        In general, the semi-rigid connections are preferred for low rise structure, If semi-rigid connections are used for superstructures of very large floating structures(VLFS), the number of rigid connections can be reduced and more economical construction will be possible. In this study, considering service load and wave load in VLFS, the applicability of mixed use of rigid and semi-rigid connections has been studied using TSD connections for a four-bay eight-story frame. ABAQUS(Finite element analysis program) is used for conduction second order elastic analysis.

        8,053,248㏊ 85.8% of the South Korea has been surveyed analytically and the important reult abtained was as follows. 1. The erosion occur in less in the region where condition of scrub type forest vegetation is good. 2. The area of waste land and development land are 15% with 947,518.16㏊, but the Volume of soil erosin is 42.5% with 6,008,866.77 ton.

      • 農業用水로써 地下水 利用度에 關한 硏究

        319 tube wells of 437 tube wells were examined in the quantity of collecting underground water. The results obtained were as follows 1. Initially the quantity of collecting water from tube wells was 256,050㎥ a day being able to irrigate on 1,707 ha, but at present it was only 16,550 ㎥ a day being able to irrigate on 777 ha. 2. Efficiencies of the quantity of collecting water were different from the installing methods of tube wells Mechanical boring tube wells had 89 percent, Hammer digging tube wells 73 percent, and manual digging tube wells 39 percent Manual digging tube wells was the worst of three. 3. Succesful tube wells over 100 percent of the quantity of collecting underground water were only 12 site. 4. Generally speaking effectiveness of a tube well project was nothing but 45.5 percent.

        1,017.840 ha, 90% of the Kyung-Nam Province has been surveyed analytically, and the important results obtained are as follows: 1. 8,483.83 ha of the Kyung-Nam province is potential conversion land. 2. 13,724.13ha of this province requires gully control. 3. 75.5% of the Kyung-Nam province is upland, because this province is mountainous area. 4. There is more space for animal husbandry, considering 220,976.29 ha available for range land and grazing land in the Kyung-Nam province.

        韓國人에서 四種의 STRs 遺傳座位에 대한 遺傳的 多樣性

        The four tetrameric STRs loci(MUMvWA31, HUMTHO1, HUMF13A1, HUMFES/FPS) were studied to confirm the allele frequency distribution and to see whether these results can be used for identity and paternity testing in a population of Koreans using multiplex PCR and laser-fluorescence detection method. In the Korean population (n=227), 8 alleles with their relative frequency range of 0.002-0.249 are detected in the HUMvWA31 locus, 6 alleles with those of 0.007-0.500 in the HUMTHO1 locus, 6 alleles with those of 0.002-0.487 in the HUMF13A1 locus, and 6 alleles with those of 0.004-0.434 in the HUMFES/FPS locus. The highest observed heterozygosity is found at the locus HUMvWA31(0.8077), with those of the loci HUMTHO1, Humf13A1, and HUMFES/FPS being 0.6581 0.6324 and 0.6804, respectively. All loci meet Hardy-Weinberg expectations: there are good agreements between observed and expected heterozygosity, number of observed genotypes. Pairwise comparisons between loci show allelic independence for all the 4 loci. The power of discrimination (PD) determined for the locus HUMvWA31 is 0.933, that for the HUMTHO1 is 0.836, 0.798 for HUMF13A1, and 0.844 for the HUMFES/FPS; the combined power of discrimination for the quadruplex is 0.9997. Thus, these allelic frequency distribution can be used to construct the database of the multiplex PCR-based DNA profile in the Korean population. The calculated parameter, "combined power of discrimination(PD)" show the informativeness of these loci for the determination of identity and relatedness of individuals.

        Obtained results for study as above are as follows. 1. The unit depth of water of the present state of reservoirs was below 160 millimeter on the average. 2. The frequency of drought happened one time per three years. 3. The ratio of a well irrigated paddy field was less than 40%. 4. When the unit depth of water of reservoirs is at least 300 millimeter, it is regarded as a well irrigated paddy field. 5. If possible technically, when we raise the present state of dam height of reservoirs more than 1 meter, we can store up the irrigation water for somehow 20 days.

        The results of obtained from the investigation are as follows. 1) As a results of examination about the observation of rainfall. the frequency of drought happened one time per three years. 2) As the unit depth of water of the present state of reservoirs is 158 millimeter, it happeneed a phenomena of want of water requirement. 3) Being good condition of forest, the capacity of sedimentation in reservoir was 61.1∼358㎥/㎢ and it was 186.7㎥/㎢ on an average. 4) As the decrease ratio of reservoir capacity is 0.44%, there is need for dredging periodically.

      • 건설공사의 예비비산정모형 구축에 관한 연구

        Recently construction industry involves more risks occurred with increasing in size and complexity of construction projects. Risk has been recognized as one of the most serious problems through the construction performance control. Successful performance of construction project depends on managing and estimating of exact construction cost, but most of contractors have failed to systematically identify and evaluate the effect of internal and external risk elements related with construction projects. Also they don't have any methods or procedures to quantify the impact of risk on project time and cost. Therefore this study suggests a contingency estimating model to quantify the risks by using influence diagram, decision tree, and Monte Carlo simulation. The adequacy of proposed model are verified through case study.

        農村 簡易 給水施設의 問題點을 分析하기 爲하여 1972年부터 1984年까지 施設한 晋陽郡 16個面 310個所의 給水施設 全體를 調査하여 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 使用水量은 現在 80~100ℓ/人/day로 施設되어 있으나 生活用水와 家畜用水를 合하여 120ℓ/人/day以上 되어야 한다고 思料된다. 2. 水源은 地下水가 247個所 湧泉水 32個所로 90%가 水質이 良好하고 水量이 豊富한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 取水施設은 動力揚水機 239個所 77%였고 自然流下式 60個所 19%였다. 4. 地下水 湧泉水는 水質이 良好하여 消毒施設만으로 別問題가 없으나 地表水 貯水池等은 沈澱施設 濾過施設 및 消毒施設이 必要하다고 思料된다. This study was carried out to grasp the ploblems of water supply institution in the Jin-Yang district. The results are as follows ⑴ Now basic water supply institutions are able to supply 80~100liter per day, but I think that it's become for more than 120 liter per day with the life and livestok water. ⑵ Water resources were 247 places with the grounder water and 32 places with the spring water, among them the favorable quality of water has come out to be 90 percent. ⑶ The water-intake institution of the ground water was 239 places (77%) with the pumping moter and the spring water and the surface water was 60 places(19%) with the gravity system. ⑷ Though the ground and the spring water are satisfied with only the disinfection institution because of the good quality of water, the surface water and the reservoir are in need of settling, filtration and disinfection institution.
