광고를 활용한 한국어 교육 방안

This thesis is a study on Korean language teaching method utilizing advertisement. There is no way to utilize every advertisement in Korean language teaching. Accordingly, we should categorize advertisement by the topics, Worksheets advertisement was selected as the category of unique Korean advertisement. Among them. fourteen commercial films of worksheets appeared on TV from January 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007 were included for this study. The involved advertisement were those of THINKBIG and NUNMOPI. I suggested lesson model focused on those two brands' advertisement. The assigned study goal was to understand educational spree in Korea, and the related educational phenomenon and system. The lessons consisted of vocabulary and cultural education. And diversified teaching methods were adopted; listening, speaking, reading and discussion, In the last chapter, I present the positive and negative effect from such lessons. This thesis has its meaning in that it suggests practical method for lessons to enhance understanding of Korean social, cultural features and to help achieve better linguistic skills, through a teaching method utilizing worksheets advertisement.

CD4 ^hi CD8 ^low Double-Positive T Cells Are Associated with Graft Rejection in a Nonhuman Primate Model of Islet Transplantation

<P>Peripheral CD4/CD8 double-positive (DP) T cells are associated with autoimmune disorders, cancer, and viral infection. However, the relationship between organ transplantation and DP T cells is unclear. Here, we examined the functional characteristics of peripheral DP T cells and analyzed their significance with respect to islet graft rejection in a nonhuman primate model of islet transplantation. DP T cells were functionally equivalent to conventional CD4 and CD8 T cells in terms of helper and cytotoxic activity, respectively. DP T cells expressed high levels of CXCR5 and PD-1 and secreted IFN-<I>γ</I>, IL-4, and IL-21 in amounts equivalent to those secreted by CD4 or CD8 T cells; also, they produced large amounts of granzyme B and perforin. In addition, under steady-state conditions, DP T cells expressed eomesodermin (Eomes) and promyelocytic leukemia zinc finger (PLZF) proteins, both of which act as transcription factors in innate/memory-like T cells. The number of peripheral DP T cells in the islet transplantation model was high in the group that experienced graft rejection; this was not the case in the long-term survival group. Interestingly, numbers of effector memory T cells (TEM) within the DP T cell population increased significantly during islet graft rejection, as did those of TEM within the cytotoxic CD8 T cells. Furthermore, the most conspicuous of which was the increase of CD4<SUP>hi</SUP>CD8<SUP>low</SUP> T cell subpopulation at that point. Taken together, the data suggest that peripheral DP T cells showing an innate/memory-like phenotype have both helper and cytotoxic activity <I>in vitro</I> and that they may act as a novel biomarker for graft rejection after islet transplantation.</P>

Differential Activation of T Cells by T-Cell Receptor Ligand Analogs

Although $CD4^+$ T cell responses to protein-derived antigen have well been understood, the epitopes recognized by hapten-specific $CD4^+$ T cells have not been fully defined. In this study, we characterized the response of a T cell hybridoma (5Di0.1B8) which is specific for a hapten. N-hydroxysuccinimidyl-4-azidobenzoate (HSAB) restricted by MHC class II $I-A^d$. Using three different antigen presenting cells (APCs) expressing $I-A^d$, the role of class II MHC proteins in haptenic antigen presentation and subsequent activation of 5D10.1B8 has been examined. Activation of 5D10.1B8 T cells by HSAB analogs was also performed. Our results show that each APC activated T cells differentially and that interleukin-2 (IL-2) augmented antigen-presenting ability of all the APCs, suggesting that increased expression of class II MHC protein by IL-2 played an important role in HSAB presentation and T cell activation. Finally, early T cell receptor-dependent signals induced by HSAB or its analogs were examined by phosphotyrosine immunoblot analysis, and showed that tyrosine phosphorylation level of a 18-20 kD protein increased upon stimulation.

The study aim to understand the aspect of the Choseon Dynasty in the 1917~1919. The subject of the study was advertisements included in 『The Korea Magazine』. The types of stores and products advertised were investigated. And we classified advertisements into types and extracted their characteristics. It was still an era when Westerners, like the early missionaries, had a high demand for miscellaneous goods in order to maintain their lifestyle. In that flow, Korean stores have sought to change their stores for foreign customers. Finally, It can be seen that it was an era when interest in technical training was high. Advertisements for travel provide emotional information about the provision of geographic information and personal extension.

〈손천사영이록〉의 이본 특징과 존재 의미

본고는 〈손천사영이록〉의 이본 양상을 살펴보고, 각 이본 계열의 특징과 이본 존재 의미를 고찰하였다. 확인한 4종 이본은 한중연 계열과 연대본 계열로 나눌 수 있고, 선본(善本)은 연세대본이다. 한중연 계열은 우아하고 고상한 문장의 구사, 예의와 격식에 맞는 표현, 도교적 취향이 탈각되거나 약화되어 있다. 반면 연대본은 직설적인 표현, 여성들의 의상이나 심리 상태 등 핍진한 서술이 드러나고, 도교적인 취향이 삭제 없이 여실이 표현되어 있다. 〈손천사영이록〉의 이본 존재의 의미는 다음과 같다. 이제까지 ‘영이록’이라 불린 작품명을 ‘손천사영이록’으로 불러야 한다. 또한 손기의 인물 형상, 배경 등 작품 전체를 통해 도교적 특징에 대해서도 본격적인 논의를 진행해야 한다. 이는 이 작품이 독자적 가치를 가지고 전승되었음을 의미한다. This study aims to study the aspects of the alternative version of 〈Sonchonsayoungirok〉 and, based upon that, to examine the characteristics of each alternative version and the meaning of existence of them. 4 versions out of 5 versions of 〈Sonchonsayoungirok〉 can be divided into two affiliates group. One is the versions of "The Academy korean studies" and the other is the versions of "Yonsei University". Because of no ommission in its contents, the version of "Yonsei University" is considered as good version. The meaning of the existence of 〈Sonchonsayoungirok〉 is as follows; The literary work, 〈Youngirok〉 is to be called as 〈Sonchonsayoungirok〉. Second, there is a need for the full scale discussions regarding character of the Taoistic. This means that 〈Sonchonsayoungirok〉 has been handed down through generations not as the derived version of 〈SoSsiSamDaeRok〉 but with its independent value.
