Flight Dynamics Modeling with Multi-Model Estimation Techniques: A Consolidated Framework

In modern era of aviation technology evolution, unmanned aerial vehicles have proved to be crucial in all fields including military and research. The development of robust control system and successful mission accomplishment requires an meticulous UAV model. The aim of this paper is to lay out an elaborate model estimation scheme using various model structure techniques including Auto-regressive Exogenous, Auto-regressive Moving Average exogenous, Box Jenkin’s, Output Error, and state space and non-linear Auto-regressive Exogenous. The obtained models are then analyzed and compared for best model quality parameters like residual analysis, final prediction error and fit percentages. The efficacy of developed model through proposed model is further validated using simulations data for UAV. Results demonstrate the model’s feasibility as it properly predicts system performance over a broad variety of operating situations. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time in the literature that a model estimation study for UAV platform with such a wide variety of model structures has been presented.

Owing to its captivating properties, Graphene-based materials (GMBs) have appeared as a broad-spectrumantimicrobial material and attracting scientists and researchers’ attention. By focusing on the recentadvances in the polymeric nanocomposite’sfield, current study is positioned on the graphene-basedpolymeric composites having antibiofilm and antimicrobial activities to confront the current situations ofmicrobial resistance against antibiotics and other drugs. Furthermore, this review summarizesthe influenceof different factors on the antimicrobial activities of graphene-based polymeric composites like size, shape,number of layers, concentration, dispersibility, and functionalization, and also shed the light on the possiblemode of actions of these materials. Graphene-based polymeric composites exert its antimicrobial action byphysical damages (e.g., direct sharp edges’ contact to cell membranes of bacteria, wrapping of the bacterialcell, phospholipid extraction, and photo-thermal ablation) and chemical damages (e.g. oxidative-stress andcharge transfer). Besides, this review article thoroughly describes the antimicrobial applications ofgraphene-based polymeric composites, which are because of their good biocompatibility and superiorantimicrobial properties such as wound bandages and dressings, antimicrobial coatings, drug delivery, foodpackaging, hydrogel formation, and water disinfection. Present review may stimulate major concerns, spurfurther developments, and provide valuable insight into the promisingfields.

In this paper, we investigate non-Newtonian Casson fluid flow with pulsation in a channel having symmetrical constriction bumps on the upper and lower walls. The medium is assumed to be porous, following Darcy’s law. The fluid is modeled as electrically low conducting, and the pulsatile flow is subjected to a transverse magnetic field of uniform strength to study the impact of the resulting Lorentz force. We transform the mathematical model using the vorticity-stream function form for obtaining the solution. We analyze influence of the Hartman, Strouhal, Casson fluid, and porosity parameters on various flow profiles. It is revealed that the region of flow separation in the wake of a constriction bump tends to vanish with increasing the magnetic field parameter as well as Casson fluid parameter. The wall shear stress has higher values at the first constriction bump than that at the second constriction bump on a wall. It is also noticed that wall shear stress decreases with increasing the value of the porosity parameter during the pulsation cycle.
New antimicrobial flavonoids and chalcone from Colutea armata

Colucins A (1) and B (2), new flavonoids andcolucone (3), the new chalcone derivative, have been isolatedfrom the CHCl3-soluble fraction of the whole plant ofColutea armata along with luteolin (4), luteolin 7-O-b-Dglucoside(5), isoliquiritigenin (6), trans-caffeic acid (7)and stigmasterol (8) reported for the first time from thisspecies. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopictechniques including MS and 2D-NMR spectroscopy. Compounds 1 and 2 showed significant antimicrobialactivity against two Gram positive and three Gram negativebacterial strains while 3 was moderately active.

This research focuses on the characterization of an ordered semigroups (OS) in the frame work of generalized bipolar fuzzy interior ideals (BFII). Different classes namely regular, intra-regular, simple and semi-simple ordered semigroups were characterized in term of $({\alpha},{\beta})$-BFII (resp $({\alpha},{\beta})$-bipolar fuzzy ideals (BFI)). It has been proved that the notion of $({\in},{\in}{\gamma}q)$-BFII and $({\in},{\in}{\gamma}q)$-BFI overlap in semi-simple, regular and intra-regular ordered semigroups. The upper and lower part of $({\in},{\in}{\gamma}q)$-BFII are discussed.

Background: The aim of this study was to compare the characterization of prostate cancer using the conventional and 2005 ISUP modified Gleason systems. Materials and Methods: The study employed samples from 40 prostate cancer patients with resection, biopsy and RP materials. The majority of cases (95%) comprised adenocarcinoma of the prostate with a modified combined Gleason score of 7 in 20 of the cases (50%). Results: Upgrading of Gleason scores to a score of 7 occurred in more than 45% of the cases. Conclusion: The study successfully showed that by the use of the 2005 ISUP modified Gleason system, score 6 cancers decreased from 25% to 17.5% of cases, whereas score 7 cancers increased from 45% to 50%.

In this paper, we present the study of fuzzy parameterized bipolar fuzzy soft expert sets and define some of its basic operations. We validated the basic properties and essential laws related to this methodology. Lastly, we presented some possible applications in decision-making problems using a generalized algorithm.

Background Intellectual disability (ID) is a heterogeneous disorder afecting 1–3% of the population. Elucidation of monogenic variants for ID is a current challenge. These variants can be better demonstrated in consanguineous afected families. Objective The study was designed to fnd the genetic variants of ID in consanguineous families. Methods We analyzed fve unrelated consanguineous Pakistani families afected with ID using whole exome sequencing (WES). Data was analyzed using diferent bioinformatics tools and software. Results We mapped four variants including three novels in four diferent ID known genes. Each variant is found in a different family, co-segregating with a recessive pattern of inheritance. The novel variants found are; c. 2_4del (p.?) mapped in ROS1 and c. 718G>A (p.Gly240Arg) in GRM1. Another novel causative variant, c.2673del (p.Gly892Aspfs*17) identifed in COL18A1 in a recessive form, a gene reported for Knobloch syndrome that manifests ID along with typical retinal abnormalities, and this phenotype was confrmed on reverse phenotyping. A mutation c.2134C>T (p.Arg712*) in TRAPPC9 has been found frst time in the homozygous recessive form in our enrolled three afected siblings while it was previously reported in compound heterozygous form in a Caucasian descent. While ffth family remained unsolved. Conclusion These mutations in four diferent genes with a recessive inheritance would be a contribution to the disease variant database of this devastating disorder.
