코로나19 시기 서울시 공공 공유시설의 이용현황 및 재난 리질리언스 분석 - 공유서울 3기 기본계획 및 기타 운영관리에 따른 6개의 세부사업을 중심으로

본 연구는 코로나19 시기 서울시 공공 공유시설의 이용현황 및 재난 리질리언스를 심층적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 서울시 공공 공유시설 관련 6개의 세부사업을 중심으로, 코로나19 시기 전후 이용도 변화, 재난 리질리언스 구성요소에 대한 AHP 분석, 현장조사 및 공문 수집, 재난 리질리언스 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코로나19 시기 서울시 공공 공유시설은 코로나19의 직접 또는 간접적인 영향을 받았다. 일부 시설(따릉이, 나눔카, 공구도서관)은 이용도가 오히려 증가한 반면, 다른 시설들(서울창업카페, 녹색어린이도서관, 디지털대장간)은 휴관 등에 의해 이용도가 감소하였다. 둘째, 서울시 공공 공유시설의 이용자와 관리자를 대상으로 진행한 재난 리질리언스 구성요소 AHP 분석 결과, 재난 리질리언스 구성요소(4R) 중 내구성(Robustness)이 가장 중요한 요소로 선택되었다. 내구성은 거리두기와 관련된 구성요소로서 다른 요소들에 비하여 직접적인 대응방식에 해당된다. 셋째, 서울시 공공 공유시설의 코로나19 대응방식에 대한 재난 리질리언스를 분석한 결과, 서울창업카페가 가장 큰 재난 리질리언스를 보였다. 하지만 서울창업카페 역시 향후 재난 리질리언스의 향상을 위해서는 신속성에 대한 별도의 대책 마련이 필요해 보인다. 본 연구는 코로나19 시기 초기 위기 및 대응에 대한 기록으로서 연구의 의의가 있으며, 서울시 공공 공유시설에 대한 실증분석이라는 연구의 가치가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the usage and disaster resilience of public sharing facilities in Seoul during the COVID-19 Pandemic. For this, the study conducted, focused on six main sharing facilities managed by Seoul, analysis on the changes in usage before and after the COVID-19 Pandemic, AHP analysis on disaster resilience components, field survey and official documents collection, and disaster resilience analysis. As a result, the study reached the following conclusions: First, public sharing facilities in Seoul were affected by COVID-19. Some facilities have increased their usage, while others have decreased due to closures. Second, according to the AHP analysis conducted on users and managers of public sharing facilities in Seoul, robustness was selected as the most important factor among disaster resilience components(including redundancy, rapidity, resourcefulness). Robustness is a component related to distancing and corresponds to a direct response compared to other components. Third, the Seoul Startup Cafe showed the biggest disaster resilience based on the analysis of disaster resilience on the COVID-19 response method of public sharing facilities in Seoul. However, the Seoul Startup Cafe also needs to appropriate interventions to improve disaster resilience in the future. This study is meaningful as a record of the early crisis and response of the COVID-19 Pandemic as well as empirical analysis of public facilities in Seoul.
Human breast cancer cells display different sensitivities to ABT-263 based on the level of survivin

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>ABT-263 (navitoclax), a Bcl-2 family protein inhibitor, was clinically tested as an anti-cancer agent. However, the clinical trials were limited given the occurrence of resistance to monotherapy in breast cancer cells. Our study investigates the mechanisms for overcoming navitoclax resistance by combining it with an mTOR inhibitor to indirectly target survivin. The apoptotic effects of navitoclax occurred in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells in a time- and dose-dependent fashion, but MCF-7 cells were resistant to navitoclax treatment. The expression of Bcl-2 family genes was not altered by navitoclax, but the expression of survivin, a member of the inhibitors of apoptosis proteins (IAP) family, was downregulated, which increased death signaling in MDA-MB-231 cells. In MCF-7 cells, a navitoclax-resistant cell line, combined treatment with navitoclax and everolimus synergistically reduced survivin expression and induced cell death. These data indicate that navitoclax induces cell death in MDA-MB-231 cells but not in MCF-7 cells. Decreased survivin expression in MDA-MB-231 cells may be a primary pathway for death signaling. Combined navitoclax and everolimus treatment induces cell death by reducing the stability of survivin in MCF-7 cells. Given that survivin-targeted therapy overcomes resistance to navitoclax, this strategy could be used to treat breast cancer patients.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cell lines exhibit differential sensitivity to navitoclax induced apoptosis. </LI> <LI> Navitoclax-induced apoptotic cell death occurs through the regulation of survivin. </LI> <LI> Reduced expression levels of survivin restore navitoclax sensitivity in MCF-7 cell lines. </LI> <LI> Combined treatments with navitoclax and everolimus induces cell death in MCF-7 cells. </LI> </UL> </P>

Background/Aims: Because of the poor prognosis of diffuse-type gastric cancer, early detection is important. We investigated the clinical characteristics and prognosis of diffuse-type early gastric cancer (EGC) diagnosed in subjects during health check-ups. Methods: Among 121,111 subjects who underwent gastroscopy during a routine health check-up, we identified 282 patients with 286 EGC lesions and reviewed their clinical and tumor-specific parameters. Results: Patients with diffuse-type EGC were younger, and 48.1% of them were female. Serum anti-Helicobacter pylori IgG (Hp-IgG) was positive in 90.7% of diffuse-type EGC patients (vs 75.9% of intestinal-type EGC, p=0.002), and the proportion of diffuse-type EGC cases increased significantly with increasing Hp-IgG serum titers (p<0.001). Diffuse-type EGC had pale discolorations on the tumor surface (26.4% vs 4.0% in intestinal-type EGC, p<0.001) and were often located in the middle third of the stomach. Submucosal invasion or regional nodal metastasis was observed more commonly in patients with diffuse-type EGC. However, during the median follow-up period of 50 months, 5-year disease-free survival rates did not differ between the groups. Conclusions: Diffuse-type EGC shows different clinical and endoscopic characteristics. Diffuse-type EGC is more closely associated with Hp-IgG seropositivity and a higher serum titer. Early detection results in excellent prognosis. (Gut Liver 2017;11:807-812)

연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 정신보건 간호사들의 소진, 마음챙김, 심리적 안녕감 및 정서에 대해 마음챙김에 근거한 스트레스 완화 프로그램(MBSR)의 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 실험군은 일 정신병원에 근무하는 정신과 간호사 15명, 비교군은 15명으로 구성되었다. 실험군을 대상으로 4주간 8회기의 명상 프로그램을 시행하였다. 평가는 Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI), Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS), Korean version of Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale(K-MAAS) 그리고 Psychological Well-being Scale(PWBS)를 이용해 프로그램 전후로 실험군과 비교군에 대해 각각 시행하였으며, 프로그램 진행 중 참여 중단한 2명을 제외하고 실험군에서 13명, 비교 군에서 15명이 남게 되었다. 연구결과 : 8회기의 명상 프로그램 이후 실험군은 MBI, PANAS-negative, K-MAAS에서 유의미한 호전을 보였다. 그 외 다른 척도에서 유의미한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 마음챙김에 근거한 스트레스 완화 프로그램(MBSR)은 정신보건 간호사들의 마음챙김 향상, 부정적 정서 및 소진의 감소에 기여할 가능성이 있을 것으로 보인다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects of meditation based stress reduction(MBSR) program on burnout, mindfulness, affect and psychological well-being of psychiatric nurses. Method : The meditation group was composed of 15 psychiatric nurses who work at one mental hospital and the comparison group was composed of 15 psychiatric nurses. The meditation group received 8 sessions of MBSR program over 4 weeks. Assessment was done using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS), Korean version of Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (K-MAAS) and Psychological Well-being Scale (PWBS) at the beginning and end of this period. After ruling out 2 nurses who dropped out during that period, there remained 13 nurses among the meditation group and 15 nurses among the comparison group. Results : After 8 sessions of MBSR program, the nurses showed a significant improvement in the MBI, PANAS-negative and KMAAS. There were no significant changes on the PANAS-positive and PWBS. Conclusion : These results suggest that MBSR program can make a useful contribution in the improvement of burnout, mindfulness and negative affect of psychiatric nurses.
열역학적 평형 계산을 통한 폐탄화수소로부터 수소 생산 연구

본 연구에서는 폐탄화수소 중 메테인(CH<sub>4</sub>), 에테인(C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>6</sub>), 프로페인(C<sub>3</sub>H<sub>8</sub>), 부테인(C<sub>4</sub>H<sub>10</sub>)을 선정하여 수소 생산을 위한 수증기 개질 반응에서 열역학적 평형 계산을 수행하였다. 열역학적 평형 계산은 Gibbs 자유에너지 최소화 기법을 이용해 HSC chemistry 6,0 software를 사용하여 계산하였다. 실험에 적용된 변수는 H<sub>2</sub>O/C 비(1.0~3.0), 반응 온도(500~1000℃)이며, 이론적 전환율 및 H<sub>2</sub> 수율, CO 수율, 탄소침적(부반응) 및 H<sub>2</sub>/CO 생성량을 계산하였다. 최적 반응 조건 선정을 위해서는 투입 수증기량, 전환율, 수율, 탄소 침적을 고려하였다. 열역학적 평형 계산 결과, CH<sub>4</sub> 전환율은 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며, 이를 제외한 알케인계 탄화수소(C<sub>2</sub>H<sub>6</sub>, C<sub>3</sub>H<sub>8</sub>, C<sub>4</sub>H<sub>10</sub>)는 모든 온도에서 과량의 수증기량과 상관없이 100%의 전환율을 나타냈다. H<sub>2</sub> 수율은 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 H<sub>2</sub>O/C 비가 2.0 및 3.0일 때 각각 700℃ 및 650℃ 이상의 온도에서 H<sub>2</sub> 수율이 감소하였다. 이는 RWGS(Reverse Water Gas Shift) 반응에 의해 H<sub>2</sub>가 소모되어 나타난 결과이다. 탄소침적은 온도 및 H<sub>2</sub>O/C 비가 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 그 중 H<sub>2</sub>O/C 비가 2.0 이상인 조건일 때, 모든 온도 범위에서 탄소침적이 나타나지 않았다.
A Case of Industrial Accident Death due to Exposure to Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide(TMAH)

Tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH) is a quaternary ammonium salt, N(CH₃)₄<SUP>+</SUP>OH<SUP>-</SUP>. TMAH is most commonly encountered as an aqueous solution, which is colorless and no odor. TMAH has numerous and diverse industrial and research applications. One of the industrial uses of TMAH is for the anisotropic etching of silicon and typical etching concentrations are 5 ~ 25 wt. % in water The tetramethylammonium ion affects nerve and muscles, causing difficulties in breathing, muscular paralysis and possibly death. In this case, A worker is exposed to TMAH solution and a safety accident occurred in which the worker fell down in a display factory on January 13, 2021. The day after the accident, even after cleaning the accident site thoroughly, TMAH was still detected at the accident site. Two months later, the worker who was being treated in the intensive care unit died of multiple organ failure due to chemical exposure, and we were asked whether TMAH was detected in his blood. The identification of TMAH by IC(ion chromatography) was not clear because of blood interference effect. It was confirmed that TMAH was no longer residual completely in the blood of the patient after 2 months of hospital treatment using IC-MS/MS(ion chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometer).
