      • Research on Operation and Control of Micro-Grid System

        Micro-grid is the significant part of the distribution network in the future of smart grid, which has advanced and flexible operation and control pattern, and integrates distributed clean energy. It is a study of the direction of the grid in the future. In the paper, it gives an account of the operation and control of micro-grid. First, the concept of micro-grid, the structure and characteristics of the typical micro-grid and the significance of the development of micro-grid are analyzed. Second, it introduces typical control strategy which contains the integrated control strategy of Micro-grid and a typical control mode of Micro-power. At last, based on a comprehensive control strategy, it proposed the operation mode of Micro-grid.

      • Review on Operation Fault of High-voltage Power Transmission Lines and Effective Prevention Countermeasures

        In the power system, transmission line as a guarantee for effective power supply, takes charge of the transmission from output power of substation to the consumers. The present study mainly focuses on the fault of transmission line resulted from external uncertainties, such as lightning, wind age yaw, ice coating and bird damage, as well as internal factors of high-voltage transmission line, including the grounding and short circuit. Accordingly, fault diagnosis and protecting measures on the high-voltage transmission line are proposed with advices on the improvement of operation and maintenance management of the line to reduce the fault frequency of the transmission line in the process of operation at a greater extent and to ensure the power supply stability of the whole power grid system to the user.

      • Cross-access Method for Team Confidential Document Based on Offline Key Management

        Existing personal and network encryption application modes are summarized, and a new kind of offline team confidential document application mode is defined and analyzed for satisfying special confidential demand in practical. In this mode, confidential electronic documents are classified by team’s role. Team is the smallest unit of key distribution, and access authority is allowed to be delivered between teams. PKI system dependable on Intranet or Internet is forbidden to use in this mode. In response, a cross-access method based on offline key management for this new mode is proposed, algorithms for authorization, encryption, authentication, and decryption in this method are described in detail through an implement example of transparent encryption system using Microsoft Office plug-in technology.

      • Complex Vector Analysis and Suppression of Parallel Vibration of Distributed Power Grid Connected Converter

        With the continuous expansion of the scale of distributed power generation,multi grid connected converters often prone to oscillation problems when parallel operation.In this paper,we study the equivalent circuit of parallel connection of multi grid connected converters , system response characteristics of voltage source and in-depth analysis of the causes of the parallel oscillation of the converters.This paper analyzes converter’s parallel complex vector model by complex vector and comes to a conclusion that power grid voltage feed-forward will produce strong coupling between converter so that cause oscillation parallel converters. In view of the above problems and the flow of the converter starting or the voltage fluctuation of the grid, we design a low feed forward method, that is to make the fundamental and the main sub components of the grid voltage forward without delay and for the relative high frequency components, the filter technology is used to attenuate, so as to achieve the maximum elimination of the feed-forward coupling between the converter, to prevent the occurrence of system oscillation. In order to verify the use of this paper, the theory of the parallel converter is applied in the field of MW level wind field. The experimental results prove the correctness of the theory.
