        外交修辞、话语框定与南海争端中的强制外交

        作为和平崛起大国, 中国在南海争端中的维权与维稳, 都会受到其他声索国的外交修辞约束。当中国采取强制外交时, 南海声索国会采取负面形象锚定策略, 对中国强势行为进行污名化叙事; 作为回应, 中国尽量克制使用武力, 并进行 “去安全化”修辞, 淡化冲突色彩。而当中国在争端中保持了克制, 东南亚声索国 则会积极赞赏中国的善意, 通过正向的修辞诱导强化中国和平承诺的约束力。为了平衡维权与维稳关系, 中国则进行“再框定”修辞, 提醒声索国尊重中国的历史性权利与大国地位, 共同营造区域合作的友好氛围。外交修辞的约束机制为理解中国强制外交提供了新的视角。 As a peacefully rising power, China’s enforcement of defending rights in the South China Seais often subject to diplomatic rhetorical pressure from international audiences. When China adopted coercive diplomacy, the South China Sea claimants will adopt a negative image anchoring strategy to stigmatize China’s crisis behavior. In response, China tried to restrain the use of force, and projected “de-securization” rhetoric to downplay conflict. Whereas Southeast Asian claimants will actively appreciate China’s goodwill and use positive rhetoric to induce and strengthen China’s peace commitmentswhen China exercises restraint in disputes. In order to balance the relationship between safeguarding sovereign interests and maintaining overall peace, China has to “reframe” China’s historic rights and jointly create a friendly atmosphere of regional cooperation.Understanding the restraint mechanism of diplomatic rhetoric can provide a new perspective for analyzing China’s compulsory diplomacy.

        Development, characterization, genetic diversity and cross-species/genera transferability of ILP markers in rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis)

        To construct a linkage map enriched with tapping panel dryness (TPD)-related markers, we firstly utilized rubber tree ESTs associated with TPD to develop intron length polymorphism (ILP) markers. In this study,52 new ILP markers were further developed. Together with the ILP markers previously reported, 102 ILP markers developed from TPD-related ESTs were analyzed within 39 Hevea germplasm in detail. The PCR success rate and polymorphism rate of ILP markers was 97.06 and 61.62 %,respectively. The results based on PCR amplification and sequence analyses provided the evidences on cross-species/genera transferability of rubber tree ILP markers. The average polymorphic information content (PIC) values of 39 Hevea germplasm were about 0.1719, indicating that the genetic base of Hevea germplasm selected in this study was very narrow. Among 39 Hevea germplasm, the PIC value of wild rubber tree accessions was the highest, followed by Hevea species and cultivated rubber tree clones. Based on the similarity coefficient of ILP markers, 39 Hevea germplasm were divided into three groups including cultivated clones, wild accessions and Hevea species, suggesting that the classification was generally related to the characterization of Hevea germplasm. The ILP markers developed in this study further enriches the number of molecular marker in rubber tree, and the ILP markers will have a wide application in DNA fingerprinting, genetic diversity, marker-assisted selection and genetic mapping, etc. Moreover,the ILP markers transferred cross-euphorbiaceae family might be utilized in cassava, castor bean and physic nut.

        Let R be a ring with identity and let $M=M_1{\bigoplus}M_2$ be an amply supplemented R-module. Then it is proved that $M_i$ has ($D_1$) and is $M_j-^*ojective$ for $i{\neq}j$, i = 1, 2, if and only if for any coclosed submodule X of M, there exist $M\acute{_1}{\leq}M_1$ and $M\acute{_2}{\leq}M_2$ such that $M=X{\bigoplus}M\acute{_1}{\bigoplus}M\acute{_2}$.

        EVALUATION OF A VEHICLE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WITH A FRACTIONAL ORDER PDμ CONTROLLER

        In this paper, a novel controller, the fractional order PDμ controller, is designed to improve the performance of the driver-vehicle system. First, fractional calculus and fractional order PIλDμ controller are introduced. A control algorithm for vehicle directional control using the fractional order PDμ controller is then presented. Based on preview-follower theory, the on-line tuning method of the fractional order PDμ controller is designed. By comparing simulated and experimental results, the validity and robustness of the proposed fractional order PDμ controller in the closed loop system are verified. Finally, comprehensive evaluations are performed between the systems with the fractional order PDμ controller and with an integer PD controller. The results demonstrate that the use of the fractional order controller leads to an improvement of the performance of the driver-vehicle system.         Efficient Mean-Shift Tracking Using an Improved Weighted Histogram Scheme

        An improved Mean-Shift (MS) tracker called joint CB-LBWH, which uses a combined weighted-histogram scheme of CBWH (Corrected Background-Weighted Histogram) and LBWH (likelihood-based Background-Weighted Histogram), is presented. Joint CB-LBWH is based on the notion that target representation employs both feature saliency and confidence to form a compound weighted histogram criterion. As the more prominent and confident features mean more significant for tracking the target, the tuned histogram by joint CB-LBWH can reduce the interference of background in target localization effectively. Comparative experimental results show that the proposed joint CB-LBWH scheme can significantly improve the efficiency and robustness of MS tracker when heavy occlusions and complex scenes exist.

        Gorenstein dimensions of unbounded complexes under base change

        Transfer of homological properties under base change is a classical field of study. Let $R\rightarrow S$ be a ring homomorphism. The relations of Gorenstein projective (or Gorenstein injective) dimensions of unbounded complexes between $\Ltp{U}{X}$ (or $\RHom{X}{U}$) and $X$ are considered, where $X$ is an $R$-complex and $U$ is an $S$-complex. In addition, some sufficient conditions are given under which the equalities $\Gdimm(\Ltp{U}{X})=\Gdim{X}+\pd{U}$ and $\Gidd(\RHom{X}{U})=\Gdim{X}+\id{U}$ hold.

        GORENSTEIN FLAT-COTORSION MODULES OVER FORMAL TRIANGULAR MATRIX RINGS

        Let A and B be rings and U be a (B, A)-bimodule. If <sub>B</sub>U has finite flat dimension, U<sub>A</sub> has finite flat dimension and U ⊗<sub>A</sub> C is a cotorsion left B-module for any cotorsion left A-module C, then the Gorenstein flat-cotorsion modules over the formal triangular matrix ring $T=\(\array{A&0\\U&B}\)$ are explicitly described. As an application, it is proven that each Gorenstein flat-cotorsion left T-module is flat-cotorsion if and only if every Gorenstein flat-cotorsion left A-module and B-module is flat-cotorsion. In addition, Gorenstein flat-cotorsion dimensions over the formal triangular matrix ring T are studied.

      • Electronic voltage tuning of all-fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer

        The electric voltage tuning performance of an all-fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer which has unequal arm-length is studied in this paper. This interferometer consists of two 3dB fiber directional couplers, with one arm is affixed to a Piezoelectric Translators (PZT). When the voltage applied on PZT changes, the output interferometric pattern will shift accordingly. The transmission period of the interferometer is 2.24nm. When the direct current electric voltage changes from 28.7volt to 28.7volt, the pattern will shift for nearly one of its own period. The tuning sensitivity is about 0.038nm/volt, and the linearity is 0.9991. Also, the relationship between the physical path length difference of the two arms and the interval of adjacent interferometric peaks is discussed. This component has potential important applications in electric sensing measurement and optical fiber communication field.
