뇌졸중후 중추성 통증에 대한 동서협진의 임상적 효율성 평가

Background : Central poststroke pain(CPSP) can occur as a result of lesion or dysfunction of the brain from stroke and may cause many difficulty in the social activities and daily life. In this study, we evaluate the clinical effectiveness of east-west medical management for CPSP through VAS(visual analogue scale), infrared thermography, MBI(Moderfied Barthel Index) and Rankin scale. Methods : We treated thirty patients with oriental medical treatment method and western & oriental medical treatment method. Each group has fifteen patients of the CPSP. We evaluated their pain(characterizes tingling and burning sensation, aching, hyperalgesia, and allodynia) through VAS(visual analog scale) pain score, the skin temperature of pain site by infrared thermography and assessed their mobility & rehabilitation ability through MBI(Moderfied Barthel Index), Rankin scale before and after pain treatment. Results : The skin temperature of pain site was lower than non-pain site. The difference of skin temperature improved from 0.65±0.45℃ to 0.39±0.25℃ after oriental medical treatment and 0.68±0.54℃ to 0.27±0.24℃ after western & oriental medical treatment VAS scores improved from 7.9±1.4 to 4.7±1.6 after oriental medical treatment and 8.1±1.3 to 4.6±1.2 after western & oriental medical treatment. MBI scores improved from 61.40±13.58 to 85.00±13.85 after oriental medical treatment and 52.26±13.52 to 77.13±12.04 after western & oriental medical treatment. And Rankin scale scores improved from 3.33±0.72 to 2.46±0.74 after oriental medical treatment and 3.60±0.82 to 2.66±0.81 after western & oriental medical treatment. Conclusion : The difference of skin temperature and Rankin scale scores more significantly improved after western & oriental medical treatment than oriental medical treatment. According to the result, we thought east-west medical management is very useful treatment for CPSP and rehabilitation of the patients with stroke.

흥미로운 구조를 가진 Dipyrrolylbenzene들의 합성에 관한 연구

1-(2-Aminophenyl)pyrrole 20a and 1,2-dipyrrolylbenzene 17a were synthesized by using 1,2-phenylenediamine 16a with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acid. 1-(3-Aminophenyl)pyrrole 20b and 1,3-dipyrrolylbenzene 17b were obtained by using 1,3-phenylenediamine 16b with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acetic acid. 1,4-Dipyrrolybenzene 17c was synthesized by using 1,4-phenylenediamine 16c with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acetic acid. Aminophenylpyrroles 20 and dipyrrolylbenzenes 17 were respectively synthesized by the treatment of 1,2-phenylenediamine 16a, 13-phenylenediamine 16b, 1,4-phenylenediamine 16c and 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in no solvent, acrylic acid, silica-gel, acrylic acid + silica-gel + acetic acid instead of glacial acetic acid. In case of silica-gel + acetic acid among various methods reactivity about synthesis of dipyrrolylbenzene 17 was best. 9-Phenylcarbazole 15 was synthesized by treatment of 1-phenylpyrrole 13 with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran 12 in glacial acetic acid.

A new reinforcement system, the Geolog, is developed which can be used as the reinforcements in the reinforced earth method. The Geolog consists of the epoxy coated steel bar with the reinforced concrete logs. The main advantages of the Geolog are as follows: (1) It can expect the passive earth resistance in addition to the friction, which is the only source of the conventional reinforcements. (2) The length and diameter of the Geolog can be easily adjusted in accordance with the field conditions. (3) It can be easily manufactured in this country without the sophisticated materials and as the consequence it is economical in comparison with other imported reinforcements.

인삼 사포닌이 지용성 비타민(A와 E)의 흡수에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 人蔘 Saonin 이 不水溶性 Vitamin인 Vitamin A와 Vitamin E의 吸收에 미치는 영향을 쥐(albino rat, 100~120g ♂)를 使用하여 觀察하고 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1) Vit. A 를 人蔘 Saponin 과 함께 Stomach tubing法으로 投與한후 쥐의 血淸을 조사한 結果 試驗群의 Vit.A의 含量은 對照群보다 2倍나 된다. 그러나 3時間後부터는 過量의 Vitamin含量이 減少되기 시작하였다. 試驗群의 肝의 Vitamin A含量도 對照群의 1.5倍였으며 3時間後에는 正常 Vitamin量으로 回復되었다. 2) Vit.E의 경우도 Vitamin E를 投與하고 40分後에 血淸과 肝에서의 Vit. E含量을 調査한 結果 試驗群이 對照群에 比하여 1.4~1.5倍였다. 3) 위와같은 實驗結果는 人蔘 Saponin이 Vit. A와 Vit. E의 吸收를 促進한다는 것을 意味하는 것이다. 4) 한편 試驗群의 腎藏에서의 Vitamin含量이 對照群에 比하여 훨씬 높은 것은 人蔘 Saponin이 不水溶性 Vitamin의 吸收뿐 아니라, 移動 및 排泄에도 크게 영향을 미칠것으로 예상된다. It was attempted in this experiment to observe the effect of ginseng saponin on the absorption of water insoluble Vitamins such as Vitamin A and Vitamin E using albino rat (150-200g,♂) and the following result were obtained. 1) When the Vitamin A and ginseng saponin were fed by stomach tubing, Vit. A concentration of blood serum of test group was found as much as twice that of control, but the Vitamin A content started to decrease 3 hours after. The Vitamin A content of the liver of test animal was also found about 1.5 times that of control and its value returned to normal value three hours later. 2) The Vitamin E contents of the blood and lover of test animals were found as much as 1.4-1.5 times that of control 40 minutes after feeding. 3)The above results suggested tha saponin stimulated the absortion of water insolubl Vitamin A and E 4) On the other hand, the contents of the above Vitamins in the kidney of test animals were significantly higher suggesting that the ginseng saponin also affects the transport of the above water insoluble Vitamins.

We have calculated the irradiance distribution function of diffraction for a regularly triangular aperture and obtained the diffraction pattern by the com-puter simulation. Also the diffraction pattern has been observed by the Fraunhofer diffraction experiment. From these results we find that the distribution of diffraction has three symmetric axes and the diffraction pattern in each axes has an alternating bright and dark fringes like the pattern of a single slit.

The thioamides; {N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-3-methoxyaminobenzene (27), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-4-methoxyaminobenzene (29), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridine-carbothionyl)-3-ethoxyaminobenzene (31), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-4-ethoxyamion-benzene (33), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-3-bromoaminobenzene (35), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)4-bromoaminobenzene (37), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-3-chloroaminobenzene (39), N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-4-chloroaminobenzene (41)} were synthesized by the treatment of 2,6-lutidine(22) with sulfur in aniline derivatives (23). The benzothiazole derivatives; {5-methoxy-2-(6-methylpyridy)benzothiazole (46) and 6-ethoxy-2-(6-methylpyridyl)benzothiazole (47)} were respecively synthesized by the treatment of synthesized thioamides; N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-3-methoxy-aminobenzene (27) and N-(6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbothionyl)-4-ethoxyaminobenzene (33) with zirconium (Ⅳ) oxide catalyst in sodium carbonate solution.

The nortropinones 11 (tropinone lla, N-isopropylnortropinone 11b, N-Carbethoxynortropinone 11c, N-furfurylnortropinone 11d, N-(p-methoxyphenyl)nortropinone 11e) were respectively synthesized by the treatment of acetonedicarboxylic acid 8 with, 2, 5-dimethoxytetrahydrofurane 9 in various amines 10 (methylamine 10a, N-isopropylamine 10b, ethylcarbamate 10c, furfurylamine 10d, p-anisidine 10e). The nortropane spirohydantoins 14 (tropane spirohydanttoin 14a, N-isopropylnortropane spirohydantoin 14b, N-Carbethoxynortropane spirohydantoin 14c, N-furfurylnortropane spirohydantion 14d, n_(p-methoxyphenyl) nortropane spirohydantoin 14e) were respectively synthesized by the treatment of synthesized nortropinones 11 (tropinone 11a 54%, N-isopropylnortropinone 11b 50%, N-Carbethoxynortropinone 11c 58%, N-furfurylnortropinone 11d 31%, N-(p-methoxyphenyl) nortropinone 11e, 70%) with potassium cyanide 12, ammonium carbonate 13.

ICT-based Sustainable Business Vitalization Strategies for Private Taekwondo Gyms in Korea

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine how private Taekwondo gyms can strategically use ICT-based new services to sustain business. Methods: This study was performed using the Priority Matrix Framework. From the medians of the importance (x-axis) and the feasibility (y-axis) in the framework, we defined the first quadrant as the business strategy of intense utilization, the second quadrant as selective utilization, the third as the excludable strategy, and the fourth as a business strategy that can be used strategically. To carry out the research more efficiently, 98 managers of Taekwondo gyms in Korea and other personnel at affiliated facilities were selected as the final sample group. The study subjects were selected by the following criteria. First, the Taekwondo gym needed more than 200 child trainees as customers. Second, the gym should have performed more than two ICT-based new services in addition to traditional programs. Third, the subjects needed to have worked more than ten years at a Taekwondo-related organization. To verify the validity of this study, the contents validity ratio (CVR) was verified based on the significance level of p < 0.05. Results: Utilization of social networking services (SNS), development and use of training books into a smartphone application, development and utilization of a comprehensive information system of Kukkiwon, and development of an IoT-based gym interior brand were the items in the first quadrant, meaning they were strategies that can be intensively utilized. In the second quadrant, the following strategies were listed: 1) research and development of education programs that use AR, 2) vitalization of multi-media evaluation method of Taekwondo information and knowledge, and 3) research and development of Taekwondo equipment with VR functions. In this way, they can be utilized selectively. The two strategies that appeared on the third quadrant were development and utilization of a smartphone app for individual gyms and a remote system that monitors the practice at gyms. Located in the fourth quadrant were 1) development and operation of information management system for IoT-based gym management centralized at Kukkiwon, 2) enlargement of development and application of the e-learning practice program, 3) development of a research sector focusing on IT-based industrial engineering, and 4) education of ICT experts. Conclusions: To cope with the rapid changes of the trends and with the demands of the trainees, Taekwondo training should move away from traditional methods and be improved continuously. By doing so, the gyms should persistently attract parents’ attention and draw interest from trainees. As these utilization strategies are directly connected to everyday lives, they would help Taekwondo to expand the scope of trainees from existing child trainees to newly-generated adult trainees or to retain child trainees as they mature.
