      • 天然 및 養殖産 뱀장어의 蛋白質 및 아미노酸 組成比較

        우리나라 전역에 걸쳐서 分布하고 있는 뱀장어의 營養學的 基礎資料를 提示하기 위하여 天然産과 養殖産으로 分類하여 蛋白質의 組成, 蛋白質의 아미노산酸 組成을 比較, 分析하였다. 그리고 天然 및 養殖産 뱀장어 肉蛋白質의 組成을 엄밀히 檢討하기 위해 肉蛋白質中 比較的 많은 量을 차지하는 筋形質蛋白質과 筋原纖維蛋白質을 SDS-PAG電氣泳動 分析하여 subunit의 差를 比較하였다. 또한 사료蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成을 分析함으로서 肉蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成에 미치는 영향도 아울러 比較, 檢討하였다. 天然 및 養殖産 뱀장어의 粗蛋白質 合量은 各各 14.3%와 15.4%이었으며, 粗脂肪은 25.0%와 29.7%로서 養殖産 뱀장어의 脂肪 含量이 天然産에 比하여 높은 편이있다. 肉蛋白質을 構成하는 蛋白質 組成은 天然産의 경우 筋形質蛋白質이 30.78%, 筋原纖維蛋白質이 59.02%, 細胞內殘渣蛋白質이 9.73%, 基質蛋白質이 2.47%이었으며, 養殖産은 筋形質蛋白質이 31.81%, 筋原纖維蛋白質이 58.37%, 細胞內殘渣蛋白質이 8.16%, 基質蛋白質이 1.80%를 차지하여 天然産과 養殖産뱀장어의 肉蛋白質 組成은 비교적 유사함을 알 수 있었다. 筋形質蛋白質과 筋原纖維蛋白質 分劃의 一部에 대하여 SDS-PAG電氣泳動 分析을 실시한 結果, 天然産 뱀장어의 筋形質蛋白質은 16개의 subunit로 構成되어 있었고, 養殖産은 分子量이 36,500, 46,000, 58,500, 75,000, 170,000, 235,000에 해당하는 4개의 subunit가 더 많은 22개의 subunit로 構成되어 있었다. 한편 筋原纖維蛋白質은 天然産이 14개의 subunit이었으며, 養殖産은 分子量 45,000에 해당하는 未知의 subunit가 하나 더 많은 15개로 이루어져 있었다. 肉蛋白質의 蛾眉노산 組成은 天然産이 養殖産에 比하여 glycine含量이 다소 높은 것을 제외하고는 대체로 비슷하였으며, lysine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine이 전체아미노酸의 45% 가량을 점하고 있었다. 사료蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成은 뱀장어의 필수아미노산 要求量을 만족시킬 만큼 양호한 組成을 보여주었으며, aspartic acid와 glutamic acid를 제외하고는 魚肉의 축적단백질로서 魚肉蛋白質의 아미노 組成과 비례관계를 갖는 것으로 판단되었다. The muscles of wild and cultured eel, Anguilla japonica, were analyzed for the protein composition and amino acid profile. The differences of the subunit distribution for the sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins were discussed with sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS) polyacryamide gel electrophoresis. The muscle protein in wild eel was composed 30.78% of sarcoplasmic, 59.02% of myofibrillar, 9.73% of residual intracellular and 2.47% of stroma fraction. That in cultured eel was composed of 31. 81%, 58.37%, 8.16% and 1.80%, respectively. The sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins were composed of 16 and 14 subunits in wild eel, and 22 and 15 subunts in cultured eel. The sarcoplasmic protein between wild and cultured muscles showed a similar trend in the subunits, except a few subunits such as 36,500, 46,000, 58,500, 75,000, 170,000 and 235,000 daltons in cultured eel. Only the existence of 45,000 dalton subunit was the difference between wild and cultured eel in myofibrillar protein. The distribution patterns of total amino acid in muscles of wild and cultured eel were found to be very similar trend, although glycine content in wild eel was slightly higher than that in cultured one.

        침습성 아스페르길루스증으로 치료받았던 급성 백혈병 환자에서 조혈모세포이식후 발생한 파급성 아스페르길루스증 1례

        본 증례는 침습성 아스페르길루스증의 과거력을 갖고 있는 백혈병환자에서 조혈모세포이식을 받은 후 치명적인 파급성 아스페르길루스증이 발병한 예이다. 환자는 항암요법 후 흉부 방사선 및 단층촬영에서 진균성 폐렴을 의심하여 항진균제를 투여하고 폐엽절제술을 시행하여 아스페르길루스에 의한 폐렴임을 확인하였다. Amphotericin B로 치료한 후 조혈모세포이식을 시행받은 뒤 치료에도 불구하고 파급성 아스페르길루스증으로 진행되어 사망하였다. 이 증례에서 보듯이 이전에 아스페르길루스증의 과거력이 있는 경우에 이식후 치명적인 결과를 유발할 수 있으므로, 고위험군을 선별하는 지침과 적절한 치료법에 대한 연구가 필요하겠다. Invasive aspergillosis has been increasing as the number of severe immunocompromised hosts rises. Particularly, in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients, incidence of invasive aspergillosis ranges from 4 to 10%. Even with appropriate treatment, the prognosis of invasive aspergillosis in allogeneic HSCT recipients remains poor, showing high mortality rate. Herein. we report a case where invasive aspergillosis in a patient with acute myelogeneous leukemia progressed to disseminated aspergillosis after allogeneic HSCT. A 31-year-old woman with acute myelogenous leukemia had invasive aspergillosis after third reinduction chemotherapy. After administering amphotericin B, the patient underwent the wedge resection of lung. and HLA-matched allogeneic HSCT was then conducted. On day 14 of transplantation, the patient died of disseminated aspergillosis, including possible cerebritis and endocarditis despite the amphotericin B therapy.

      • 완선에 대한 항진균제(clotrimazole) 단독 및 스테로이드가 첨가된 복합체(Triamcinolone acetonide and Hydrocortisone)의 치료효과에 관한 비교 연구

        Although the combination products of antifungal agents and corticosteroids are often used in the treatment of superficial fungal infections, their usefulness is not settled. The combined corticosteroids may promote the spread of fungi. On the other hand, they can bring rapid relief from signs and symptoms and increase the local concentrations of the antifungal agents in the skin due to the vasoconstrictive effect. This study was performed to compare an antifungal agent with its combination products with corticosteroids in the treatment of tinea cruris. Seventy-four patients with tinea cruris, aged 18-26 years, were admitted to the study. All ere soldiers living in the same conditions. Sixty patients completed 2 weeks of therapy : clotrimazole, 19 ; combination with trimacinolone acetonide, 28; combination with hydrocortisone, 13. All treatments almost completely improved the lesions at the end of 2-week period. No specific treatment was significantly better. After 4 weeks the relapse rate was highest in the group treated with clotrimazole combined with triamcinolone acetonide (75%), compared with clotrimazone alone (47%) or its combination with hydrocortisone (50%), but not significant statistically (p<0.05).

        漢詩 用事에 나타난 朝鮮時代 樓亭 經營意識에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to recognize awareness of the scholars in Chosun Dynasty on the pavilion management through the philological literature study of Young-Sa (用事:A Chinese poem, Allusion). The 18 pavilions were selected as subjects with following selection criteria. - Being extant of poetry and prose in the pavilion among 100 pavilion candidates, quoted from Nujungjeyoung (Published by Gwangju-City in 1992). - Built in Chosun Dynasty. Focusing on contents analysis, the words that are categorized in allusion were abstracted and then comparative analysis for meaning of the word and frequency of appearance with source were carried out. The findings are as follows ; 1) It is of loyalty and filial piety phenomenon. A man of high frequency in pavilion allusion is the person who has contributed to loyalty and filial piety. It is believed that moral of loyalty and filial piety were provided through referring to the Chinese ancient history. One of examples is that naming pavilion meaning of place for composing poem of pledging loyalty to the king cherishes the memory of late fathers. 2) It is building temperament/character. Expressed an attitude of building temperament/character in pavilion through alluded men and ancient history. Mainly JUJA, Confucius and MANGJA were alluded. The expression of willingness in building temperament/character is reflected in poems by allusion of delegated men. 3) It is ethics and seclusion phenomenon. The origin of the ethics phenomenon in Chosun dynasty orginated from the outside, but its formation and progress were influenced by the Honam district (the southwestern part of Korea). The foundation of such progress was pavilions and pavilion literature, surrounding Lake Gwangju. 4) Seeking for hypothetical scene. Alluded Chinese famous names of places were familiar with oral tradition or reading and assumed to be hypothetical scenes of pavilion builders. The meaning of alluded scenes materialized hypothetical scenes in the individual mental image that is learnt from ancient times. That is, the aspiration of the builders for Utopia is reflected into hypothetical scenes. This study analyzes immanent meaning of the words, expressed by allusion in poetry based on sources. Lack of structural and semantic study of Chinese poems is the limit of the landscape architectural approach and a supplement theoretical study of Chinese poems is needed.

        金忠壯公遺事를 통해 본 光州 楓巖亭 주변의 景觀特性에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to recognize the distinctive quality of the scene around 'PUNGAMGEONG'(楓巖亭) through appreciation in its building, location and architectural view of the space based on 'KIM CHUNG JANGGONGYUSA'(金忠壯公遺事), published during the reign of 'JEONGCHO'(正祖) in 'CHOSON'(朝鮮) dynasty. The study was conducted by contents analysis of 'KIMCHUNGJANGGONGYUSA' and other related paleography as prime as well as verification of the location and architectural view of the space through field survey with topographical chart(1/5,000, 1/25,000) and survey drawing. Analysis method fell into the background of building and location space structure as well as a comparative analysis of the literature with interview with local authority staffs and descendants. The results are as followings; 1) The background of the Pungamjeong's building is influenced by KIMDEOKBO(金德普)'s amusement(good landscape gusto) in fine view and moralistic view in nature as well as seclusion and recuperation with misfortune of his family. 2) Location of the Pungamjeong is suitable for seclusion with graceful natural scenes as well as adjacency with the ancestral burial ground for memorial service. 3) The space structure of the Pungamjeong for literature analysis consists of the space for production in bamboo grove to stream surrounding, the space for study and appreciation in pavilion and the space of fairyland in left side of locks. 4) The Pungamjeong stands with a pavilion of two rooms reconstructed in the tile house, and the vegetation appears in the literature of Pinus dansiflora S. et Z, Prunus mume S. et Z, Phyllostachys nigra Munro, Acer pseudosieboldianum Komar and Prunus persica (L.) Batsch forming identifying marks, but Pinus densiflora S. et Z, Phyllostachys nigra Munro, Abies holophylla Maxim, Acer pseudosieboldianum Komar, Carpinus laxiflora Blume, Zelkova serrata Makino, Prunus sargentii Rehder, Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance, Quercus monglica Fisch and Rhododendron mucronulatu Turcz are found recently. Also, wild natural rocks in the Pungamjeong are one of its valuable parts representing personality of folk belief to the local residents. It is recommended that further embodied and substantive studies should be followed with the systematic literature analysis and field survey for restoration and maintenance of the place since this study comes from the literature analysis only.

        평야지재배 조생종 벼의 이화학적 및 식미특성 분석

        평야지재배 적응 조생종 벼 품종의 선발 및 품종 육성의 기초 자료로 활용코자 극조생종(1품종)과 조생종(10품종) 및 준조생(3품종)등 총 14품종을 산간지(운봉)와 평야지(익산)에 지역별 표준재배법으로 공시한 결과, 1. 극조생종 및 조생종들은 감온성이 커 산간지에서 출수가 빠르나, 준조생종에 속하는 상미벼, 영덕34호, 히또메보레 등은 감광성이 감온성보다 커, 평야지재배에서 4일정도 빨리 출수하였다. 2. 수량성은 대부분의 품종들이 산간지재배에 비해 평야지 재배에서 높았고 대체로 출수가 빠른 품종일수록 지역간의 수량차가 크게 나타났으며, 출수가 다소 늦은 준조생종들은 산간지와 평야지의 재배에서 수량차가 크지 않아 산간지 뿐만 아니라 평야지에서도 적응성이 높았다. 3. 단백질함량은 숙기가 다소 늦은 품종일수록 낮은 경향을 보였고 산간지보다는 평야지에서 낮았으며, 품종간에는 오대벼, 운봉30호, 영덕34호, 신석조생, 상미벼 등이 함유량이 낮았다. 4. 식미치는 산간지재배가 평야지에 비해 보다 높게 나타났고, 출수가 늦을수록 높았으며, 지역간 차가 크게 나타난 품종은 극조생종인 키라라397이었고, 출수가 늦은 상미벼와 히또메보레는 차가 적었다. 5. 산온도와 수량과의 상관은 산간지에서만 영향이 있을 뿐 평야에서는 영향이 적고 일사량과 일조시수가 수량에 보다 상관성이 높았으며, 식미치는 적산온도와는 부의상관, 생육 일수와는 정상관을 보였다. This experiment was carried out to clarify the difference of rice yield and the quality of rice in southern plan area and in alpine area. Yield and quality of fourteen early varieties were investigated under the different transplanting dates and planting densities in southern plan area(Iksan) and in alpine area(Unbong). In the alpine area, extremely early variety and early varieties headed early compared to the plain area, but medium early varieties headed about 4 days late unlike the alpine area. The yield difference of most early varieties including Kilara 397 of extremely early flowering variety were greater in plain area than in alpine. The different of yield between plain and alpine area was less in varieties with Sinseogjosaeng, Odaebyeo, Akidagomachi, and Yeungdeuk34. The rate of protein was lower in plain area than alpine and more lately flowering than early, but palatability of milled rice was higher at the alpine area and more lately flowering varieties. Correlation coefficients between yield and meterological data during maturity, yield shower the significant correlation with integrated solar radiation and sunshine hours at cultured in southern plan area, but it showed only cumulative temperature in alpine area. Palatability of miller rice was positive correlation at growth duration but negative correlation at cumulative temperature.

        Design and Development of High-Repetition-Rate Satellite Laser Ranging System

        The Accurate Ranging System for Geodetic Observation – Mobile (ARGO-M) was successfully developed as the first Korean mobile Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) system in 2012, and has joined in the International Laser Ranging Service (ILRS) tracking network, DAEdeoK (DAEK) station. The DAEK SLR station was approved as a validated station in April 2014, through the ILRS station “data validation” process. The ARGO-M system is designed to enable 2 kHz laser ranging with millimeter-level precision for geodetic, remote sensing, navigation, and experimental satellites equipped with Laser Retro-reflector Arrays (LRAs). In this paper, we present the design and development of a next generation high-repetition-rate SLR system for ARGO-M. The laser ranging rate up to 10 kHz is becoming an important issue in the SLR community to improve ranging precision. To implement high-repetition-rate SLR system, the High-repetition-rate SLR operation system (HSLR-10) was designed and developed using ARGO-M Range Gate Generator (A-RGG), so as to enable laser ranging from 50 Hz to 10 kHz. HSLR-10 includes both hardware controlling software and data post-processing software. This paper shows the design and development of key technologies of high-repetition-rate SLR system. The developed system was tested successfully at DAEK station and then moved to Sejong station, a new Korean SLR station, on July 1, 2015. HSLR-10 will begin normal operations at Sejong station in the near future.

        Functional Electric Stimulation-assisted Biofeedback Therapy System for Chronic Hemiplegic Upper Extremity Function

        Purpose: Rehabilitative devices are used to enhance sensorimotor training protocols, for improvement of motor function in the hemiplegic limb of patients who have suffered a stroke. Sensorimotor integration feedback systems, included with these devices, are very good therapeutic frameworks. We applied this approach using electrical stimulation in stroke patients and examined whether a functional electric stimulation-assisted biofeedback therapy system could improve function of the upper extremity in chronic hemiplegia. Methods: A prototype biofeedback system was used by six subjects to perform a set of tasks with their affected upper extremity during a 30-minute session for 20 consecutive working days. When needed for a grasping or releasing movement of objects, the functional electrical stimulation (FES) stimulated the wrist and finger flexor or extensor and assisted the patients in grasping or releasing the objects. Kinematic data provided by the biofeedback system were acquired. In addition, clinical performance scales and activity of daily living skills were evaluated before and after application of a prototype biofeedback system. Results: Our findings revealed statistically significant gradual improvement in patients with stroke, in terms of kinematic and clinical performance during the treatment sessions, in terms of manual function test and the Purdue pegboard. However, no significant difference of the motor activity log was found. Conclusion: Hemiplegic upper extremity function of a small group of patients with chronic hemiparesis was improved through two weeks of training using the FES-assisted biofeedback system. Further research into the use of biofeedback systems for long-term clinical improvement will be needed.

        복합레진 표면에 대한 APF gel의 영향

        소아의 치아우식증을 예방하기 위한 불소의 국소도포는 소아치과 영역에서 널리 시행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 잇점에도 불구하고 최근 수복물 표면을 거칠게 한다는 부작용에 대해 논란이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 불소도포가 심미 수복물의 표면변화에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 수종의 복합레진에 국소도포용 불소젤을 도포시킨 후 변화를 관찰하였다. 시판용 레진인 Z 250(3M ESPE, USA), Ultraseal XT^(®)(Ultradent, USA), Filtek flow^(®)(3M, USA) , Revolution^(®)(Kerr, USA), Denfil^(®)(Vericom,Korea)를 이용하여 시편을 제작하고, 불소젤은 Topex^(®)(Sultan Dental Products,Canada)을 각각 1분과 4분동안 도포시켰다. 각 제품마다 불소젤을 도포하지 않은 5개의 시편을 대조군으로 사용하였다. 그 후 이 시편들의 표면 거칠기(Ra value,㎛)와 무게 차이를 측정하고 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 불소젤을 도포시키지 않은 대조군에서 가장 평활한 표면을 보였으며 1분군, 4분군 순으로 표면 거칠기가 증가하였다. 그리고 Revolution을 제외한 모든 제품에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 2. 국소도포용 불소젤을 도포한 각 레진 시편의 무게 차이를 비교한 결과 대조군, 1분군, 4분군 간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(p>0.05). 3. 주사전자현미경 관찰시 불소젤에 도포시킨 실험군은 대조군에 비해 거친 표면을 나타냈다. 이상의 결과로 국소적 불소도포는 복합레진의 표면 거칠기에 영향을 미치며 이를 고려하여 사용한다면 4분보다는 1분간의 불소도포법을 이용하는 것을 추천할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Topical fluoride application for children is a widely performed procedure in the field of pediatric dentistry to prevent dental caries. However, it is recently recognized as having some unwanted effects on several esthetic restorative materials as it roughens the surface of the restorative materials. The aim of this study was to evaluate the surface changes in composite resins to topical fluoride. Composite resins(Z 250^(®),Ultraseal XT^(®),Filtek flow^(®),Revolution^(®),Denfil^(®))in topical fluoride agents were immersed and their surface roughness, weight loss and SEM were evaluated. The results were as follows: 1. The 4 minutes-immersion groups showed more roughened surface than 1 minute-immersion groups and the control groups showed the smoothest surface among all the materials, and there was statistically significant difference except the revolution between the groups. 2. There was no significant difference between the 1 minute-immersion groups and 4 minutes-immersion groups in weight loss. 3. The experimental group treated with topical fluoride gel showed the generally mere roughened surface than control group in the SEM findings.
