This research intend to discuss the necessity so that the disabled can find the right for their sports activity and think of their basic right such as the legal ideas, the reality, the functions and the contents of the physical education and sports, and the necesstiy to build up the laws. And then it come to a conclusion as follows. First, the laws of the sports for the disabled should contain the guarantee of the social approach right and the equal of opportunity to them. They must be a value conception possible when the social environment is improved that the real disabled can make an access freely. And the reality that they can approach should be made through the process for their welfare because it isgenerally shaped on the noraml people. Second, the sporting rights of the disabled should be carried on in a survival place and need to make sports laws in an organizational size to make an harmony with the modern society and have a rational relation with several social institutions. Third, to make normal social life, the disabled should be able to get education first, work, move freely in society and approach to the sports facilities, some information, and tele-communication tools that they can enjoy sports, leasure and pleasure life. The convience facilities should be installed that they can move most shortly in using them and guarantee that they can make use of the public building, facilities and information as equally as the normal people do. Fourth, the legal knowledge to cope with regnition change about the physical education and sports, and the continuous research of their laws should be needed and be developed. From now on, we don't mandate the legal problems of the physical education and sports to the legal profession but we ought to think of and correct the indulgence and ingnorance of the disabled's right for the sports. With the critical and rational insight and knowledge, many studies and activities about the laws of the physical education and sports that can be with the disabled should be made.
대학생 축구선수의 등속성 체간근력과 대퇴근력 및 거퇴근력과의 관련성

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among trunk muscle, knee, and ankle strengths using Cybex770, the isokinetic muscle functioning measurement device. 41 K and Y University soccer players who did not have any experience about back pain or spine surgery were recruited as subjects. The results of the study were as follows. 1. Trunk extension was significantly higher than trunk flexion and muscle strength was diminished with increasing load speed. 2. Trunk flexion/extension ratio was well balanced at 30。/sec but this balance was broken with increasing load speed. 3. At 60。/sec of load speed, the knee extension and flexion of the left side were higher than those of the right side. 4. At 60。/sec of load speed, the ipsilateral muscle strengths of the left knee were well balanced but those of the right side were imbalanced. 5. At 60。/sec of load spped, the ratio of bilateral muscle strength of knee was -18.5±32.3% and this implies the possibility of knee injury. 6. Plantalflexion and dorsiflexion of the right ankle were higher than those of the left side, and dorsiflexion/plantalflexion ratio of the left side was higher than that of the right side. 7. The ratio of bilateral muscle strength of ankle at 60。/sec of load speed represented a balanced muscle development but this balance was broken with increasing load speed.8. There were partially significant relationships between trunk muscle and knee strengths. and between knee and ankle strengths. In conclusion, the trunk muscle strength of soccer player might be a very important factor to improve performance. In addition. a training technique which considering strength and speed is needed to develop not static but dynamic strength. This training not only develops well balanced muscle strength but also protects sport injury. Thus, the isokinetic training of trunk could improve the trunk muscle strength. and increase the ability of flexion/extension of knee and ankle.

Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) offers the advantages of simple and robust motor construction, high speeds and high efficiencies over a wide operating range of torque and speed, excellent controllability. However, SRM has the disadvantages of high current harmonics, and low power factor because of a capacitor filter is inserted in the power converter and inductance of SRM is high, it has pulse waveform of current. This paper deals with an energy efficient converter fed SRM system with the reduced harmonics and improved power factor and with higher efficiency. The validity of the proposed scheme is verified via experiment. We are implemented the proposed control system using 8OC196KC micro-controller.
A Proposal of New Category, Scotophile Visitors, within Trogloxenes in Korean Limestone Caves

Based on the habitats investigation of cave organisms in Korean limestone caves from 1996 to 2005, cave environments can be divided into four zones such as entrance zone, twilight zone and dark zone including unstable Dark Zone with Varying Temperature (DZVT) and stable Dark Zone with Constant Temperature (DZCT). Cave dwelling organisms can be conventionally divided into a troglobite, a troglophile and a trogloxene depending upon the degree of adaptation to dark cave environments, and each life tends to live in its favorable habitat. Detailed investigation of their habitat adaptation patterns for five years in the limestone caves in Korea revealed that troglobites (including stygobites) mostly spend their lifetime in DZCT, however they sometimes migrate to DZVT, but rarely to twilight zone throughout the year. Meanwhile, troglophiles (including stygophiles) spend most of their lifetimes in DZVT, and they tend to migrate to twilight zone or DZCT throughout the year. Among trogloxenes, regular visitors have their own favorable ecological niches to stay in cave. There is also another category of cave organisms that live in twilight zone where organic matter is rich in sediments brought in from the outside. These organisms also tend to migrate to the surface and/or even to DZVT throughout the year. This category of cave organisms tends to be easily found outside and does not seem to be satisfied with stable conditions such as constant temperature and humidity. Therefore, new category may be needed to enlist the habitat patterns of these organisms which were conventionally classified as a trogloxene. Therefore, it is proposed here that new "scotophile" visitors within the category of trogloxenes, should be considered in addition to normal trogloxenes such as bats.

Nowadays, function related to anti-vibration and anti-shock of storage devices is required because of portability. Therefore, many hard disk drive (HDD) studies about external shock and vibration have been performed. Especially, many studies are performed with non-operational shock. Most studies have used the fixed condition between spindle system and base when they wanted to analyze dynamic behavior of inner parts in simulation. But spindle system has actually stiffness and damping coefficient. Maybe difference of value would be happened between fixed condition and spring condition. So, we measured FRF of spindle system to know stiffness and damping coefficient in HDD. And we studied on dynamic behavior of inner parts by using calculated stiffness and damping coefficient. As a result, we confirmed the difference as boundary condition of spindle system.
Diagnostic value of peripheral blood immune profiling in colorectal cancer

Purpose: Little is known about the clinical value of peripheral blood immune profiling. Here, we aimed to identify colorectal cancer (CRC)-related peripheral blood immune cells and develop liquid biopsy-based immune profiling models for CRC diagnosis. Methods: Peripheral blood from 131 preoperative patients with CRC and 174 healthy controls was analyzed by flow cytometry and automated hematology. CRC-related immune factors were identified by comparing the mean values of immune cell percentages and counts. Subsequently, CRC diagnostic algorithms were constructed using binary logistic regression. Results: Significant differences were observed in percentages and counts of white blood cells, lymphocytes, neutrophils, regulatory T cells, and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) of patients and controls. The neutrophil/lymphocyte and Th1/Th2 ratios were also significantly different. Likewise, the percentages and counts of peripheral blood programed death 1, cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 4, B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator, and lymphocyte activation gene-3 were higher in patients with CRC. The binary logistic regression model included 12 variables, age, CD3<SUP><SUP>+</SUP></SUP>%, NK%, CD4<SUP>+</SUP>CD279<SUP>+</SUP>%, CD4<SUP>+</SUP>CD25<SUP>+</SUP>%, CD4<SUP>+</SUP>CD152<SUP>+</SUP>%, CD3<SUP>+</SUP>CD366<SUP>+</SUP>%, CD3<SUP>+</SUP>CD272<SUP>+</SUP>%, CD3<SUP>+</SUP>CD223<SUP>+</SUP>%, CD158b<SUP>-</SUP>CD314<SUP>+</SUP>CD3<SUP>-</SUP>CD56<SUP>+</SUP>%, Th2%, and MDSCs cells/μL, for the prediction of cancer. Results of retrospective and prospective evaluation of the area under the curve, sensitivity, and specificity were 0.980 and 0.940, 91.53% and 85.80%, and 93.50% and 86.20%, respectively. Conclusion: Peripheral blood immune profiling may be valuable in evaluating the immunity of CRC patients. Our liquid biopsy-based immune diagnostic method and its algorithms may serve as a novel tool for CRC diagnosis. Future largescale studies are needed for better characterization of its diagnostic value and potential for clinical application.
