        중국은 유가문화의 발원지로서 줄곧 교육을 중시해왔다 하지만 인력시장에서 고학력자들은 '대우' 를 받지 못하고 있다. 80-90년대 중국에서는 "원자폭탄을 만드느니 삶은 계란을 파는게 낫다" 라는 말이 있었다. 21세기에 들어 대희졸업생 취업난은 중요한 사회적 문제가 되고 있다. 학계에서는 고등교육을 받은 자의 실업문제를 "고학력 실업" 이라고 부르고 있다. 미시적인 측면에서, 인력시장의 수요와 공급은 가정과 기업의 선택에 따라 결정된 다 하지만 가정과 기업의 결정은 기계적인 계산에 의한 결과가 아닌 사회문화의 영향을 받은 것이다. 현재, 매우 적은 문헌 에서 문화가 인력시장에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하고 있으며, 대부분은 노동자가 받는 영향에 대하여 연구되고 있다 이러한 이유로 우리는 아직 문화기기업의 채용에 영향을 주는지 에 대한 문헌은 발견하지 못하였 다. 본 논문은 광둥성을 샘플로 채택하여 민족문화가 기업의 인재채용에 미치 는 영향에 대하여 연구하고 있다. 광둥성을 택한 이유는 〈중국어언지도집〉에 의하면 광둥과 광서는 한족지역에서 민족분포가 가장 복잡한 성으로 우리의 연구에 가장 적합했기 때문이다 광둥성의 주체민 족은 广府族群 '客家族群 '福佬族群이며, 이 세 개의 민족은 홍콩, 마카오, 대만 및 해외 화교사회의 주체민족으로 복건, 광서, 해남, 강서, 절강, 사천성 둥에 분포되어 있다 광둥성은 전국에서 경 제적규모도 매우 크므로 우리의 연구는 큰 의미가 있을 것으로 사료된다. Educated unemployment has long been concerned by the society. Previous studies have offer explanations from the prospective of increased enrollment, industrial structure, education system and social/economic institution, leaving culture neglected. This paper studies the impact of ethnic culture on corporate recruitment, with GuangdongProvinceasanexample. There are three local ethnic groups in Guangdong:Cantonese,Hakka,andHoklo. It is found that, although Hakka families are known for paramount importance of education, firms in Hakka and Hakka-Hoklo-mixed communities recruit significantly fewer college graduates. The departure of family preference and corporate preference destructs the "self-balance" mechanism of the labor market, which offers a cultural explanation for educated unemployment.

        Color center of YAlO3 with cation vacancies

        High quality pure YAlO3 crystal with dimension of Ø 30 × 50 ㎟ was grown by Czochralski technique. UV irradiation and air annealing bring additional absorption in the region 200–800 nm. The absorption spectra of perfect YAlO3 and YAlO3 containing cation vacancy (aluminium vacancy and yttrium vacancy)were calculated using density functional theory code CASTEP. Comparison of the simulated absorption spectra with the experimental absorption spectra of YAlO3 after UV irradiation and air annealing treatments shows that cation vacancies are responsible for part of the coloration on YAlO3 crystal.

        Performance Analysis of Cellular Networks with D2D communication Based on Queuing Theory Model

        In this paper, we develop a spatiotemporal model to analysis of cellular user in underlay D2D communication by using stochastic geometry and queuing theory. Firstly, by exploring stochastic geometry to model the user locations, we derive the probability that the SINR of cellular user in a predefined interval, which constrains the corresponding transmission rate of cellular user. Secondly, in contrast to the previous studies with full traffic models, we employ queueing theory to evaluate the performance parameters of dynamic traffic model and formulate the cellular user transmission mechanism as a M/G/1 queuing model. In the derivation, Embedded Markov chain is introduced to depict the stationary distribution of cellular user queue status. Thirdly, the expressions of performance metrics in terms of mean queue length, mean throughput, mean delay and mean dropping probability are obtained, respectively. Simulation results show the validity and rationality of the theoretical analysis under different channel conditions.

        Preventive effect of Lactobacillus plantarum HFY09 on HCl/ethanol-induced gastric injury in mice

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum HFY09 on gastric injury induced by HCl/ ethanol in Kunming mice. The results showed that HFY09-H inhibited any increases in gastric juice volume, maintained the normal pH value of gastric acid, and reduced the damage caused to the gastric mucosa and gastric wall, the inhibition rate on the injury area reaches 63.70%. Compared with the negative control group, HFY09 increased the levels of serum somatostatin (SS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), and also decreased the levels of substance P (SP), endothelin-1 (ET-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-12 (IL-12), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interferon-γ (IFN-γ). In addition, real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (Q-PCR) also confirmed that high-dose HFY09 ( 109 CFU/kg/ day) upregulated the mRNA expression of copper/zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu/Zn-SOD), manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD), catalase (CAT), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), and neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), and downregulated the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). At the same time, the results of the HFY09 treatment group were similar to those of the ranitidine treatment group. These results indicate that HFY09 can prevent gastric injury induced by HCl/ethanol in vivo. Therefore, HFY09 may play a potential role in the treatment of gastric diseases.

        Effects of chlorantraniliprole on detoxification enzymes activities in Locusta migratoria L.

        The broad insecticide chlorantraniliprole causes death by activating the ryanodine receptor, and its effects on detoxification enzymes limit its proper rotation and mixed use with other pesticides. Therefore, we studied the changes in detoxification enzymes activities of Locusta migratoria L. nymphs induced by chlorantraniliprole. When nymphs of locust were treated with chlorantraniliprole only on the first day, the LC50 was 4.8 μg mL−1, and the activities of esterases (ESTs) and glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) increased, but the activity of multifunction oxidases (MFOs) increased only at 3 day after treatment, although the activities fluctuated over 7 days after treatment. When the nymphs of locust were treated for 7 days, the LC50 was 2.3–3.1 μg mL−1, and similarly the activities of ESTs and GSTs increased while that of MFOs decreased significantly in a concentrationdependent manner. Synergism of triphenylphosphate, piperonyl butoxide, and diethyl maleate with chlorantraniliprole toxicity confirmed the correlation between chlorantraniliprole and changes in ESTs, GSTs, and MFOs activities. Herein, we improved the knowledge about the effects of chlorantraniliprole on these detoxification enzymes of L. migratória. These results clarified the effects of chlorantraniliprole on the activities of ESTs, GSTs, and MFOs in L. migratoria, and will provide insight into its proper rotation and mixed use with other pesticides.
