        ATO 복합사를 이용한 열차단 직물의 태양방사투과율 변화 연구

        In this study, we manufactured ATO (antimony tin oxide) combined fibers to improve solar energy transmittance of sunscreen fabrics. The results indicate that the solar energy transmittance is improved with increasing sheath ratios and ATO content. We observed that the MS2-7W sample with 50:50 sheath/core ratio and 3 wt% of ATO content show the best performance. We also manufactured the sunscreen fabrics using the developed ATO combined fibers to check the performance of the thermal barrier. The results of the solar energy transmittance analysis show that an approximate 58% improvement was achieved for the thermal barrier over the commercial sunscreen fabric without any ATO content.

        Objectives : Pneumoconisis and noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) have been reported as main occupational diseases by the Special Health Examination. The Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance has reported various work-related diseases, however, these two diseases occupied almost a half of compensated cases. Therefore, it was not well known about the status of occupational diseases other than pneumoconiosis, NIHL, and cardio-cerebrovascular accident (CVA). This study was conducted to analyze claimed cases as an occupational disease, that was requested to the Korea Industrial Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA). Methods : The local office of the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation (KLWC) has asked the KOSHA for confirmation of claimed cases as an occupational disease. We analyzed 379 cases requested from KLWC, the Ministry of Labor, employers, unions and occupational health agencies from 1992 to 1999. Results : Male was 80.7 % of the requested cases. Their mean age was 42 years old and 75.5 % of them were more than 35 years old. The requested cases were increased rapidly from 25 cases in 1992 to 108 cases in 1999 and the accept rate was 50.7 %. The majority of requested cases were respiratory diseases(22.4%), cancers(18.5%), Neuropsychiatric problems(14.5%), and musculoskeletal problems(13.5%). The accept rate was high in reproductive, respiratory, musculoskeletal and digestive disorders and low in neuropsychiatric, renal and otologic problems and occupational cancers. 73.6% of them were caused by chemical agents, especially 28.5 % were by organic solvents. 67% of them were clinically confirmed at university hospitals. A half of the cases were from KyongIn area, even the request came from the whole country. Conclusions : A claim was common in workers whose age was over 35 years old and exposure history was over 10 years. The respiratory diseases and neuropsychiatric disorders were still main problems in occupational health and occupational cancers was increasing even though its accept rate was not high yet.

        Linear motor feed drive systems have been broadly used in machine tools or precision automatic systems. Recently, modern machine tools require high speed and high precision feed drive system to achieve high productivity. Unfortunately, a feed drive system, even though it was designed optimally, may experience severe transient vibrations during high-speed operation if its feed rate control is unsuitable. A rough feed rate curve having discontinuity in its acceleration profile causes serious vibrations in the feed slides system. This paper presents a feed rate optimization of a machine tool feed slide system, which is driven by a linear motor, for its minimum vibrations. Firstly, a 4-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model is proposed for the vibration analysis of a linear motor driven machine tool feed drive system. Next, a feed rate optimization of the feed slide is carried out for minimum vibrations. The feed rate curve optimization strategy is to find out the most appropriate acceleration profile with jerk continuity. Of course, the optimized feed rate should approximate to the desired one as possible. A genetic algorithm with variable penalty function was used in this feed rate optimization.

      • 유기 능동 소자 제작을 위한 유기 박막의 제작 및 전기적 특성

        There are currently considerable interest in the applications of conjugated polymers, oligomers, and small molecules for thin-film electronic devices. Organic materials have potential advantages to be utilized as semiconductors in field-effect transistors and light-emitting diodes. In this study, pentacene thin-film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated on glass substrate. Aluminums were used for gate electrodes. silicon dioxide was deposited as a gate insulator by PECVD and patterned by reactive ion etching (R.I.E). Gold was used for the electrodes of source and drain. The active semiconductor pentacene layer was thermally evaporated in vacuum at a pressure of about 10?? Torr and a deposition rate 0.3Å/s. The fabricated devices exhibited the field-effect mobility as large as 0.07㎠/V.s and on/off current ratio as larger than 10??.

        추간공 경유 경막외 차단술 환자의 합병증에 대한 조사 연구

        Objective: To study on the incidence of complications from C-arm guided lumbar transforarninal epidural injections in patients with radiculopathy caused by either lumbar spinal stenosis or herniated intervertebral disc. Materials & Methods: A total of 1200 patients with back/leg pain for more 3 months and received therapeutic injections in recent 1-year period was evaluated. All procedures were performed by one neurosurgeon with careful monitoring by nursing staffs during and after the procedures. Two party observers reviewed medical charts including immediate postprocedure complications using standardized questionnaire. Results: Average 1.9 injections per patient were done. Complications per injection seen included 12 transient headaches (0.9%), 5 increased back pain(0.4%), 4 increased leg pain(0.3%), 4 facial flushing(0.3%), 2 increased blood sugar in an insulin-dependent diabetic(0.2%), I vasovagal reaction(0.08%), and I hypertension(0.08%). All of these complications resolved within several hours to 2 weeks and there were no need for further specific management. There were no major or permanent complications. The incidence of minor complications was 2.3% per injection. All reactions resolved without morbidity. Conclusion: Although effectiveness varies with different pathologies, the C-arm guided lumbar transforaminal epidural injection seems to be a safe and effective procedure for these patients when carefully performed and closely observed with appropriate nursing care.

        To increase the velocity of high speed train, electric power collection through pantograph from trolley wire of should be guaranted. As the velocity increase, there are lots of possibility of separation between pantograph and trolley wire due to the mutual dynamic behaviors. However, the complexity of actual Catenary system makes almost impossible to find dynamic responses analytically. In this respect a numerical method is developed to calculate the dynamic responses of Catenary/Pantograph system using central difference method. And the dynamic characteristics of Catenary/Pantograph are investigated as the design parameter variation.

        The vibrations in Catenary/Pantograph system should be avoided to assure the power collection in High-Speed train. Contacts between pantograph and trolley wire depend on various design parameters. To select good design parameters, analytical and numerical simulation were performed for a simplified model. The dynamic characteristics of tensioned wire subject to moving force was calculated using Laplace transform. And, a simulation program was developed to calculate the displacement of trolley wire using Euler method. The numerical results showed good agreements between two methods.

        최근 저자들은 Vibrio vulnificus 감염에 의해 패혈증 및 이차성 피부 병변을 보인 42세의 남자 환자의 치료중 하부 위장관 출혈이 병발된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. We experienced a case of Vibrop vulnificus septicemia which showed an unusual manifestation such as hematochezia. The patient was a 42-year-old man with chronic liver disease. The blood and wound culture revealed the organism. During intensive care, he suffered from massive hematochezi for several days. Colonoscopy and abdominal CT showed findings suspicious of ischemic colitis. To our knowledge, this is the first unusual case of V.vulnificus infection which showed massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding.

      • 딸기 ‘설향’ 육묘 시 모주의 묘소질과 정식 시기가 런너와 자묘의 생육에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of plantlet quality and transplanting time of mother plants on the growth of runner and daughter plants of strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa) ‘Seolhyang’ during nursery. Plantlet quality of mother plants is expected to be able to distinguish on the basis of crown diameter because crown diameter was highly correlated with fresh weight(r = 0.85), leaf area(r = 0.81), root weight(r = 0.75) and 1st primary roots(r = 0.73). Mother plants were transplanted based on the crown diameter (7~9 mm, 9~11 mm, 11~13 mm and 13~15 mm) in 15 March, 2012. Also, mother plants were transplanted in 15 March, 30 March, 15 April, 30 April and 15 May to investigate the best transplanting date. As a result, the number of daughter plants in the treatment 9~11 mm and 11~13 mm were 22.7 and 22.4 respectively at the end of July. But the number of daughter plants in the treatment of 7~9 mm and 13~15 mm reduced 26% and 16% respectively compared to the average number of the daughter plants in the treatment between 9 mm and 13 mm. The number of daughter plants in the treatment of 15 March, 15 April and 15 May were 20.2, 18.8 and 13.2 respectively at the end of July. Early time of transplanting was able to obtain the more daughter plants and improve the plantlet quality of daughter plants. Therefore, mother plants having crown diameter between 9 mm and 13 mm recommended to be transplanted until the end of March to obtain sufficient daughter plants and improve plantlet quality of daughter plants for producing strawberry fruits.

        A credit card is any card, plate, coupon book, or other single credit device that may be used from time to time obtain credit. This thesis is a study on the legal quality of credit cards, purporting to survey credit card transactions and find out suitable legal tools for solving disputes arising in connection with them. As of 1994, there were more than twenty-five million cardholder and turnover of 25,600 billion Won. The omnipotent credit card is used to get household commodities, services, tickets, hotel rooms, and whatever. In our country credit cards were first issued in 1969 by Shinsegae department store. Credit cards are now widely used. The card industry is appearing to promise to grow in the future owing to the increase in quantity. But there are many problems to be solved. The credit card system is viewed by many legal experts as way stations on the road to a cashless society. The credit card industry in Korea today is enjoying rapid success. The quantity of credit card sales is likely to continue increasing in the future due to spirited competition among the card issuers to get more cardholders and merchant members. The method of information protection for credit card is very significant. We should establish new laws for legal sanction to root up illegal lending through using credit card. We have to check the advertisement of card discount enterprises and promote sound awareness of use of cards. The best way to solve many problems with credit cards is to enact a comprehensive statute which covers various aspects of credit card transactions. If we use credit cards soundly, they will be a great motive to establish credit society earlier and set up a beautiful and rich credit society. The contents of this thesis are as follows ; introduction, history and notion of the credit card, legal quality and theory of credit card.
