E-rosette法에 의한 T cell의 百分率과 螢光抗體法, 感作牛赤血球擔體法, 酵素抗體法 및 마우스赤血球 rosette法에 의한 B cell 의 百分率을 檢査하여 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있었다. 정상성인군의 active T cell은 26±8.2%이었고 total T cell은 72±4.9%이었다. B cell 는 螢光抗體法으로 22±5.4%, 感作牛赤血球擔體法으로 15.8±4.9%, 酵素抗體法으로 15±5.2% 그리고 mouse RBC-rosette法으로 17.2±4.1%이었다. 惡性腫瘍에 있어서 active T cell은 27.±10.4%이었고 total T cell 은 59±11.2%로서 정상인군에 비하여 유의한 감소를 보였다. 良性疾患에 있어서 T cell 은 정상인군에 비하여 유의한 차이를 볼 수 없었다. T cell percent by E-rosette and B cell by fluorescent antibody, senitized ox RBC rosette, enzyme antibody and mouse RBC rosette tests were performed. In healthy adult group the active T cell was 26±8.2% and total T cell was 72±4.9%, B cell by fluorescent antibody was 22.±5.40%, by ox RBC rosette 15.8±4.9%, by enzyme antibody 15±5.2% and by RBC-rosette 17.2±4.1%. In malignant tumor the active T cell was 27±10.4% and total T cell was 59±11.2%. In benign diseases T cell count showed no significant difference from normal adult group.

This study was undertaken to analyze chemical composition, macro- and micro-mineral contents of ostrich bone with flesh meat (BF), ostrich bone with flesh meat with herb medicine (BFH) and ostrich bone with internal organs (BI). Crude fat of the BFH was lower, but crude protein and crude ash of the BFH were significantly higher than those of the BF and the Bl. Among the minerals, Ca, P. Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn content of the BFH were significantly higher than the content in the BF and the BE The minerals, Ph, Cd and As were not detected in ostrich and herb medicine extracts. From the sensory, test of ostrich and herb medicine, the preferences were in the following order: ostrich bone with flesh meat with herb medicine (BFH), ostrich bone with flesh meat (BF), and ostrich bone with internal organs (BI) in extracts.

In this dissertation, the causes and characteristics of aggression are studied through literary references. The contents are divided into three parts, including the theory, the characteristics and the causes of aggression. The first part shows that aggression is motivated by the instinct to which Eros & Tanatos and the individual and species preservation instincts belong. Aggression is learned when we attempt to remove frustration or imitate and aggressive model. The second part illustrates that aggressive expression and action can be used as an warning sign. In the case of human beings, aggression becomes evident during ages 2 to 3 years. Aggressive behavior increases during childhood and adolescence and gradually decreases in young adulthood and finally stabilizes in full maturity. Aggressive people tend to be anti-social. The third part explains that interference and over-protection of parents or an affection deficiency is likely to make a child aggressive during the juvenile years. The aggression of a man or woman is caused by sex-role models within the culture of each society. The social problems caused by aggression can be prevented when we channel aggression in a positive direction and when we take aggressive behavior only for defence.
개구부 보강철근의 배근방법이 고강도 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단거동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this experimental study is to understand the effect of configuration of web opening reinforcement on the shear behavior of reinforced high-strength concrete deep beams with rectangular opening. The configuration including the vertical, the horizontal and the diagonal web opening reinforcements are considered as main variable. The test specimens shaped over-all depth of h 60cm, width of b 16cm and length of L 240cm were made of 8 simply supported high-strength concrete deep beams and the size of the web opening is fixed by 0.5a×0.3h. The test results show that diagonal web opening reinforcement comparing both vertical and horizontal reinforcements is the most efficient in restricting the diagonal crack width development and enhancing the shear capacity.

본 연구의 목적은 중등학생들의 창의적 인성과 자기 결정성 동기의 특성을 살펴보고 동기유형이 창의적 인성을 얼마나 설명하는가를 알아보는 것이다. 창의적인 성향을 측정하기 위해 창의적 인성 검사를 사용하였으며, 동기는 자기결정성동기 검사지를 실시하였다. 중학생 262명, 고등학생 254명으로 총 516명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 창의적 인성과 자기결정성 동기 이론 중 동일시, 내재적 동기는 중학생이 고등학생 보다 더 높은 점수를 얻었고, 무동기는 고등학생이 더 높은 점수를 얻어 중·고등학생 간에 의미 있는 차이가 있었다. 중·고등학생 모두 창의적 인성이 높은 집단은 내재적 동기에 접근 할수록 의미 있게 높은 점수를 얻었고, 창의적 인정이 낮은 집단은 무동기와 외적 동기가 통계적으로 의미 있게 높게 나타났다. 중학생은 내재적 동기, 통합, 내사, 동일시가 창의적 인성을 의미 있게 설명해주며, 고등학생은 외적 동기, 동일시가 창의적 인성을 설명해 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. The future society is forecasted to be a creativity society. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between creative personality and motivation proposed by self-determination theory and to confirm the relative predictive power of motivation variables in predicting students' creativity. The instruments used in this study were 'Creative Personality Scale(Hah, 2001)' and 'Self-Regulation Scale (Park·Lee·Hong, 2005)'. Self-reported response data on these instruments from 512 middle and high school students in Seoul were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows; First, there is significant mean difference in the taxonomy of academic motivation based on self-determination theory and creative personality between the middle and high school groups. Second, the students with high creative personality have higher identified regulation, intrinsic motivation score whereas the students with low creative personality group shows higher amotivation, extrinsic motivation, and introjected motivation scores. Third, identified regulation, integrated regulation, and intrinsic motivation is the best predictor of creative personality among the self-determinative motivation types. Researchers in creativity have generally agreed that motivation is more effective in creative performance than any other reasons. The results of this study clearly supports the revised view of self-determination motivation. Therefore, this study suggests that the education of creativity will be adapted by the sub area type of motivation.
