For studies on the magnetic properties of spinel crystals, both microscopic measurements by the M?ssbauer spectra method and macroscopic measurements by the magnetic susceptibility method have been made on a number of compounds in the family Fe<SUB>x</SUB>Cu<SUB>1-x</SUB> Rh₂Se₄. The Fe<SUB>x</SUB>Cu<SUB>1-x</SUB> Rh₂Se₄ were prepared by the direct composition method from the X-ray diffraction studies lattics parameters have been shown with Vegad law. The M?ssbauer spectra were analyzed by the Non linear regression least square fitting method using a computer. Temperature dependence of inverse magnetic susceptibility show that the values of θ indicate -150K and -182Kfor Fe<SUB>0.1</SUB> Cu<SUB>0.9</SUB> Re₂ Se₄ and FeRh₂Se₄ respectively. Spinel crystals Fe<SUB>x</SUB>Cu<SUB>1-x</SUB> Rh₂Se₄ are antiferromagnetic exhibiting negative superexchange interaction. The isomer shift indicate that Fe ion tend toward Fe?³ and Fe?² values respectively.

This research showed that low-educational singles or divorced persons have a high job burnout according to general characteristics. And the worse health a person falls into, the higher job burnout a person gets by the difficulty of job performance. It is necessary to make job burnout low through responsible improvement of labor conditions. The improvement of appropriate job environment is required too because it showed that the long time work makes job burnout high. The systematic support is needed to maintain continuously the service with good quality because it showed that care workers with long-time work experience and good health are skilled in service. Also because it showed that care workers have usually provided the efficient service if the daily work hour is shorter, the long-time work should be avoided. The political support is required to provide the service with good quality through improvement of labor conditions because a person with the higher salary has usually provided the service of higher quality. According to the analysis result about the influence to service quality by job burnout, it was verified that burnout has an influence to the service quality. It showed that especially the lack of personal sense of accomplishment has a great effect to the service. Therefore the consolidation between workers and supporting welfare practice are really required to inspire personal sense of accomplishment of care workers through job condition improvement of facilities and emotionally stable work.
Hexaferrite 쉬트자석의 개발과 자기적 성질에 관한 연구

In order to study the effect of additives SiO₂ on the magnetic properties of hexaferrite sheet magnet, we used X-ray diffractometer, Mossbauer spectrometer, and VSM magnetometer. We have prepared Ba_(0.25)Sr_(0.75)Fe₁₂O_(19) green sheets by the Dr. Blade method. Most of samples have a magnetoplumbite crystal structure of typical M-type hexaferrite. The lattice parameters are found not to be affected by the addition of SiO₂. α-Fe₂O₃ phase develops above SiO₂ 2.0 wt. %. Isomer shifts indicate that the valence of Fe ions is trivalent. Curie temperatures decrease slightly with increasing SiO₂ concentrations. It means that the Si⁴+ subsitution for 12k-site Fe³+ has an effect on the superexchange interactions Fe-O-Fe, which change the distance and the angle between cations and anions. It was suggested that α-Fe₂O₃ phase results from the excessive Fe produced by subsituting Si⁴+ for Fe³+. Based upon the results of Ba_(0.25)Sr_(0.75)Fe₁₂O_(19) added with SiO₂, we concluded that Hc, Ms and Mr depend more strongly on the microstructure characteristics than on the cation substitution.
NdFe10.7TiM0.3(M = B, Ti)의 Mossbauer 연구

The authors have studied crystallographic and magnetic properties of NdFe_(10.7)TiM_(0.3)(M = B, Ti) by X-ray diffraction, VSM magnetometer, and Mossbauer spectrometer. The Alloys were prepared by arc-melting under argon atmosphere. The NdFe_(10.7)TiM_(0.3) has pure single phase, whereas the NdFe_(10.7)TiM_(0.3) contains some α-Fe, from powder X-ray diffractometry. The NdFe_(10.7)TiM_(0.3) has the ThMn₁₂-type tetragonal structure with α_0=8.587 A and C_0= 4.788 Å. The Curie temperature (Tc) is 570 ± 3 K from Mossbauer spectroscopy performed at various temperatures ranging from 13 to 770 K. Each spectrum of below Tc was fitted with five subspectra of Fe sites in the structure (8i₁,8i₂, 8j₁, 8j₂ and 8f). The area fraction of the subspectra at room temperature are 16.4, 8.2, 14.8, 21.3 and 39.3 %, respectively. Magenetic hyperfine fields for the Fe sites decrease in the order, Hhf(8i)>Hhf(8f)>Hhf(8f).
비정질 Fe83B9Nb7Cu₁의 Mossbauer 분포함수 연구

Mossbauer 분광법을 이용하여 비정질합금 Fe_(83)B_9Nb_7Cu₁의 자기적 성질을 연구하였다. 개선된 Vincze의 방법을 적용하여 각 온도에서 초미세자기장, 이성질체 이동치, 그리고 quadrupole line broadening의 분포함수들을 얻었고 큐리온도는 393 K, Hhf (0)는 231 kOe로 산출되었다. 환산된 평균 초미세 자기장(reduced average hyperfine field)의 온도 변화는 S=1 자기화 곡선에 비해 급히 감소하는 양상을 보였고 이를 설명하기 위해 Handrich의 분자장 이론에서 교환 상호작용의 척도인 △에 △=0.75-0.64(T/T_C)+0.47(T/T_C)²의 온도 의존성을 도입하였다. 평균 초미세 자기장(Hhf (T))은 저온에서 스핀파 여기에 의한 공식 Hhf (T)=Hhf (0) [1-0.44 (T/T_C)^(3/2)-0.28 (T/T_C)^(5/2) -…]으로 분석하였고, 큐리온도 부근에서는 1.00 [1-T/T_C]^(0.39)의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 초미세 자기장 분포곡선의 선폭은 13 K에서 102 kOe (3.29 ㎜/s)였으며, 온도가 증가함에 따라 감소했다. 큐리온도 이상에서 평균 quadrupole splitting 값은 0.43 ㎜/s였으며 quadrupole line broadening에 의한 선폭 증가는 13 K에서 0.31 ㎜/s였고 320 K에서는 0.23 ㎜/s로 감소하였다. 반면에 이성질체 이동치 분포에 의한 선폭 증가는 13 K에서 0.1 ㎜/s, 320 K에서는 0.072 ㎜/s 정도로 초미세 자기장 분포나 quadrupole line broadening에 의한 선폭 증가보다 작았다. 이성질체 이동치의 온도 변화에 Debye 모형을 적용하여 Debye 온도를 Θ_D=424 K로 산출하였다. Amorphous Fe_(83)B_9Nb_7Cu₁ alloy has been studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy. Revised Vincze method was used and distributions of hyperfine field, isomer shift, and quadrupole line broadening of the sample at various temperatures have been evaluated and Curie temperature and Hhf (0) were calculated to be 393 K and 231 kOe, respectively. Temperature variation of reduced average hyperfine field shows a flattered curvein comparison with the Brillouin curve for S=1. This behavior can be explained on the basis of Handrich molecular field model, in which the parameter △, which is a measure of fluctuation in exchange interactions, is assumed to have the temperature dependence △=0.75-0.64τ+0.47τ² where τ is T/T_C. At low temperature, the average hyperfine field can be fitted to Hhf (T)=Hhf (0) [1-0.44 (T/T_C)^(3/2) - 0.28 (T/T_C)^(5/2) -…], which indicates the presence long wave length spin wave excitations. At temperature near TC, reduced average hyperfine field varies as 1.00 [1-T/T_C]^(0.39). It is also found that half-width of the hyperfine field distribution was 102 kOe (3.29 ㎜/s) at 13 K and decreased monotonically as temperature increased. Above the Curie temperature, an average quadrupole splitting value of 0.43 ㎜/s was found. Average line broadening due to quadrupole splitting distribution was 0.31 ㎜/s at 13 K and decreases monotonically to 0.23 ㎜/s at 320 K, whereas that due to the isomer shift distribution is 0.1 ㎜/s at 13 K and 0.072 ㎜/s at 320 K, which is much smaller than that of both hyperfine field and quadrupole splitting. The temperature dependence of the isomer shift can be fitted within the harmonic approximation to a Debye model with a Debye temperature Θ_D=424±5 K.
Multiferroic h-HoMnO₃의 자기적 성질 연구

Multiferroic HoMnO₃ single crystal was prepared using 4-point focused floating zone furnace, and polycrystalline HoMn_(1-x)(57)^Fe_xO₃ (x=0.00, 0.01, 0.02, 0.05) powders have been prepared by solid state reaction. Their magnetic and crystallographic properties are studied using MPMS, PPMS, and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The crystal structure is found to be a hexagonal and a magnetic easy-axis is (110) direction. As the external applied magnetic field increases, temperature of the dielectric constant anomaly is decreased. HoMn_(0.95)(57)^Fe_(0.05)O₃ shows huge quadrupole splitting value from the Mossbauer spectra.
