This paper analyzes high efficiency anti-vibration boring bars which increase stability against chatter vibration in boring operations. Structural analysis and mathematical modeling with considering dynamic properties for three types of existing boring bars are peformed to search for optimal design parameters. The purpose of this paper is to find out design parameters for high efficiency anti-vibration boring bar.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships and roles between local industries and local government under the conditions of regional economic potentialities. The local industry in our county, we know, has played a major role in National economic growth and made a great contribution to employment and income increase since 1989, the beginning year of the sixth economic development plan. But we can regard the rapid urbanization and the severe local capital shortage phenomena as a characteristic of modern local society. thus, the purpose of this study is searching for the appropriate local policies to solve the problem of local capital accumulation shortage, by analyzing the demand and supply situation to solve the problem of local capital accumulation shortage, by analyzing the demand and supply situation or condition in local Industrial organization. The nature of local problem must be explained by the widening gap between demand and supply for local industries. In our case study, we also know that regional economy is affected greatly according to the local industry structure. So, we must cultivate many local firms and our local government must help the effort local firm. Them we can describe the following problems for the present regional industries. 1) Shortage of local capital accumulation. 2) Low rate of local government investment for local industry program. 3) Shortage of regional characteristic in national industry polices. And so, we can suggest the several policies for to break through the local industry shortage. 1) Strengthen the control system of the factors related to regional capital demand. 2) Cultivate lots of local firms and their local funds. 3) Increase the public industry supply of local government. 4) Develope the high tech-tour town in the main city district.

When Kim IL Sung's Juche (self-reliance) was suggested first in 1950, it was only a simple thought and a vain idea. But it has been developed systematically as having been endowed with concrete contents and arranged theoretically under the necessity of keeping to the authority of the party and having Ideological armaments. Kim IL Sung's Juche (self-reliance) is a theoretical and methodological base of his revolutionary thought and "All Policies and Avtivities guide principle" in North Korea. North Korea Communists insist that Kim IL Sung's Juche (self-reliance) is a practical Ideology represented by [self-reliance of Idea]. [Independence of politics] [self-support of economy] [self-protection of national defense] and that as if only they were the successors of fat ional Identity and orthodoxy. But all their insistence is nothing but a disguised slogan and falsified subjecthood for Kim IL Sung's personal worshsip and the establishment of the hereditary dynasty by rewriting History and maximizing the public's mobilization.

La vie qu'il mene en marge de la moral et de la societe n'est pour Rimbaud que l'aspect exterieur d'une prodigieuse aventure, concue dans son esprit des le printemps de 1871 : l'aventure du voyant. Il a dit "Je est un autre.", qui vent dire engender un etre qui est encore moi. Et Rimbaud tentait d'embrasser l'univers par la magie des sensations, des hallucinations et d'un langage poetique renouvele. Et pourtant sa recherche est bien mystique en ce sens qu'elle depasses largement la perspective litteraire et qu'elle poursuit l'absolu. Rimbaud veut acquerir des pouvoirs surnaturels, atteindre l'ame universelle. Hante par le mystere des rapports entre moi et le monde, il voundrait etreindre l'univers. Il rivalise ainsi avec Dieu, sans croire en lui, nouveau Promethee, il tente de lui voleur de feu. Et par un dereglement systematique de ses sens, Rimbaud s'habitue a l'hallucination. En conclusion, la volonte transcentale de Rimbaud est l'asces ouverte a l'Extase, qui laisse paraitre la poesie objective fonde sur le Cogito paradoxal et la vision perspectif de la voyance cree par Cogito rimbaldien.

安東 土溪洞 : 안동댐 수몰지구 건축환경 현기조사 a Traditional Village near Andong Dam in Korea

This report is a field survey of architectural environments of Tokyedong (Sang-kye, Hakye, Kyenam), a traditional village near Andong in Korea. The presen pattern of this willage was much influenced by Lee Whang (1501~1570), a famous scholar in Chosun Dynasty. From that time on, his descendents have been living here composing family-villages. Now this area loses the glory and vividness of the past, byt the traces of the original form have been maintained because of the topographical condition and the conservative tradition of the village character. This village will be immersd under water at the end of 1977 due to the completion of newly made Andong dam. This survey report was made to record the traditional architectural environment and its background, and to be one of the basic references to the study of Korean Architecture.

Histiocytic medullary reticulosis (HMR) is a malignant noeplastic process, with tumor cells belonging to the histiomonocytic line, and originally described by Scott and Robb-Smith in 1939 characterized by its acute onset, progression to death within a few months and its clinical features are fever, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, jaundice, and purpura common laboratory findings are characterized by severe anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and histologically by systemic progressive invasion of morphologically atypical histiocytes or of their precursor. 61 and 37-year-old males were admitted with camplaints of high fever and chilling sensation and were treated by cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednison and antiobiotics, but patients all died 17 and 14 days after admission due to probably sepsis and respiratory failure.

Dans cette etude nous avons travaille le costume et la mode a l epoque de Moliere, c'est-a-dire sous le regne de Louis ⅩⅣ. Puis nous avons etudie comment Moliere integre cette mode dans son theatre, quel role essentiel il donne au costume et a l'aspect physique et ensuite quelles les raisons qui poussent le personnage molieresque a suivre cette mode ou a la refuser. La mode a l'epoque comme de nos jours, exerce donc une influence considerable sur la societe mondaine et regne sur le costume, la parure, la toilette des bourgeois et des nobles, le langage, les batiments, la decoration, les spectacles... Dans le dialogue ses comedies, les allusions a l'habillement, a la parure, au maquillage des personnages sont fort nombreuses et nous donnent un excellent apercu des tendances dumoment. Moliere exploite toutes les ressources de la representation afin de ridiculiser les extravagants mais aussi de soutenir les moderes. En effet, tous les personnages a la mode dans ses comedies ne sont pas burlesques. Ceux qui s'adaptent aux gouts de l'epoque ne font l'objet d'aucune critique. Ⅱ ridiculise plus volontiers les messieurs en insistant et leurs manieres grotesques et leurs caracteres vaniteux, egoist et denue de toute personnalite. Enfin, les differents caracteres de son theatre sont souvent inspires par l'observation de la societe contemporaine et le talent de Moliere consiste a les adapter sur la scene, a en faire des caracteres theatraux.
