One new species has been discovered: Alloxysta nottoni Ferrer-Suay & Pujade-Villar sp. nov. This new species is here described and illustrated. An update of the Charipinae knowledge in India and a key of the Charipinae present in this country are also given.
Citations to arXiv Preprints by Indexed Journals and Their Impact on Research Evaluation

This article shows an approach to the study of two fundamental aspects of the prepublication of scientific manuscripts in specialized repositories (arXiv). The first refers to the size of the interaction of "standard papers" in journals appearing in the Web of Science (WoS)-now Clarivate Analytics-and "non-standard papers" (manuscripts appearing in arXiv). Specifically, we analyze the citations found in the WoS to articles in arXiv. The second aspect is how publication in arXiv affects the citation count of authors. The question is whether or not prepublishing in arXiv benefits authors from the point of view of increasing their citations, or rather produces a dispersion, which would diminish the relevance of their publications in evaluation processes. Data have been collected from arXiv, the websites of the journals, Google Scholar, and WoS following a specific ad hoc procedure. The number of citations in journal articles published in WoS to preprints in arXiv is not large. We show that citation counts from regular papers and preprints using different sources (arXiv, the journal's website, WoS) give completely different results. This suggests a rather scattered picture of citations that could distort the citation count of a given article against the author's interest. However, the number of WoS references to arXiv preprints is small, minimizing this potential negative effect.
New Charipinae (Hymenoptera: Cynipoidea: Figitidae) records from China

Charipinae material collected from different provinces of China has been studied. Twenty-one previously described species have been identified: Alloxysta arcuata, A. brevis, A. carinata, A. castanea, A. consobrina, A. fracticornis, A. leunisii, A. macrophadna, A. mullensis, A. obscurata, A. paretasmartinezi, A. pilipennis, A. pilosa, A. postica, A. sawoniewiczi, A. victrix, A. xanthopa, Dilyta subclavata, Phaenoglyphis chinensis, P. heterocera and P. villosa. All species, except for P. chinensis and P. villosa, are here recorded for the first time from China. Diagnosis, material studied and distribution are given for each species. Plateswith the diagnostic morphological features of each species are also included.

Biological treatment of hypersaline wastewaters such as fermentation brine from table olive processing(FTOP), was carried out using four sequential biological reactors (SBRs). These wastewaters werecharacterized by conductivities higher than 90 mS cm 1 together with COD and total phenolsconcentration values of more than 15 g L 1 and 1000 mg L 1, respectively. In order to increase theorganic removal efficiency and to reduce the hydraulic retention time (HRT), extra nutrients were addedand pre-treatment by adsorption was performed. Results showed that the COD/N/P relationship, in theFTOP, of 250/5/1 was appropriate for the biological process reaching COD removal efficiencies of around80%. The FTOP adsorption pre-treatment with powder activated carbon for the reduction of phenolsconcentration to 400 mg L 1 led to a HRT reduction from 40 to 15 days, maintaining the COD and totalphenols removal percentages around 78% and 97%, respectively. On the other hand, g-Proteobacteria wasthe main bacterial class, representing around 74% of the microbial community in the reactors.

Objective: Agitation in patients diagnosed with personality disorders (PD) is one of the most frequent crises in emergency departments (ED). Although many medications have been tested, their effectiveness has been small or non-significant, and no specific drugs are supported by the available evidence. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Inhaled loxapine (IL) as a therapeutic option for agitated patients with PD. Methods: A naturalistic, unicentric, prospective study was carried out. Thirty subjects diagnosed with PD and attending the ED with episodes of agitation were recruited most of whom were women diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Subjects were treated with a single dose of IL (9.1 mg). Efficacy was assessed with the Clinical Global Impression scale, the Excited Component of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS-EC) and the Agitation-Calmness Evaluation Scale (ACES). Patients were followed 60 minutes after administration to measure IL effect and its duration. Results: IL exhibited an overall efficacy in managing mild to severe agitation, with a quick onset of effect and persistence. ‘Effect of time’, where IL efficacy is maintained over time, is more marked in higher-severity agitation. No additional treatments were needed to improve agitation during the follow-up time. Conclusion: Results suggest that IL could be a safe and effective option to manage agitation in PD.

Biological treatment of fermentation brines from table olive processing (FTOP) entails many difficultiesdue to their very high salinity and high COD concentration, which include some phenolic compounds. These extreme conditions limit the biodiversity of the microbial population. Experiments treating FTOPwere performed in laboratory sequencing batch reactors (SBR) changing operating conditions duringtheir operation, in order to study the effects on the SBR performance and on the protist population. Thestatistical study showed that the SBRs with high influent COD, pH and volatile solids and low influentphenol concentration, hydraulic retention time and temperature achieved the highest COD removalefficiencies. These operational conditions also provided the highest ciliate population and the lowestflagellate presence.
Nanostructured porous graphene and its composites for energy storage applications

Graphene, 2D atomic-layer of sp2 carbon, has attracted a great deal of interest for use in solar cells, LEDs, electronic skin, touchscreens, energy storage devices, and microelectronics. This is due to excellent properties of graphene, such as a high theoretical surface area, electrical conductivity, and mechanical strength. The fundamental structure of graphene is also manipulatable, allowing for the formation of an even more extraordinary material, porous graphene. Porous graphene structures can be categorized as microporous, mesoporous, or macroporous depending on the pore size, all with their own unique advantages. These characteristics of graphene, which are further explained in this paper, may be the key to greatly improving a wide range of applications in energy storage systems.
