혁신교육지구에 대한 교원의 인식 차이 연구 : 인천교육혁신지구 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 혁신교육지구 사업에 대한 교원의 전반적인 인식을 파악하고, 다양한 교원 특성에 따른 인식 차이를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인천교육혁신지구 7개 지역의 교원 942명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 혁신교육지구 사업에 대한 교원의 전반적인 인식은 지역특화, 학교지역연계, 비전 및 계획, 민관학 협력체제, 지속가능성 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교원의 학교 근무 특성에 따른 혁신교육지구 사업에 대한 인식 차이를 분석한 결과, 교원이 근무하는 학교급에 따라서는 중학교 교원이 초등학교 교원보다 높게 나타났으며, 연령에 따라서는 20대 집단이 다른 연령대에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 경력별로는 교원 경력이 10년 미만인 경우 인식 수준이 낮게 나타났고, 교원의 직급에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 교원의 혁신교육지구 사업 참여경험에 따른 인식 차이는 참여경험이 있는 경우와 참여 기간이 1년 이상인 경우에 유의한 수준으로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 혁신교육지구 사업의 질적인 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있으며, 혁신교육지구의 질적 제고를 위한 실천적·정책적 제언을 하였다. This study seeks to understand teachers’ overall perception of the innovative education district project and to identify differences in perception according to various teacher characteristics. To this end, a survey was conducted on 942 teachers in seven regions of the Incheon Education Innovation District. The results revealed the following. First, teachers' overall perception of the innovative education district project was high in the order of regional specialization, school regional linkage, vision and planning, public-private cooperation system, and sustainability. Second, analysis of the difference in perception of the innovative education district project according to the characteristics of teachers' school work indicated that middle school teachers were higher than elementary school teachers, and according to age, the group in their 20s was lower than other age groups. By career, the level of perception was low when the teacher's experience was less than 10 years, and there was no significant difference depending on the teacher's position. Third, the difference in perception according to teachers' experience in participating in the innovative education district project was significant when they had participation experience and the participation period was more than one year. This study is meaningful in that it can be used as basic data for the qualitative development of the innovative education district project. Furthermore, practical and policy suggestions were made to improve the quality of the innovative education district.
Comparative Analysis of Traction Machines for Micro EV Applications

This paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of two traction machines designed for micro electric vehicle (EV) applications. First, a commercial traction motor used in Renault Twizy was selected as the baseline model. Then, a new permanent magnet (PM) motor was designed to improve the performance of the Twizy motor. The performance of the PM motor was verified by comparing the efficiency maps of the two motors. Finally, the EV energy consumption model was used to compare the EV range and the total energy consumption between the two motors.

Two virulence factors of Helicobacter pylori, cagA and vacA, have been known to play a role in the development of severe gastric symptoms. However, they are not always associated with peptic ulcer or gastric cancer. To predict the disease outcome more accurately, it is necessary to understand the risk of severe symptoms linked to other virulence factors. Several other virulence factors of H. pylori have also been reported to be associated with disease outcomes, although there are many controversial descriptions. H. pylori isolates from Koreans may be useful in evaluating the relevance of other virulence factors to clinical symptoms of gastric diseases because the majority of Koreans are infected by toxigenic strains of H. pylori bearing cagA and vacA. In this study, a total of 116 H. pylori strains from Korean patients with chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers, and gastric cancers were genotyped. The presence of virulence factors vacAs1c, alpA, babA2, hopZ, and the extremely strong vacuolating toxin was found to contribute significantly to the development of severe gastric symptoms. The genotype combination vacAs1c/alpA/babA2 was the most predictable determinant for the development of severe symptoms, and the presence of babA2 was found to be the most critical factor. This study provides important information on the virulence factors that contribute to the development of severe gastric symptoms and will assist in predicting clinical disease outcomes due to H. pylori infection.
일본 가스가시의 지역학교협동활동 활성화 사례 연구 : 가스가서(西)초등학교를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 학교와 지역의 연계를 토대로 일본 ‘지역학교협동활동’의 구체적인 실천 사례와 그 활성화의 기반을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 커뮤니티스쿨 및 지역학교협동활동이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 일본 후쿠오카현 가스가시를 사례 지역으로 선택하였으며, 학교와 지역의 연계·협력 활동을 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 지역 내 한 초등학교인 가스가서초등학교의 지역학교협동활동에 대한 질적 사례 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 가스가서초등학교의 지역학교협동활동은 커뮤니티스쿨의 일환으로 아이들의 시민성 함양을 공육 목표로 하여 학교-가정-지역이 연계한 교육활동이다. 지역학교협동활동은 고학년으로 갈수록 학생들의 주도적인 참여가 나타나고 있으며, 지역주민의 높은 관심과 지지를 바탕으로 한 활동이 많고, 홍보 및 참여 촉진 활동도 활발히 진행되고 있다는 점이 특징적이다. 둘째, 지역학교협동활동의 활성화 기반으로 교육위원회의 지원과 관리, 학교와 지역사회를 연결하는 지역코디네이터, 학교와 지역 연계 교육활동에 적극적으로 참여하는 지역주민, 활성화된 자치회의 협력이라는 네 가지 요소를 도출하였다. 일본 가스가서초등학교를 중심으로 가스가시의 지역학교협동활동 사례 분석을 통해 본 연구는 우리나라의 학교와 지역 연계·협력 정책 또는 마을교육공동체 운동의 발전을 위해서 여러 교육 주체 간 교육 방향 및 목표의 공유, 학교와 지역을 연결하는 구조와 주체의 역할, 학교의 협력 파트너로서 지역사회의 역할이 중요할 수 있다는 시사를 제시하였다. This study analyzed the activation of local school cooperation activities based on the connections between schools and local communities in Japan. A qualitative case study was conducted by selecting Kasuga City Fukuoka Prefecture, where community schools and local schools are actively engaged in cooperating with the local community. We examined the local school cooperation activities of Kasuganishi Elementary School in Kasuga City. First, Kasuganishi Elementary School's local school cooperation activities are educational activities linked by schools, homes, and regions to foster children's citizenship as part of a community school. Local school cooperative activities are characterized by students' proactive participation in higher grades, many activities are based on high interest and support from residents, and promotional and participation promotion activities are also actively conducted. Second, four elements were derived as the basis for revitalizing local school cooperative activities, namely the support and management of the Board of Education, local coordinators connecting schools and the community, the residents' active participation in educational activities, and cooperation between active local government associations. Through an analysis of the case of local school cooperation activities in Kasuga City, focusing on Kasuganishi Elementary School in Japan, this study suggests that the sharing of educational directions and goals among various educational agents in the community, the role of structures and agents connecting schools and local communities, and the role of the local community as a cooperative partner of school may be important for the development of school-local community linkages and cooperation policies or Maeul education community movements in Korea.
