence of strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> revealed a clear affiliation with the genus <I>Gracilimonas</I>. Based on phylogenetic analysis, strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> showed the closest phylogenetic relationship to <I>Gracilimonas tropica</I> CL-CB462<SUP>T</SUP>, with 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity of 96.6 %. DNA–DNA relatedness between strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> and <I>G. tropica</I> CL-CB462<SUP>T</SUP> was 6.7 % (reciprocal 9.5 %). Strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> grew in the presence of 1–20 % sea salts and the optimal salt concentration was 3.5–5 %. The temperature and pH optima for growth were 35 °C and pH 7.5. The major cellular fatty acids (≥10.0 %) of strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> were iso-C<SUB>15 : 0</SUB>, summed feature 3 (iso-C<SUB>15 : 0</SUB> 2-OH and/or C<SUB>16 : 1</SUB>ω7<I>c</I>) and iso-C<SUB>17 : 1</SUB>ω9<I>c</I> and the only isoprenoid quinone was MK-7. The polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, an unidentified phospholipid, two unidentified glycolipids and two unidentified lipids. The genomic DNA G+C content of strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> was 43.2 mol%. The combined phenotypic, chemotaxonomic and phylogenetic data showed that strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> could be distinguished from the only member of the genus <I>Gracilimonas</I> with a validly published name. Thus, strain CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> should be assigned to a novel species in the genus <I>Gracilimonas</I>, for which the name <I>Gracilimonas rosea</I> sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is CL-KR2<SUP>T</SUP> ( = KCCM 90206<SUP>T</SUP> = JCM 18898<SUP>T</SUP>).</P>

Safety pharmacological properties of CJ-11555, an anti-cirrhotic agent, were investigated in experimental animals and in vitro test system. CJ-11555 had no effects on normal body temperature in rats, motor coordination, chemoshock induced by pentetrazol, electric shock induced by electric shocker and writhing syndromes in mice at dose levels of 100, 300 and 1,000 mg/kg. CJ-11555 inhibited intestinal activity and prolonged hexobarbital-induced sleeping time in mice at the dose level of 1,000 mg/kg. CJ-11555 affected on general activity and behaviour tests in SD rats, such as lacrimation, ptosis, piloerection, decreased body tone, abnormal dispersion within the cage, diarrhoea, red colored faeces, slight hypothermia and decreased grooming, at the dose level of 1,000<br/> mg/kg in rats. CJ-11555 was effected on cardiovascular and respiratory system in anesthetized beagle dogs, such as tachycardia, increase of mean blood pressure and decrease of PR interval, decrease of respiratory rate and minute volume, at dose levels of 10 and 30 mg/kg. However, these effects were also observed in vehicle treated anesthetized beagle dogs. In in vitro experiments, CJ-11555 inhibited agonists (histamine, acetyl-choline or BaCl2) induced contraction of isolated guinea-pig at the concentration of 30×10-6 M. CJ-11555 was weekly inhibited hERG channel current at concentrations of 10 and 30×10-6 M, and IC50 was estimated to be higher than 30×10-6 M. Based on these results, it was concluded that CJ-11555 affected on cardiovascular and respiratory system, general activity and behaviour and hexobarbital-induced sleeping time at the dose level of 1,000 mg/kg and contraction of the smooth muscle and hERG channel current at the concentration of 30×10-6 M.

The defense industry export of Korea has been steadily risen since 2006. It is attained $340million, the highest export amounts ever, in 2013. As the defense industry export increase, Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) built defense industry export and import management system to assist export and to protect defense technologies. In this paper, we study factors to activate the defense industry export and import management system using Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) in compulsive usage environment. The significance of this study is as follows: First, we prove the reliability and feasibility of measurement variables in defense industry of compulsive usage environment. Second, we suggest factors to activate the defense industry export and import management system. Third, we present methodology to find factors in computation systems of public institute using TAM.
