        데이터 마이닝을 활용한 한국 프로야구 구단의 승패예측과 승률 향상을 위한 전략 도출 연구

        본 연구에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 한국 프로야구의 승패예측모형을 구축하는 실험을 진행하였다. 이를 위해, 2017년에 실시된 한국 프로야구 10개 구단의 전체 경기 중 무승부 경기를 제외한 1,418경기에 대한 자료를 사용하였다. 승패예측모형에는 의사결정나무, 베이즈넷, 인공신경망 알고리즘과 앙상블 기법인 배깅과 부스팅이 사용되었으며, 그 결과 배깅 기법에 인공신경망을 적용한 예측모형에서 가장 높은 예측률인 85.18%를 기록하였다. 다음으로 의사결정나무 기반 예측모형을 활용하여 한국 프로야구 전체 구단에 관한 8개의 승패규칙을 도출하였다. 여기에서 승패규칙은 승패예측에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들인 팀출루율, 팀타율, 피안타, 안타, 타석, 타수로 표현되며, 도출된 규칙을 바탕으로 구단의 승률 향상에 도움을 주는 전략을 제안하였다. 또한 플레이오프 진출 구단과 미진출 구단에 관한 승리규칙을 각각 4개씩 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 두 집단에 맞춤화된 승률 향상 전략을 제시하였으며, 실제 구단에서 선수를 영입한 방향과의 비교를 통해 제시된 전략의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. This study conducted an experiment to develop win-loss prediction models for the Korean professional baseball league using data mining techniques. To this end, we used data on 1,418 games from all games played by the ten Korean professional baseball teams in 2017, except draw games. We developed win-loss prediction models using not only a decision tree, Bayse net, and artificial neural network algorithms, but also ensemble methods, such as bagging and boosting. As a result, first, we found that the artificial neural network-based prediction model using the bagging method reported the best accuracy (85.18%). Second, we derived eight win-loss rules for entire teams from the decision tree-based prediction model. These rules consist of six influential factors: team on base average, team batting average, hit by opponent, hit, plate appearances, and at bat. Using the derived rules, we proposed helpful strategies for improving the winning rate. Third, we derived four winning rules for both playoff teams and non-playoff teams; using the rules we proposed customized strategies for improving the winning rate of the two different groups. Finally, we confirmed the feasibility of the proposed strategies by comparing non-playoff teams’ actual player recruitment strategies.

      • 여과사 표면처리에 의한 부식물질 흡착

        Suspended and dissolved substance were included in water. Suspended substances can be relatively easily removed by sand filter, whereas, complete removal of dissolved substances in water was not possible at present. It is due to repulsion between negative charge of dissolved substances and sand filter previously used. Potential application of sand filters coated with Al and Fe in removing humid substances was evaluated in this experiment to improve removal efficiency of the dissolved substances in the water. In the adsorption experiment, the removal efficiency of humic substances was higher in the coated sand filter than In the uncoated one. More specifically, the higher removal efficiency of the humic substances in the Al-coating sand filter was obtained over the pH range randomly determined(4.2, 5.1, 7.6, and 10.0). Especially, the removal efficiency of the humic substance at the pH 10 was relatively constantly maintained at a level of about 95% during the maximum 8 hours. After then, it was sharply decreased. In the leaching experiment, the concentration of leachate in both coated and uncoated sand filters was all the highest at pH 9.95. It was relatively higher over the pH range of 7 to 10 than other pH range. Finally, the removal efficiency of the humic substances obtained in the readsorption experiment was rapidly declined, compared to that obtained in the adsorption experiment. Experiment results acquired in this research may be used to develop a promising technology for the removal of bacteria, algae, and colorful colloids, and a variety of dissolved substances in water.

        . The objectives of this study were to study on the physique and body composition of athlete. For this purpose the writer surveyed physique measurement and Double pinch Method of Skinfold Thickness of 6 Track, 10 Kumdo, 11 Shooting, 12 Hand-ball, 21 Taekwondo, 15 Judo, 16 Boxing, 22 Rugby football University players in Su Won. The total 113 male athletes were selected and measured. The conclusion of this study were as follw; A. Physique Measurement. 1.         정신분열병과 Neuregulin 1 유전자의 연합연구

        Objectives : The authors recently found a suggestive evidence of linkage of chromosome 8p21-12 to schizophrenia in Korean multiplex families. Neuregutin 1 (NRGI) was identified in this locus as a positional and functional candidate gene for Schizo-phrenia, through several independent studies with European and Chinese populations. The purpose of this study is to determine whether NRGl is associated with schizophrenia in Korean population. Methods : Three SNPs (SNP8NRG221533, SNP8NRG241930, SNP8NRG243177) and two microsatellites markers (478B14-848,420M9-1395) located at the 5' end of NRGI were genotyped for 242 unrelated schizophrenia patients and the same num-ber of normal controls. Genetic association was tested by χ²-test (df=1). Not only for the whole patients group but also for asubgroup of patients with auditory hallucination. This subtype showed stronger linkage with chromosome 8p12 in the prior study of the authors with multiplex families. Results : G allele of SNP8NRG241930 was significantly in excess in the subgroup of patients with auditory hallucination compared to the control group (p=0.03, 0R=1.76). We also found that 3 SNPs haplotype TTC (p=0.04, 0R=0.58) and five markers haplotype TTC53 (p=0.01,0R=0.49) were associated with schziophrenia with a protective effect. Three SNPs haplotype CGT which is a part of the at-risk haplotype of the Icelandic schizophrenia families was found in excess in the patients group but no significant association was observed. Conclusion : NRGI might either play a mle in the predisposition to schizophrenia or be in linkage disequilibrium with a causal locus of this illness.

        주의력결핍/과잉행동장애와 양극성장애 공존 환아군과 주의력결핍/과잉행동장애 환아군의 비교연구

        Objective : Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is frequently comorbid with a variety of psychiatric disorders. Among them, bipolar disorder (BPD) has especially attracted growing interest. This is partly due to the fact that early onset BPD has been frequently misdiagnosed as ADHD because of symptomatic overlap. The aim of the present study is to find the differences in demographic data and clinical features of ADHD+BPD and ADHD in children and adolescents. Method : Children and adolescents patients participating in the present study have been enrolled at the child psychiatric clinic since 2004. 14 patients meeting the DSM-IV chteria for ADHD+BPD and 19 patients meeting the criteria for ADHD and 15 healthy comparison subjects were recruited. All groups were evaluated through the Schedule for Affective disorders and Schizophrenia for School-Age Children-Present and Life Time version-Korean version (K-SADS-PL-K). Demographic data and clinical charactehstics of the subjects were also collected. Parents were asked to complete the Child Behavior Check List(CBCL) and the Toddler Temperamental Scale (TTS) clinical ratings were obtained using the Young Mania Rating Scale(YMRS), the Children's Depression Iventory (CDI) and the Dupaul ADHD scale. Clinical variables between ADHD+BPD and ADHD were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. YMRS, CDI, Dupaul ADHD scale (inattention and hyperactivity), CBCL, and TTS among the three groups were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test with post-hoc Mann-Whitney U test. Results : 1) ADHD+BPD group had an earlier onset age of ADHD than ADHD group 2) ADHD+BPD group had more co-morbid psychiathc disorders than ADHD group. 3) Compared to ADHD group, ADHD+BPD had more psychiathc family history, especially mood disorders. 4) ADHD+BPD group had prodromal symptoms such as irritability, anger dyscontrol and academic dysfunction, compared to ADHD group who rarely showed prodromal symptoms. 5) ADHD+BPD group had higher ADHD scores than the ADHD group in the Dupaul ADHD inattentive scale. 6) In global functions of CBCL, ADHD+BPD group showed more impaired functions at home and school than ADHD group. 7) In Attention diagnostic system (ADS), ADHD+BPD group had more omission and commission errors than ADHD group, especially in the visual system. 8) In the subtests of the IQ profile, ADHD+BPD group had lower arithmetic and block design scores than ADHD group. Conclusion : Clinicians have to rule out underlying bipolarity in children and adolescents with ADHD who show earlier age of onset and severe clinical features. Bipolarity should be explored intensively in ADHD children and adolescents who have early onset of symptoms and severe functional impairment.

      • 당뇨병성 합병증을 가진 환자에서 혈중 Erythropoietin 농도

        연구 배경 : 고혈당성에 의한 산화환원반응 이상(가저산소증)이 조절 되지않는 당뇨병의 특징으로 혈관과 신경 기능에 대한 진성 저산소증의 효과와 유사하며, 당뇨 합병증의 병태생리에 중요한 역할을 한다. 고혈당이 있는 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 인슐린 수준이 정상이듯이, 빈혈이 있는 당뇨병 환자에서 EPO의 농도는 실제 혈색소 농도의 감소비율과 차이가 있을 것이라 추측된다. Friedman 등은 당뇨병성 합병증 원인 인자로 가저산소증(pseudohypoxia) 또는 저산소증(hypoxia)을 제기하였고 이런 인자들이 EPO의 상대적 또는 절대적 결핍에 의한 것임을 보고하였다. 방법 : EPO-Trac^(TM 125)I RIA kit을 이용하여 방사면역측정법으로 EPO 수준을 검사하였다. 전혈 3㎖을 5-10㎖ 시험관에 정맥 채혈하였으며, 용혈과 장기간의 보존을 위하여 원심분리를 즉시 시행하여 혈청을 영하 200C에서 냉동 보관 후 일괄적으로 검사 결과를 얻었다. 결과 : 1996년 9월부터 1997년 2월까지 조선대학교 부속병원 내과에 입원한 2형 당뇨병 환자 63례를 대상으로 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 당뇨병성 합병증이 없는 군과 있는 군간의 혈색소, 혈중 EPO농도의 차이는 유의한 차이가 있었으며 혈색소의 감소율보다 혈중 EPO의 감소율이 더 높았다. 2) 당뇨병성 망막증의 유무에 따른 혈색소 농도의 차이는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 혈중 EPO농도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 증식성군에서만 혈중 EPO의 감소비율이 혈색소에 비해 높았다. 3) 당뇨병성 신증의 유무에 따른 혈색소, 혈중 EPO농도는 유의한 차이가 있었고 혈색소 감소율에 비해 EPO농도의 감소율이 높았다. 신증의 중증도에 따른 혈색소, EPO의 차이는 미세알부민뇨군을 제외하고는 유의한 차이를 보였고 혈색소 감소율에 비해 EPO의 감소율이 더높았다. 4) 당뇨병성 신경병증의 유무에 따른 혈색소 농도의 차이는 유의한 차이가 없었으며 EPO농도는 유의한 차이를 보였다. 혈색소와 EPO의 감소비율은 비슷하였다. 신경병증의 중등도에 따른 혈색소와 EPO농도의 변화는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 stage 3에서는 혈색소감소율보다 EPO감소율이 더높았다. 결론 : 당뇨병성 합병증을 가진 환자에서 빈혈의 정도는 대부분 혈청 EPO치의 절대적 감소에 의함을 간접적으로 밝혀낼 수 있었으며 차후 더 많은 대상으로 비교 분석이 필요하리라 사료된다. Background: Hyperglycemic-induced redox(pseudohypoxia) imbalance is a characteristic feature of poorly controlled diabetes that mimics the effects of true hypoxia on vascular and neural functions and plays an important role on the pathogenesis of diabetic complications. As is true for apparently "normal" insulin levels typically found in NIDDM even in the presence of hyperglycemia, a "normal" erythropoietin level in an anemic diabetic subject may be disproportionally low for the actual red cell mass. Therefore, Friedman et al suggested that pseudohypoxia or hypoxia as an etiological factor of diabetic complications are due to absolute or relative erythropoietin deficiency Method: EPO-TracTM 125I RIA kit was used for the quantitative determination of erythropoietin(EPO) in serum by radioimmunoassay. An adequate sample of blood (3ml whole blood) was collected aseptically by venipuncture in a 5~10ml glass tube to yield a minimum of 400 L of serum per assay. The serum was promptly removed from the clot by centrifugation in order to avoid hemolysis. Then to increase its storage time it was frozen at -200C in a nonself defrosting freezer. Finally, tests were undertaken simultaneously Results We studied 63 cases with diabetes mellitus, who were admitted to Chosun University Hospital from September, 1996 to February, 1997 at the Department of Internal Medicine. We defined the control group, as diabetic patients who did not have anemia(<13mg/dl), diabetic complications(retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy) and the remainders were defined as the experimental group(we excluded anemic patients, who had secondary causes of anemia and diabetic patients with end stage renal disease)Data were as follow 1) The relationship of Hb and the 24hr urine protein between diabetic patients with and without complications significantly differed(p=0.02, < 0.001 respectively), but the Hb level was poorly related between diabetic patients with and without retinopathy(except in preproliferative, proliferative subgroups) and neuropathy. 2) Subgroups of patients with diabetic complications had higher 24hr urine protein than patients without diabetic complications, except stage I diabetic neuropathy 3) The EPO level was significantly different between diabetic patients with and without complications. 4) The correlation between EPO and Hb was significantly different, especially in diabetic patients with retinopathy and nephropathy according to severity of diabetic complications, compared with patients who did not have diabetic complications such as retinopathy and nephropathy. Conclusion: We know that anemia induced by diabetic complications is due to relative EPO deficiency than absolute EPO deficiency, and further evaluation and studies are needed on many cases in the future

      • 일부 한국인의 혈청 ceruloplasmin 정상 참고치 설정 및 질환별 비교 : Comparison of Its Level among Various Diseases

        Ceruloplasmin has been investigated as one of the useful biologic index for early diagnosis of atherolsclerosis. However, there was no normal reference value taking into account the confounders in Korea. This study was performed to estimate the normal reference values and present the confounders of ceruloplasmin. Also we compared of serum ceruloplasmin levels among normal reference group and three abnormal groups: 475 healthy subjects, 53 liver dysfunctions, 72 positive test of chronic inflammatory diseases, and 89 hypercholesterolemias. Mean serum ceruloplasmin level of healthy subjects were 41.6±7.6㎎/㎗ in males and 42.1±7.2㎎/㎗ in females, respectively. It was tend to increase of ceruloplasmin by age in both sexes. However, the statistical difference was not found by age group between both sexes. Statistically significant correlations were found between serum ceruloplasmin and age, body mass index(BMI), white blood cell(WBC) and triglyceride(TG) in males and age, BMI, WBC and total cholestrol(TG) in females. After adjustment for age, BMI,WBC and TG in males and age, BMI, WBC and TG in females, significant elevations of serum ceruloplasmin were found in liver dysfunction(p=0.0077) and positive test of chonic inflammatory disease(p=0.0217) in males and in oisitive test of chronic inflammatory disease(p=0.0023) and hypercholestolemia(p=0.0124) in females relative to healthy reference subjects. There is no statistical difference among liver dysfunction, postive test of chronic inflammatory disease, and hypercholesterolemia.

        Quantitative determination of diarylheptanoids (oregonin and hirsutanonol), which were characteristic components of Alnus spp. has been conducted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The HPLC analysis was carried out using an YMC J'sphere ODS-H80 column [150×4.6mm, S-4μm. 80A(particle)] and a combination of acetonitrile and H2O was used as mobile phase in gradient solvent system. The results showed differnce in the species (Alnus japonica, A hirsuta and A. hirsuta var. sibirica)

      • Agrobacterium tumefaciens를 이용한 bialaphos 저항성 형질전환 벼의 개발

        비선택성 제초제인 bialaphos는 고등식물에 있어서 glutamine 합성을 억제하여 식물체를 고사시킨다. Acetyltransferase에 의해 encoding된 bialaphos 저항성 유전자는 세균 Streptomyces hygroscopicus SF1239로부터 cloning된 것을 사용하였다. Bialaphose 저항성 유전자를 Agrobacterium 감염법을 이용하여 국내에서 재배되는 벼(동진)에 도입한 결과 약 30%정도의 형질전환 식물체를 얻을 수 있었다. T_1세대의 17개체는 hygromycin과 bialaphos에 대한 저항성 유전형질이 3 : 1로 분리되었다. 또한 Southern 분석을 실시한 결과 wild type의 식물체에서는 Bar 유전자의 검출을 볼 수 없었으나 형질전환 식물체의 경우 Bar 유전자의 검출이 가능하였다. T_3 세대의 형질전환 식물체와 wild type의 식물체를 포장상태에서 비선택성 제초제인 바스타를 살포하고 3주 후에 관찰한 결과 형질전환 식물체는 외형적으로 아무런 피해를 받지 않고 정상적으로 생장하였으나, wild type의 식물체와 잡초는 모두 고사하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 hygromycin과 bialaphos 저항성 유전자는 Agrobacterium 감염법을 이용하여 단자엽 식물인 벼에 도입할 수 있다는 것을 보여준 것이며, 또한 bialaphos 저항성 유전자가 식물에 도입됨으로써 비선택성 제초제에 대한 저항성 식물을 개발 할 수 있다는 것을 보여 주었다. The bialaphos is a potent inhibitor of glutamine synthease in higher plants and is used as a non-selective herbicide. We have used the bialaphos resistant gene (Bar) encoding for an acetyltransferase isloated from Streptomyces hygroscopicus SF1293. Callus derived from mature seeds of rice (Oryza sativa L. cv. Dong Jin) were co-cultivated with Agrobacterium tumefacieus EHA101 carring a plasmid pGPTV-HB containing genes for hygromycin resistance (HygR) and Bar. Transgenic plants showing in vitro resistance to 50 mg/L hygromycin and 10 mg/L bialaphos were obtained by using a two-step selection/regeneration procedure. Transformation efficiency of rice was about 30% which was as high as reported in other dicotyledons. Progenies (T_1 generation) derived from primary transformant of 17 lines were segreagated with a 3 resistant:1 sensitive ratio in medium containing hygromycin and bialaphos. Stable integration of Bar gene into chromosomal DNA was proven by Southern blot analysis of genomic DNA isolated from T_2 progenies. Transgenic plants (T_3) grown in the field were resistant to bialaphos (Basta) at a dosage lethal to wild type plants.
