        <B>Graphic Abstract</B> <P>A facile and powerful pH-responsive polymeric micelle encapsulates Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> nanoparticles as an acid-targeting MRI contrast agent for pathologic diagnosis. This MRI probe remains in a micellar state in the physiological environment whereas it can be dissolved in acidic pathological areas.         Isoindolin-1-ones from the stems of Nicotiana tabacum and their antiviral activities

        In previous studies, several isoindolin-1-oneanalogs that exhibited signifi cant anti-tobacco mosaic virus(anti-TMV) activities were isolated from Nicotiana tabacum . Since gene-editing mutants provide a new sample for thediscovery of active metabolites, we focused on the stems ofYN-18–23 (a mutant N. tabacum for gene editing with thealkaloid metabolic pathway cultivated by Yunnan TobaccoCompany), which led to the isolation of four new ( 1–4 )and four known ( 5–8 ) isoindolin-1-ones. To the best of ourknowledge, nicindole C ( 3 ) is the fi rst subclass of isoindolin-1-one bearing a pentacyclic ketone, while nicindole D ( 4 )is the fi rst example of isoindolin-1-one bearing a methylpyridin-2-(1 H )-one moiety. Compounds 1–4 were testedfor their anti-TMV activities, and the results revealed thatcompounds 1 , 3 , and 4 exhibited high anti-TMV activities atconcentrations of 20 μM with inhibition rates of 48.6, 42.8,and 71.5%, respectively. These rates are higher than the inhibitionrate of the positive control (33.2%). The mechanisticstudy of compound 4 , which had the highest anti-TMV activityrevealed that increased potentiation of defense-related enzyme activities and downregulation of expression of theNtHsp70 protein may induce resistance in tobacco againstthe viral pathogen TMV. Molecular docking studies alsorevealed that the isoindolin-1-one substructure is fundamentalfor anti-TMV activity. The methyl-pyridin-2-(1 H )-onemoiety in compound 4 and the 2-oxopropyl groups in compounds1 and 3 at the N -2 position may increase inhibitoryactivities. This study of the structure–activity relationshipis helpful for fi nding new anti-TMV activity inhibitors. Tostudy whether the isoindolin-1-ones have broader antiviralactivities, compounds 1–4 were also tested for their antirotavirusactivities. Compound 4 exhibited high anti-rotavirusactivity with a therapeutic index (TI) value of 20.7. This TI value is close to that of the positive control (20.2).

        Discriminating Eggs from Two Local Breeds Based on Fatty Acid Profile and Flavor Characteristics Combined with Classification Algorithms

        This study discriminated fatty acid profile and flavor characteristics of Beijing You Chicken (BYC) as a precious local breed and Dwarf Beijing You Chicken (DBYC) eggs. Fatty acid profile and flavor characteristics were analyzed to identify differences between BYC and DBYC eggs. Four classification algorithms were used to build classification models. Arachidic acid, oleic acid (OA), eicosatrienoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid (DPA), hexadecenoic acid, monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) and 35 volatile compounds had significant differences in fatty acids and volatile compounds by gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GC-MS) (p<0.05). For fatty acid data, k-nearest neighbor (KNN) and support vector machine (SVM) got 91.7% classification accuracy. SPME-GC-MS data failed in classification models. For electronic nose data, classification accuracy of KNN, linear discriminant analysis (LDA), SVM and decision tree was all 100%. The overall results indicated that BYC and DBYC eggs could be discriminated based on electronic nose with suitable classification algorithms. This research compared the differentiation of the fatty acid profile and volatile compounds of various egg yolks. The results could be applied to evaluate egg nutrition and distinguish avian eggs.

        Spray angle is one of the key spray macro parameters which reflect fuel atomization characteristics and fuel and air entrainment quality directly; it then could affect the combustion efficiency and emission formation in cylinder. As the spray characteristics are widely investigated, there are already some kinds of definition and calculation methods for spray angle. Although all these definitions reflect the spray angle trends correspondingly, the difference between these definitions and calculation results was seldom studied. This paper focuses on the comparison and analysis the spray angle results based on the different calculation criterions, and the trend of these key points versus time at various calculation criterions which determine spray angle.

        소비자 리뷰의 감성 키워드를 활용한 디자인 방안 연구 -중국 상위 메디컬 화장품 브랜드와 AI를 중심으로-

        급속한 사회 발전과 부의 증가로 소비자 욕구는 개별적이고 독특한 요구를 충족시키는 방향으로 변화하고 있으며, 현대의 커뮤니케이션 환경에서는 감성 디자인이 중시된다. 본 연구는 소비자 리뷰 데이터를 분석해 브랜드에 적합한 감성 키워드를 추출하고, 이를 통해 패키지의 감성 디자인 요인을 분석한다. 연구는 2023년 상반기 중국 타오바오 브랜드몰 판매량 상위 10위 내 메디컬 화장품 브랜드를 대상으로 하며, 상위 3개 외국 브랜드(VICHY, Avene, LA ROCHE-POSAY)와 중국 브랜드 1위 FulQun을 중심으로 진행된다. 연구 방법은 소비자 리뷰를 맡김 AI로 분석하여 감성 키워드를 추출하고 워드 클라우드로 시각화하며, 이를 통해 감성 디자인 키워드 프로세스를 제안하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 감성 디자인을 통해 현대 브랜드는 다감각적 체험과 심상적 이미지를 통해 호감도, 신뢰도, 만족도, 구매 의사를 강화한다. FulQun의 감성 키워드는 상위 브랜드에 비해 적은 수와 종류로 나타났다. 감성 FulQun 패키지는 심미성, 감성적 요소, 독특함, 재미성, 소장가치, 브랜드 인지, 디자인 통일감에서 더 높은 점수를 받았다. 연구는 타오바오 브랜드몰과 상위 10위 내 브랜드로 범위가 한정되어 있어 모든 시장 상황을 반영하지 못한다는 한계가 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 리뷰와 AI를 활용해 소비자 감성을 파악하고 디자인에 반영하는 방안을 제안함으로써 유의미한 디자인 연구로 이어질 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. With rapid social development and increasing wealth, emotional design is becoming more important. This study analyzes consumer review data to extract emotional keywords appropriate for the brand, and through this, analyzes the emotional design factors of the package. It will target the top three foreign brands (VICHY, Avene, LA ROCHE-POSAY) and the No. 1 Chinese brand, FulQun, among the top 10 medical cosmetics brands in Taobao Brand Mall sales in China in the first half of 2023. The research method is to analyze consumer reviews with 'MATGIM.AI' to extract emotional keywords and visualize them in a word cloud to propose an emotional design keyword process. Research results show that emotional design enhances favorability, trust, satisfaction, and purchase intention of modern brands. FulQun's emotional keywords appeared in fewer numbers and types compared to top brands, but the emotional FulQun package received higher scores in aesthetics, emotional elements, uniqueness, fun, collectible value, brand recognition, and design unity. The research is limited in scope to Taobao Brand Mall and the top 10 brands and has limitations in that it does not reflect all market conditions. However, it proposed a way to identify consumer emotions using reviews and AI and reflect them in design, leading to meaningful design research. It could lead to.

        Multi-stage Nonlinear Model Predictive Control with Online Scenario Update for Semi-batch Polymerization Processes

        In this paper, the problem of multi-stage nonlinear model predictive control with scenario update is investigated for semi-batch polymerization processes. The objective is to propose novel online scenario update schemes such that the more reasonable scenario tree can be generated. Firstly, based on the Orthogonal Configuration of Finite Elements (OCFE) method of direct radau configuration, the dynamic optimization problems are converted to Nonlinear Programing (NLP) problems such that the speed and accuracy of real-time optimization problem solving are effectively improved. Then, the scenario deviation is calculated based on model prediction information of each scenario and process measurement information. After that, calculate the bayesian probability weight of corresponding scenario is obtained. The online scenario reduction scheme uses the weight information update scenarios gradually reduce the scope of scenario tree representation. The online scenario weight update scheme uses the weight information as the basis for weight assignment of each scenario in the optimization problem. They use different methods to make the scenario tree modeling approach the real realization of uncertainty, and reduce the conservativeness compared with the traditional MSNMPC fixed scenario tree method. Through multiple batches numerical simulations of a semi-batch polymerization process, the advantages and effectiveness of the two proposed schemes are verified.

        젖버섯아재비 자실체로부터 분리한 Azulene계 화합물이 Interferon-γ생성에 미치는 영향

        버섯유래 생리활성물질을 탐색하고자, 젖버섯아재비 자실체로부터 각종 컬럼크로마토그래피 및 HPLC 등 기법에 의하여 4종의 azulene계 화합물을 순수히 분리정제 하였다. 분리된 화합물은 각종 물리화학적 특성 및 분광학적 분석자료에 의하여 1-formyl-4-methyl-7-isopropyl azulene (1), lactaroviolin (2), 4-methyl-7-isopropyl-azulene-1-carboxylic acid (3) 및 1-formyl-4-methyl-7-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl) azulene (4)로 동정되었다. 이들 화합물의 인터페론 감마생성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 화합물 1과 4는 자연살해세포주(NK92 cell)에서 인터페론 감마 생성을 농도 의존적으로 억제하였으며, 400 μM농도에서 각각 101.3 %와 92.7 %, 100 μM농도에서 각각 11.9 %와 24.1 %의 높은 저해활성을 보였으며, 화합물 2와 3은 400 μM농도에서 45.9 %와 18.0 %의 다소 낮은 저해활성을 나타내었다. Investigation of secondary bioactive metabolites from the fruiting bodies of Lactarius hatsudake led to the isolation of four azulene derivatives by means of repeated column chromatography and preparative HPLC, and they were identified as 1-formyl-4-methyl-7-isopropyl azulene (1), lactaroviolin (2), 4-methyl-7-isopropyl-azulene- 1-carboxylic acid (3), and 1-formyl-4-methyl-7-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl) azulene (4) by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. The isolated compounds were evaluated for the effects on modulation of cytokines in natural killer cell line (NK92 cells). Compounds 1 and 4 strongly inhibited IFN-γ production in a dose-dependent manner, corresponding to 101.3 % and 92.7 % inhibition at 400 μM, and 11.9 % and 24.1 % at 100 μM, respectively, whereas compounds 2 and 3 showed weak inhibitory effect on INF-γ production, corresponding to 45.9 % and 18.0 % inhibition at 400 μM.

        CONTROL STRATEGY FOR SHIFT SCHEDULE CORRECTION BASED ON DRIVING HABITS FOR VEHICLES WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

        A shift schedule modification program is an intelligent system for automatic transmission. This program can adjust shift points to cater to drivers with different driving habits. An important prerequisite in designing a personalized shift schedule is identifying the driving habits of drivers. In this study, we developed an identification algorithm based on wavelet neural network and Bayesian fusion decision-making. First, a system for identifying driving styles was established based on the wavelet neural network. Second, the results were integrated by Bayesian fusion decision-making to obtain the driving habits. Finally, different correction coefficients were selected based on driving habits to satisfy the requirements of drivers. Experimental results show that the driving habits can be accurately identified based on wavelet neural network and Bayesian fusion decision-making, and the correction control strategy can rectify the shift schedule effectively. The correction control strategy satisfies the requirements of different drivers for vehicle performance and enhances the intelligence of automatic transmission.

      • Clinical Observation on Recombinant Human Endostatin Combined with Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer

        Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and toxic and side effects of recombinant human endostatin (rhendostatin/endostar) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Materials and Methods: A total of 70 patients with advanced gastrointestinal adenocarcioma confirmed by histopathology and/or cytological examination were divided into group A (37 patients) and group B (33 patients). Patients in group A were given intravenous drip of 15 mg endostar added into 500 mL normal saline, once every other day until the cessation of chemotherapy or patients' maximal tolerance to chemotherapy. Patients in group B received chemotherapy alone. Two groups selected the same chemotherapy regimens. FOLFIRI scheme: 90-min intravenous drip of $180mg/m^2$ irinotecan, intravenous drip of $200mg/m^2$ calcium folinate (CF) and $400mg/m^2$ 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) on d1, and continuous intravenous pumping of 2 $400mg/m^2$ 5-Fu for 46 h. FOLFOX4 scheme: intravenous injection of $85mg/m^2$ oxaliplatin (L-OHP), $200mg/m^2$ calcium folinate (CF) and $400mg/m^2$ 5-FU on d1 for 2 h, and then continuous intravenous pumping of 2 $400mg/m^2$ 5-Fu for 46 h. XELOX scheme: oral administration of 1 $500mg/m^2$ xeloda (or tegafur 50~60 mg) in twice during d1~14 and intravenous drip of $135mg/m^2$ L-OHP on d1 for 2 h. The modified FOLFOX scheme: intravenous injection of $135mg/m^2$ L-OHP on d1 for 2 h, $200mg/m^2$ CF and 1.0 g tegafur during d1~5. Whereas, control Group B received chemotherapy regimens which were same as Group A, but no addition of endostar. Before chemotherapy, patients were given intravenous injection of 8 mg ondansetron, intramuscular injection of 10 mg metoclopramide and 20 mg diphenhydramine for prevention of vomiting, protection of liver and stomach as well as symptomatic supportive treatment. One cycle was 21 d, 4~6 cycles in total. The efficacy was evaluated every 2 cycles. Results: 32 patients in Group A could be evaluated, and the response rate (RR) and disease control rate (DCR) were 59.38% and 78.13%, respectively. 31 patients in Groups could be evaluated, and the RR and DCR were 32.26% and 54.84%, respectively. The differences between 2 groups were significant. The toxic effects include myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reaction, fatigue, cardiotoxicity and peripheral neurotoxicity. Conclusions: Preliminary observations show that endostar (once every other day) combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer, with low toxic effects, good tolerance, deserving further study.

        Human Action Recognition Via Multi-modality Information

        In this paper, we propose pyramid appearance and global structure action descriptors on both RGB and depth motion history images and a model-free method for human action recognition. In proposed algorithm, we firstly construct motion history image for both RGB and depth channels, at the same time, depth information is employed to filter RGB information, after that, different action descriptors are extracted from depth and RGB MHIs to represent these actions, and then multimodality information collaborative representation and recognition model, in which multi-modality information are put into object function naturally, and information fusion and action recognition also be done together, is proposed to classify human actions. To demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method, we evaluate it on MSR Action3D and DHA datasets, the well-known dataset for human action recognition. Large scale experiment shows our descriptors are robust, stable and efficient, when comparing with the-state-of-the-art algorithms, the performances of our descriptors are better than that of them, further, the performance of combined descriptors is much better than just using sole descriptor. What is more, our proposed model outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on both MSR Action3D and DHA datasets.
