Purpose - This paper tries to introduce the online-offline hybrid teaching model into the classroom teaching of new media marketing, hoping to stimulate students’ desire to listen to the class through the novel teaching model and improve students’ learning intention and interest. Changing the teaching methods enriches the students’ learning activities in class and after class and improves the teaching effect. Design/Methodology/Approach - Research the school, objective evaluation, select two classes (control class, experimental class) for teaching design. The data of the experimental and control classes were collected, and the teaching effects were compared from the aspects of the final grade, the ordinary performance, the questionnaire survey and so on, the test scores before and after the analysis, and before and after the analysis of satisfaction. Findings - Compared with traditional teaching, online-offline hybrid teaching can significantly improve students’ academic performance and satisfaction. Research Implications - Through the research on the application of online-offline hybrid teaching model in marketing courses, it is beneficial to promote the application of online-offline hybrid teaching in colleges and universities, it is beneficial to optimize the application scheme design of online-offline hybrid teaching. It provides some reference for the practice of online-offline hybrid teaching mode in other disciplines.
A Study on the Evaluation System of Secondary School Students’ Innovative Ability

Purpose - The core of this study is to establish scientific and standard evaluation standards, establish a scientific evaluation system and give full play to the feedback, motivation, and guidance function of education evaluation. Design/Methodology/Approach - Evaluating innovative ability is a complex decision-making problem that adopts improved AHP. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the consistency between the students’ scores of innovation ability and the teachers’ subjective evaluation. Findings - The index of the evaluation system of the innovation ability of innovation education middle school students is determined. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate students’ innovative abilities according to the evaluation system. Research Implications - The conclusion of this study can be used as a reference for improving students’ innovation ability in innovation education, i. e. it can cultivate students’ innovation ability and optimize innovation education. Constructing the evaluation index system of the innovation ability of middle school students in innovation education can evaluate the students’ innovation ability in the innovation process.
Identification of onlline users' type based on clustering

User’s browsing on shopping websites is a complicated process which is affected by many factors. The users with different purposes and backgrounds tend to show different behavioral characteristics and shopping intentions, which areal hidden in weblog data of the sites. In this paper, we firstly introduce the method of data mining to cluster a month weblog data of a publishing house website, and then identify four types of online users: purchasing, browsing, information accumulating, and superficiality. Finally, we give an explanation for each type user in detail. The study of this paper could be used to improve marketing plans and shopping experiences of sites.
Injunctive Relief in SEP Litigation: The Consideration of Innovation and Competition

The injunction is a significant relief for patent holders. However, if a standard-essential patent (SEP) holder apply for an injunction, it may prevent potential competitors from entering into the related market and constitutes abuse of market dominant position. In Huawei v. ZTE case, the CJEU set a rule of " five steps" to judge the justification of the SEP holders' injunction application. This issue refers to not only the interests between SEP holders and users, but also the aim of innovation incentive and the aim of free competition protection. To better balance the two significant legislative intentions namely ‘innovation incentive’ and‘competition freedom’and further improve the social and economic development, there are more elements need to be concerned: (1)As for market dominant position judgment, SEP holders should not be directly assumed as a market dominator, following elements need to be concerned: the competition situation among different standards, the market share of SEP, whether the standard is a mandatory one, the competition between standard products and non-standard products, the technology transfer costs.(2) As for abuse behavior judgment, the ‘five step’ is not enough. The identity of SEP holders,the time of the injunction application,the good faith of SEP users, whether the SEP holders charges for an unreasonably high royalty, these factors also need to be examined. (3)As for the assessment of validity of injunction application, the principle of weighing advantages and disadvantages needs to be established. The court should uphold the injunction application if the advantages outweigh disadvantages, otherwise the injunction should not be granted.
Temperature-dependent oviposition model of Scopula subpunctaria (Lepidoptera: Geometridae)

Scopula subpunctaria, is one of important defoliating insect pests of tea plants in China. However, the effect of temperature on its longevity and fecundity had not been reported, and the temperature-dependent oviposition model is lacking. The reproductive characteristics of S. subpunctaria were investigated under eight constant temperatures (13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, and 33℃), with a 14L: 10D photoperid and 65–85% RH. The results showed that temperature significantly influence oviposition period, longevity, and fecundity of S. subpunctaria. The mean longevity of female adults increased from 10.8 days (33℃) to 33.9 days (13℃). Male lived shorter than female did. The mean longevity of males was shortest at 33℃ (8.1 days) and longest at 23.8℃ (17.6 days). Total fecundity of S. subpunctaria females ranged from 15.4 eggs at 33℃ to 279.9 eggs at 22℃. The temperaturedependent oviposition model of S. subpunctaria was constructed based on four sub-models (developmental rate model, total fecundity model, oviposition rate model, and survival rate model). The results of this study would be helpful in forecasting and predicting population occurrence of S. subpunctaria in tea plantations.
Aggressive Angiomyxoma: an Unusual Presentation

Aggressive angiomyxoma is an uncommon mesenchymal myxoid tumor that is characterized by slow growth and frequent local recurrence. It is currently regarded as a nonmetastasizing tumor. We describe a case of recurrent aggressive angiomyxoma with invasion into the veins including the inferior vena cava and the right atrium and with pulmonary metastases. Our case, together with those unusual cases documented in previous reports, may lead to a reappraisal of the nature of aggressive angiomyxoma.
SOLVING SINGULAR NONLINEAR TWO-POINT BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS IN THE REPRODUCING KERNEL SPACE

In this paper, we present a new method for solving a nonlinear two-point boundary value problem with finitely many singularities. Its exact solution is represented in the form of series in the reproducing kernel space. In the mean time, the n-term approximation $u_n(x)$ to the exact solution u(x) is obtained and is proved to converge to the exact solution. Some numerical examples are studied to demonstrate the accuracy of the present method. Results obtained by the method are compared with the exact solution of each example and are found to be in good agreement with each other.
