        Space Vector control of linear induction motor without speed sensor is one of the most up-to-date researching subjects to the engineers in the fields of power electronics and control theory. A conveyance SLIM(Single-sided Linear Induction Motor) has required a stable speed and a soft start/atop when the goods convey. So, the close loop control method to use a speed sensor have been adopted and as the speed sensor, a linear encorder has been used. But when the speed sensor used, the application boundary is limited and the confidence of system is diminished because it is sensitive to external environment variations and its cost is very expensive. So to solve these problems, this paper deals with speed control of the conveyance SLIM using space vector without speed sensorless.

      • 유자 중 limonoid 화합물의 정량 및 분리정제에 관한 연구

        남해안에서 생산되는 유자의 씨와 과피중의 limonoid 함량을 HPLC (Spectra Physics 8800, U.S.A)에 의하여 분석 정량해 보았다. Limonoid 화합물 중 limonin과 nomilin은 methanol과 acetone에 의해 비교적 추출이 용이하였으며, acetone과 acetonitrile에 의해서 naringin이 거의 추출되지 않았으나 methanol에 의해서는 상당히 많은 양이 추출되었다. 유자씨에는 107.4mg%의 limonin과 85.39mg%의 nomilin이 함유되어 있으나, 유자 과피중에는 0.05mg%의 limonin과 0.034mg%의 nomilin이 함유되어 있었다. Amberite XAD-2 칼럼상에서 naringin 이 초기에 용출된 다음 100∼150㎖ 사이에서 limonin이 그리고 200∼250㎖ 사이에서 nomilin이 각가 최대의 용출율을 나타냄으로서 limonin과 nomilin의 분리정제 가능성이 확인되었다. Seeds and sarcocarp of citron from the southern part of Korean peninsula were analyzed for limonoid content by HPLC (Spectra Physics 8800, U.S.A) with the Nova-pak C18 column. Limonin and nomilin were well extracted by methanol and acetone, respectively, and little naringin was extracted by acetone or acetonitrile, but extracted in great quantity by methanol. Citron seeds contained 107.4 mg% of limonin and 85.39 mg% fo nomilin, and citron sarcocarp had 50 ppm of limonin and 34 ppm of nomilin. On the Amberite XAD-2 column naringin was elured at first, and then limonin and nomilin were eluted between 100㎖ and 150㎖, and between 200㎖ and 250㎖, respectively.

      • 교류여자방식 브러시리스 동기전동기의 공간벡터에 의한 토오크제어

        In the paper, a vector control method for a AC-excited BLSM(Brushless Synchronous Motor) is proposed. The BLSM has a feature that separate exciter is not needed for excitation. The proposed method is described in two parts as follow, one is the design of drive and the other is a modeling for its imlpementation. Rotor flux is estimated using inditect sensing method based on voltage equation in the synchronously rotation reference frame. And rotor position os calculated from rotor angular velocity and stator current. Through computer simulation results of this prorosed system, it is shown that the BLSM drive has a ability of precision torque control from the static and dynamic performances.

      • 반송용 편측식 선형기기의 추력제어에 의한 특성해석

        본 논문에서는 PWM 인버터 구동 편측식 선형유도 전동기(이하 SLIM)의 공간백터 제어와 PI 제어를 통한 추력 제어를 행한다. 1차측 권선과 SLIM의 2차측 구조 사이에서 발생하는 공극길이의 떨림은 빠른 응답특성을 얻기위해서 최소화 되어야 한다. 먼저, SLIM의 전압방정식이 추력과 수직력 특성을 해석하기 위하여 d-q축 등가회로로서 나타내어진다. 또한, d-q축 등가회로의 모델링과 해석은 등가회로상에서 전류변동에 따른 강인한 과도 추력특성을 얻을 수 있다. 지령속도와 추력에 의한 SLIM의 직접구동 결과는 실험을 통해서 확인된다.

        슈팅 게임(Shoting game)은 액션게임에 속해 있는 장르중 하나로 총 또는 미사일 같은 원거리 무기를 사용해 공격과 적의 공격을 피하는 게임이며[1]‘비행슈팅(Aircraft Shooting)’은 비행기를 조작해서 싸우는 게임이다[2]. 비행슈팅게임은 누구나 게임에 대해 쉽게 이해하고, 쉽게 즐길 수 있기 때문에 다른 장르의 게임들에 비해 대중화 되어 있다. 본 게임은 컴퓨터에서 쉽게 즐길 수 있도록 설계된 게임으로 우주를 배경으로 제작된 게임이며, 수많은 운석과 기뢰들을 피하고, 게임 중반부에 나오는 해적선을 파괴하고 목적지까지 도달하는 것이 게임의 목표이다. 본 게임은 Unity3D를 이용하였고, Unity3D엔진은 다른 플랫폼과의 호완성이 좋고 자체 내에서 지원해주는 기능들이 많기 때문에 많은 개발자들이 사용하고 있다.

      • 반송용 선형 유도 전동기의 급속 제동특성에 관한 연구

        The SLIM used in the conveyance system has been generally developed the controller based on the slip frequency control and the VVVF method to obtain the quirk response for the position control signal. This paper deals with the trust control of the SLIM by vector control with Bang-Bang condition. Also, the control system is composed of the Pl controller for soft start of the SLIM and the q-axis current controller for correction in phase with Space Vector for reducing the harmonic pulsation in low speed. The processing for vector control and robust dynamic breaking control is carried out by MC80196KC micro processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through the computer simulation and experiments for the 10KW SLIM.

        항염증성약물의 치태추출액에 대한 중성호성백혈구의 화학주성 억제효과에 관한 시험관적 연구

        Inhibition of in vitro neutrophil chemotaxis to the dental plaque extract by a few anti-inflammatory agents was studied in this experiment. For this experiment, the Boyden chamber modified by the author was used. The drugs tested in this experiment were the steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, hydrocortisone succinate, and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, phenylbutazone and acetylsalicylic acid. The results were as follows ; 1. The neutrophil chemotactic responsiveness to the dental plaque extract diluted 1/1,000 was remarkable. 2. Both steroidal anti-inflammatory agent and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents inhibited the chemotactic responsiveness of neutrophils obtained from the rabbit peritoneal exudates to the dental plaque extract.

      • 동해안 석호의 육수학적 조사(1): 청초호

        Water quality and pollution state of Lake Chungcho were evaluated during three years from 1998 to 2000. We surveyed physicochemical parameters, and TSI(trophic state index) was calculated using TP, Chl. a, and SD(secchi disc transparency) data of growing season average. Water samples were collected bimonthly except freezing season. During the study period, total annual precipitation in 1998, 1999 and 2000 year was 1,797, 1,722 and 1,345 mm, respectively. Salinity and conductivity were high (29.3±5.5 ppt, and 45,105±7,585 μS/cm) then other lagoons in the Eastern Coast of Korea. Chemocline was formed by salinity at 0.5~1.5m water depth. As a result of this, DO concentration of hypolimnion was below 3.0 mgO₂/L. Especially, when intense chemocline was formed, temperature of hypolimnion was higher than epilimnion. Secchi disc transparency, chlorophyll a, and COD were 0.8±0.3m, 15.7±20.7 mg/㎥, and 3.1±0.8 mgO₂/L, respecively. Most of TN/TP ratios below 20, but concentration of TN and TP was high. Values of TSI ranged between 59 and 77, indicating a eutrophic condition in this system.

        새로운 Fluorene계 발광 고분자 합성

        Poly [2,7-(9,9-di-n-hexyl-fluorene-co-9,9-dibenzylidenylflourene)-2,7diyl] was synthesized through nikel-catalyzed coupling between 9,9-disubstituted 2,7-dibromofluorene and new fluorene-based monomer, 9,9-dibenzylidenylflurene in good yield. The polymer containing new fluorene monomer, 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dibenzylidenyflu -orene, which not only has extended π conjugation, but also has sterically hinderd sudstituents at the 9-position. The polymer obtained is found to be soluble in conventional organic solvents such as chloroform and was characterized by GPC, ^(1)H NMR and ^(13)C NMR. Also the UV absorption band showed the peak of maximum absorption at 373 nm and the photoluminescence (PL) spectra emission band showed the peak at 558 nm yellowish green region.

        새로운 청색 발광 고분자 합성

        Two polyfluorenes, poly[9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl](P1) and Poly[9,9'-dioctyl fluorene-CO-9,9-bis(4-diphenylaminophenyl) fluoren](P2), were synthesised using the Suzuki coupling reaction. The use of bulky substituents(triphenylamine) in the main chin of P2 improves solubility but exacerbates the twisting in the main chain, further limiting the conjugation lengths and extending π-π* energy gap. The polymers possessed good solubility in common organic solvent such as Toluene, THF, chloroform and so on. The polymers characterized by ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, GC-MASS, GPC, DSC, TGA, UV -vis., PL. The initial degradation temperatures(T_(id)) of P1, P2 and ADS431BE showed respectively 416 °C, 425 °C and 407 °C, which means all of them have high degradation temperature. Glass Transition temperature(Tg) of P2 showed more high temperature than other polymers(P1, ADS431BE) because of decrease of flexibility by twisting in the main chain. The maximum absorption peak in the UV-vis spectrum of P1, P2 is located all at 390 nm. The maximum emission peaks of P1 and P2 showed all at 438 nm blue region. All of P1 and ADS431BE showed broad wavelength region and had excimer. The P2 showed sharp wavelength region and hardly had excimer. Therefore color purity of the P2 is better than P1, ADS432BE. 연구에서는 유기EL분야에 응용 가능한 새로운 Fluorene계 청색발광 고분자를 합성하기 위해서 Fluorene을 이용해서 단량체인2,7-dibromofluorene, 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dioctylfluorene(M2), 2,7-dibromo-9- fluorenone,9,9-bis(4-diphenylaminophenyl) -2,7-dibromolfluorene(M3)을 합성하였다. Fluorene의 C-9번 위치에 octyl 그룹이나 thphenylamine을 치환하여 유기용매에 잘 용해되도록하였다. P1고분자는 단량체 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dioctylfluorene(M2)을 그리고 P2고분자는 단량체 2,7-dibromo-9,9-dioctylfluorene(M2)와9,9-bis(4-diphenylaminophenyl)-2,7-dibromolfluorene(M3)을 그리고 고분자의 end-capping과 전자 수송능력을 향상시키기 위해 2-(4-bromophenyl)-5-phenyl -1,3,4-oxadiazole을 Pd(0) 촉매로 사용하는 Suzuki coupling 중합법으로 합성하였다. P2고분자에 치환된 triphenylamine은 고분자의 정공 수송능력을 향상시키는 작용을 한다. 각각의 단량체와 고분자의 구조분석은 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, GC-MASS를 이용하여 분석하였고, 고분자의 열적분석은 DSC, TGA를 통해 측정하였고, 광학적 특성은 PL, UV-vis를 통하여 분석하였다.
