Coronary artery disease is the most common cause of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. However, there are no definite indication of coronary angiography followed by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with OHCA for making diagnosis and treating them. This study aimed to identify correlation between ECG findings and results of CAG of patients with return of spontaneous circulation after OHCA. We collected data from January 2010 until April 2014. CAG was performed in patients with ROSC after OHCA who were detected ST-elevation or left bundle branch block (LBBB) at ECG. If ECG shows another rhythm and no obvious non-cardiac cause of cardiac arrest, CAG was performed as an agreement between emergency physician and cardiologist followed by Samsung medical center OHCA protocol. CAG was performed in 75 patients among 131 patients who were successfully resuscitated from OHCA. We divided patients into two groups, ST-elevation or LBBB group and other group. 29 patients of ST-elevation or LBBB group had coronary lesion and 9 patients of other group had coronary lesion on CAG (P<0.01). The number of patients who undergone PCI in two groups are 15 patients and 5 patients, respectively (P=0.02). ECG findings of ST-elevation or LBBB were highly associated with coronary lesions in successfully resuscitated patients from OHCA. However, these ECG findings were not absolute indication for performing CAG because coronary artery lesions were also observed in patients of other group.
MIMO 송신기에서 결합한 되먹임 신호에 기반한 디지털 전치왜곡 기법

본고에서는 MIMO 송신기에서 비선형 전력증폭기를 선형화하기 위한 디지털 전치왜곡 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 시스템에서는 각 전력증폭기에 한 개씩 되먹임 회로가 필요한 반면 본고에서 제안하는 전치왜곡 시스템은 전력증폭기 출력 신호를 모두 결합하여 한 개의 되먹임 회로만 가지는 특징이 있다. 따라서 기존 시스템에 비해 훨씬 간단한 구조를 가진다. 이러한 구조를 바탕으로 결합된 피드백 신호로부터 각 전력증폭기를 선형화하는 전치왜곡 알고리즘을 제안한다. 모의실험 결과에 의하면 제안된 방식은 각 전력증폭기에 하나씩 되먹임 회로를 구성한 기존 방식과 거의 동일한 선형화 특성을 보임을 확인하였다. An adaptive digital predistortion (PD) technique is proposed for linearization of power amplifiers (PAs) in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transmitters. We consider a PD structure equipped with only one combined feedback path while conventional systems have multiple feedback paths. Hence, the proposed structure is much simpler than that of multiple feedback paths. Based on the structure, a new PD algorithm is derived. The simulation results show that linearization performance of the proposed method is almost the same as the conventional multiple feedback technique while the former is much simpler to implement than the latter.
게이미피케이션에 기반한 게임 3.0 시대의 변화 양상에 관한 연구

Gamification is a new concept using elements of game mechanism with clear goals in non-game contexts. This idea has been used successfully in a variety of domains with positive effects of games and game culture. As games have been a powerful tool in persuasion and behavior changes with purposive desings, such gaming effects have brought about a new era, called “Game 3.0”. This paper proposes transitional aspects of Game 3.0 Era, by focusing on gamification concepts and applied game machanism. From previous literature, the structura elements of gamification can be derived from the concepts of play, entertainment game, edutainment, funware, and serious games. Likewise, core elements of gamification comprise participation & engagement (as motivational factors associated with digital games, GameFlow, E-GameFlow), game mechanics, and game dynamics. The various aspects of game eras from Game 1.0 to Game 3.0 are summarized and discussed.
