The aim of the investigation was to study the effect of hot working on the tensile properties of the Stellite 6 alloy, normally used in the form of castings. To determine most suitable hot working temperature, firstly specimens were preheated so as to obtain maximum deformation without cracking, upsetting tests were preformed at temperatures ranging from 1150 to 1300℃ at intervals of 50℃. As the result, the deformation of 35% without cracking is possible at 1250℃. Both cast and hot worked specimens were investigated microstructure, composition of carbides, constituting phase and hardness of specimens by using SEM and tensile test was carried out in order to know tensile properties of specimens. As the result of observing Microstructure, hot workings breakdowns eutectic carbide network in the Stellite 6 alloy, and eutectic carbides are aligned in rolling direction. The result of the tensile test, hot worked specimen is much higher than the casting specimen in the tensile properties.

An irradiator is developed using two UVA wavelength ranges of SMD LEDs as a curing light source. This module has dimensions of 545×111×300 mm<sup>3</sup> and is equipped with a TIR bar-shaped lens made of PDMS silicone resin. The developed irradiator offers high uniformity, with 89% in the centerline of the horizontal axis direction, for two different wavelength ranges of 365 nm and 385 nm. The radiation intensity from the light source module shows highly directional characteristics, and the irradiator provides a maximum irradiance of 1,634 mW/cm<sup>2</sup> at a working distance of 50 mm. During the initial 5 minutes of operation, the irradiance experiences a rapid decrease. However, this issue is addressed by optimizing the LED’s current reduction characteristics and managing the Transistor’s temperature rise in the constant current circuit. After continuous operation for approximately 60 minutes. The highest temperature, near the central part of the irradiating surface, reaches 69.7℃, while the lowest temperature, near the edges, is 41.1℃.

The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of Vibration Monitoring Device by introducing an example of Predictive Maintenance System using Condition Monitoring System of Hydro-turbine generator. Confirming vibration of generation equipment is commissioning procedure during equipment completion for checking guaranteed items. Data from Generator output range are used to determine output band to continue the performance of equipment. The Vibration Monitoring System is not absolute method of maintenance, but if it is used well with expert, it will be visible, data-analyzed, scientific maintenance more than others. And also, Condition Monitoring System is very important for remote controlled small hydro-power plant although most of it is installed in Large hydro-power plant.

본 논문에서는 무인헬기에 적합한 새로운 형태의 점항법 유도법칙을 소개한다. 본 점항법 유도법칙은 미래의 예측 위치에 기반하여 자동제어부에서 사용할 속도와 방위각 명령을 생성해낸다. 무인기의 뱅크각을 통해 간접적으로 비행방향을 변경하는 기존의 점항법 유도법칙과 달리 본 유도법칙은 무인헬기의 속도백터를 직접 변경하도록 속도 명령을 생성해낸다. 제안된 유도법칙의 검증을 위해 소형 무인헬기용 비행제어시스템을 개발해 비행시험을 수행하였으며, 개발된 비행제어시스템은 비행제어 컴퓨터와 항법센서, 그리고 지상관제국으로 구성되어 있다. 비행시험을 통해 제안된 유도법칙이 성공적으로 작동함을 확인하엿으며, 향후 경로추종 비행에 확장ㆍ적용할 계획이다. This paper presents a new point navigation guidance law which is useful for unmanned helicopters. Predicting the future position, the guidance law generates velocity and heading commands, which are used as input to autopilot. This method differs from conventional guidance law in that it reorients the direction of flight velocity vector directly, not by bank angle indirectly. For flight tests, we have developed a flight control system for a R/C helicopters. The system consists of a flight control computer, navigation sensors, and a ground station. The results of the test show that the proposed law guides a unmanned helicopter along a line path within a given area. In the future, we are planning to extend the guidance law to the mission of path following, i.e., waypoint navigation.

This paper introduces an application of wavelet analysis to the sensor fusion of GPS/INS/baroaltimeter. Using wavelet analysis the baro-inertial altitude is decomposed into the low frequency content and the high frequency content. The high frequency components, ‘details’, represent the perturbed altitude change from the long time trend. GPS altitude is also broken down by a wavelet decomposition. The low frequency components, ‘approximations’, of the decomposed signal address the long-term trend of altitude. It is proposed that the final altitude be determined as the sum of both the details of the baro-inertial altitude and the approximations of GPS altitude. Then the final altitude exclude long-term baro-inertial errors and short-term GPS errors. Finally, it is shown from the test results that the proposed method produces continuous and sensitive altitude successfully.

2012년 6월 22일부터 24일까지 강원도 양양군과 인제군 사이의 군계를 이루는 점봉산일대를 한국거미연구회 회원들이 채집 조사한 결과 16과 38속 64종이 조사, 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. The authors investigated the spiders of jeombong-san from 22nd to 24th June 2012. In the present paper jeombong-san, from 64 species of 38 genera belong to 16 families, were identified.

The authors investigated the spiders of gyebang-san from May-September, 2012, In the present paper gyebang-san, from 97 species of 56 genera belong to 20 families, were identified, Two new species were discovered by this survey.
