IT 산업의 발전과 함께 Big-Data 와 보안은 빠른 속도로 발전하고 정보보호를 위해 다양한 시스템을 구축하는 것보다는 이를 연계하고 활용하는 것이 중요한 시대가 도래하였다. 한 기업이 가지 고 있는 기업정보유줄사고 등 다양한 해킹공격 또한 꾸준하게 증가되고 있다. 더불어 경제적. 사회적인 손실이 증가되면서 국가 및 기업 상위 감사 기관은 정보보호 관련 법. 제도를 제정하고 이를 강화하여 개정 하고 있다. 하지만, 물리적, 관리적, 기술적으로 연계된 통합 보안 관리 체계가 제대로 구현되지 않는다면 다양한 취약점을 통하여 기업 정보는 언제든 유출 될 수 있다. 본 논문 에서는 기업에서 기 운영중인 정보보안 솔루션과 물리보안 솔루션이 효과적으로 통합 보안 관제가 가능한 IMP 플랫폼 구성설계 방안과 불법 침입 및 보안 사고 탐지를 위한 복합시나리오 설계 방안을 제시하여 실 적용 효과를 알아보고 향후 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.
Effects of Ginseng Saponin on Modulation of Multidrug Resistance

Multidrug resistance (MDR) has been a major problem in cancer chemotherapy. To overcome this problem, we prepared minor ginsenosides stereoselectively from ginseng saponins and searched for a ginseng component which is effective for inhibition of MDR. MDR inhibition activity was determined by measuring cytotoxicity to MDR cells using multidrug resistant human fibrocarcinoma KB V20C, which is resistant to 20 nM vincristine and expresses high level of mdr1 gene. Of several ginseng components, 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg_3$, a red ginseng saponin, was found to have the most potent inhibitory activity on MDR and it's concentration capable of inhibiting 50% growth was $82\muM$.
Dependence of the RFQ Output Beam Current on the Proton Injector Operation Parameters

A 20-MeV proton accelerator has been developed by the Proton Engineering Frontier Project (PEFP). It consists of a 50-keV proton injector, a 3-MeV radio-frequency quadrupole (RFQ) and a 20-MeV drift tube linac (DTL). An ion source and a low-energy beam transport (LEBT) system constitute the proton injector. The main roles of the proton injector are to generate the proton beams and to transport and match the beam from the ion source into the RFQ. The output beam current and the transmission of the RFQ are directly influenced by the operation parameters of the proton injector, especially the two solenoid magnets. The output beam current of the RFQ was measured for various values of the solenoid magnet current and the results were compared with that of the simulation.

A cDNA of bovine brain glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) was isolated from a cDNA library by recombinant PCR. The isolated cDNA has an open-reading frame of 1677 nucleotides, which codes for 559 amino acids. The expression of the recombinant bovine brain GDH enzyme was achieved in E. coli, BL21 (DE3) by using the pET-15b expression vector containing a T7 promoter. The recombinant GDH protein was also purified and characterized. The amino acid sequence was found 90% homologous to the human GDH. The molecular mass of the expressed GDH enzyme was estimated as 50 kDa by SDS-PAGE and Western blot using monoclonal antibodies against bovine brain GDH. The kinetic parameters of the expressed recombinant GDH enzymes were quite similar to those of the purified bovine brain GDH. The L_(nm) and V_(max) values for NAD^(+) were 0.1 mM and 1.08 μmol/min/mg, respectively. The catalytic activities of the recombinant GDH enzymes were inhibited by ATP in a concentration-dependent manner over the range of 10 - 100 μM, whereas, ADP increased the enzyme activity up to 2.3-fold. These results indicate that the recombinant-expressed bovine brain GDH that is produced has biochemical properties that are very similar to those of the purified GDH enzyme.
RF Power Coupler for the 100-MeV Drift Tube Linac

A 100-MeV proton linac for the Proton Engineering Frontier Project is under development. It consists of a 50-keV injector, a 3-MeV radio frequency quardruple (RFQ), a 20-MeV drift tube linac (DTL) and a 100-MeV DTL. The RF power generated by a klystron is coupled to the DTL tanks through RF power couplers. RF power couplers of a half-wavelength ridge-loaded waveguide with iris coupling were used in the 20-MeV DTL. For the 100-MeV DTL, we designed a quarter-wavelength coupler because of its small volume and low multipacting threshold value compared with the half-wavelength case. The RF power coupler for the 100-MeV DTL was designed using the SUPERFISH code and a cold model was fabricated to check the characteristics. In this paper, the design of RF power coupler for the 100-MeV DTL is presented and the test results are discussed.
