양말단에 이크릴레이트를 갖는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 미크로마(PEG macromer)와 또한 PEG macromer와 폴리하이드록시에칠메타아크릴레이트[P(HEMA)] 혹은 폴리(하이드록시에칠메타아크릴레이트-하이드록시프로메타아크릴레이트-비닐피롤리돈)[P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP)]와 상호침투된 망상구조의 시료가 소프트콘텍트렌즈의 알부민의 흡착을 막기위하여 제조되었다. PEG macromer의 중합으로 macromer의 다관능성기로 인하여 가교된 겔이 형성되었다. P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP)/PEG IPN계 콘텍트렌즈에서 PEG분자량이 중가할수록 알부민의 흡착량은 감소되었다. 또한 IPN제조시의 PEG의 농도가 짙을수록 알부민의 흡착량은 감소되었다. PEG macromer와 IPN하기전의 P(HEMA)계 및 P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP)계의 콘텍트렌즈에 비하여 PEG macromer와 IPN함으로서 렌즈의 착용감이 훨씬 상승되었다. Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) macromers terminated with diacrylate groups and interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN) composed of poly(hydrowyethyl methacrylate)(PHEMA) or poly(hydrowyethyl methacrylate-co-hydroxypropyl methacrylate-co-N-vinyl pyrrolidone)[P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP)]and PEG macromer were synthesized with the aim of abtaining protein adsorption resistant soft contact lens. Polymerization of PEG macromer. Crosslinked p(HEMA)or P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP) chains were interpenetrated into the cross-linked three-dimensional networks of PEG. It was found that albumin adsorption onto the contact lens prepared by P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP)/PEG IPN decreases with an increase of molecular weight of PEG. Also, it was found that albumin adsorption onto the both contact lens decreases with an increase of concentration of PEG macromer in the IPN preparation. There are also more adequate in the biointerness for the contact lens by P(HEMA)/PEG IPN or P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP)/PEG IPN than that by P(HEMA) or P(HEMA-co-HPMA-co-NVP).

At 1 and 2days after bleomycin ueament, Sojeokbaekchoolsan compund treatment decreased the number of neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage than those of bleomycin alone treatment. 3. SojeokMacoolsan Compound treamern increased the Fc receptor mediated rosette activity of alveolar macrophage decresed by bleomycin treatment. 4, At 1O days after bleomycin treatment,Sojeokbaekchoolsan compound treatment decreased the lipid peroxidation of tissue than those of bleomycin done treatment. 5. Anti-tumor activity of Sojeokbaekchoolsan and bleomycin compound group was higher than those of bleomycin alone treatd goto to asdic tumor caused by Sacoma-l8O tumor cells.

This paper is to investigate the interrelation between the point of view and the narrator, and the method in which it must be sought. The interrelation must be studied from the aspect of all things that novels are structures of language. Like all the other narrative fictions, the point of view is communicated by being uttered from the narrators. Though the point of view does not have the verbal aspect itself, but must be disclosed in the form of language. However we can't say that the point of view is subordinate to the narration by the narrator. Because despite the narrator handles the language, it is the point of view that gives conglomeration and hues to the language. The writers treated the point of view and the narrator with a typological method. The characteristic results are the following. First, the points of view in the 1-st person novels are divided into the 1-st person internal focalization and the 1-st person external focalization according to the sameness of the focalizer and the focalized. Second, according to their roles in histoire, narrators are divided into the 1-st person key-charactered narrator and the 1-st person sub-charactered narrator. Third, the points of view in the 3-rd person novels are divided into the 3-rd person external focalization and the 3-rd person internal focalization according to the identity of the focalizer and the focalized. Fourth, according to the degree of intervention in histoire, narrators are typically divided into the 3-rd person critical narrator and the 3-rd person neutral narrator. The significance of the typological studies like this lies in clarifying what aesthetic effects shows each type concretely in real works.
하악골 절제술후 재이식된 돌결자가골 재이식 : 치험 3례

We described three cases of immediate reimplantation of a frozen-thawed autogenous mandible composed of a mixture of iliac bone, marrow, and particulate hydroxyapatite in tumors of the mandible. Acceptable outcomes were obtained in three patients who underwent immediate autogenous mandibular graft reconstruction. The conditions leading to successful outcome of the procedure are also discussed. Reimplantation of frozen autogenous lesioned mandible was performed in three patients with mandibular tumors. Two reimplanted grafts survived without complications following surgery. One case had postoperative infection that resolved with appropriate antibiotic treatment. There were no recurrences of the primary lesions. Satisfactory facial contour after surgery was achieved. These results are most promising, and we believe that, with further refinement, this technique will offer a new and acceptable modality for facial reconstruction in patients with cancer.

Recently, sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and octafluoropropane (C₃F8) in ophthalmology have been used to treat the retinal detachment by pneumatic retinopexy. However, the fatal medical accidents such as blindness have been reported during the treatment of retinal detachment with these gases. Additionally, these gases as medical gases have no regulation for safety management in each country of the world. The purpose of this study is to develop the analytical method and evaluate the content of main compounds and impurities in these gases for the safety management using GC-BID. GC-BID analysis was carried out on two type columns as follows. One was a capillary column for analyzing carbon dioxide, carbon tetrafluoride, and hexafluoroethane as well as two main compounds. The other was two type of the packed column for analyzing hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide. The developed method for the impurities and main compounds in sample gases was validated according to ICH guidelines. And, the content of main compounds in two gases were not less than 99.99%. Additionally, the impurities of C₃F8 were hydrogen (< 0.666 ppmv), oxygen (8.2 ppmv) nitrogen (22.7 ppmv), methane (< 0.087 ppmv), carbon monoxide (< 0.126 ppmv) and others (< 20.0 ppmv). While, those of SF6 were oxygen (23.1 ppmv), nitrogen (30.2 ppmv) and others (not more than LODs). The content of all main components and impurities in two gases were suitable in an accordance with inner content criteria. And severe toxic compounds in all two gases were not observed. In conclusion, the content criteria and analytical methods will be useful for the quality control and safety management of impurities and main compound contents in SF6 and C₃F8 samples.

Diphencyprone (DPCP) is frequently used as a compounded preparation in dermatology for the treatment of alopecia and recalcitrant warts based on the immune reaction of skin allergy. However, DPCP is a non-recognized agent in Pharmacopoeia, because there are no criteria or analytical method for quality control of its powder and formulation. DPCP is unstable under light irradiation because as it easily decomposes to diphenylacetylene (DPA). This study aims to develop a simultaneous HPLC analytical method for analyzing DPCP and DPA in the raw materials and compounded preparation. The method required a C18 column ($250{\times}4.6mm$, $5{\mu}m$) at $40^{\circ}C$ with a mobile phase of (A) 0.01 M phosphoric acid in water and (B) acetonitrile at UV 220 nm. DPA conversion to DPCP in the powder and compounded preparations was accelerated after light exposure for 60 min. In addition, this resulted in different patterns depending on the wavelength of light and the formulation. That is, DPCP in compounded preparation was more unstable than that in the powder. However, the DPCP formulation in amber bottles was observed to remain stable, although the measured concentrations of DPCP were somewhat different from the nominal concentration of the compounded preparations. The control of the exact concentration is required for effective disease treatment, depending on the state of the patient. In conclusion, these results will be useful for the recognition of DPCP in Pharmacopoeia and new DPCP formulation development to prevent photodecomposition.
