      • 釜山의 自然地理에 對한 考察

        The geographical features of Busan may be briefly summarized in the following outline. 1. Busan is located on the southeast tip of the Korean Peninsula and adjoins the Kimhae County and the Yangsan County of the South Kyongsang Provincea. It also faces Japan across the Daehan Straits. It streches over both Lat. 35°1'43" N. and Lat. 35°18'36 N. while it streches over both Long. 128°24'00" E ane 139°12'38"E. 2. The history of Busan can be traced back to the remots Stone Age and the fact might be conjectured the there were already inhabitants there. Busan was highly valued as the base of operations carrying out its diplomatic policy toware Japan in the Lee Dynasty through the Shinra Period and Korea Period. In 1914 Busan was municipalized and enlarged several times after that. It has been raised to the status of a city under the direct control of the Department of the Interior since 1963, while it has developed into the best international seaport in this country and reached a population of over three millions. 3. The soil of Busan is mainly made up of biotite granite, andestic rocks and ovariz porphyry, forming a hilly district, Moreover the soil is complicatedly composed of telsite and black tesite porphry. 4. Busan falls, in topography, into the following divisions, that is, the deltas of the Nakdong River, the western intermountain area, the central lowlands, the eastern low mountainous district and the seashore. The highest is the mountainous district and the seashore. The highest is the western intermountain area and the eastern mountainous district is full of hills, while the central lowlands are a center of cultural, human activities and the deltas of the Nakdong River lie between the Eastern and Western Nakdong Rivers and thrive in horticulture. Along the seacoast there are the Bay of Busan and other small bays and headlands. Haewondae is a land tied island, and sea cliffs, sea caves and beaches can be seen. 5. The climate is genial and humid partially because Busan is on the southeast tip of the country, and partially because it is under the influence of the Jeju warm current. Its yearly average temperature is 13.8℃ and its yearly average amount of rainfall in Busan is 1,381.4mm., Which takes on the features of ceanic climate. The amount of rainfall in Busan is subject to sharp variety like that of other parts of this country, and the snowfall is rare. Generally speaking, the wind blows from the notrheast in winter, while it blows from the southwest in summer, northeast on the southwest in spring, from the north-northeast in autumn.

        The purpose of this article is to analyze garlic farmer's adaptation for facilitating function in Namhae region. To carry out this objective, adjusting behavior of facilitating function for 150 garlic farmers were investigated. Included main analyzing contents are concentration and packaging, market information and financing, brand and indication certification. In order to raise the efficiency of facilitating function, the effort of garlic farmers are more desired. For example, it is necessary that increasing the concern of garlic farmers for the traceability and indication certification to adjust market environment more and more. And large investment for distribution equipments to improve facilitating function is very important.

        The present society entered the age of high mass consumption and is heading for the credit society. The questions of this study are as follows: First, what is the theoretical background of credit card? Second, what are the advantages and disadvantages of credit card? Third, what are the problems of credit card? Fourth, how does the credit card have relations to consumption in the view of home economics? The suggestions of this study are summarized as follows: First, consumers should record thd number of credit card in order to take actions in the auidents, if the credit card is received. Second, consumers should examine the stipulations and the agreements. Third, the programes of consumer education about the credit card and the credit society are requested. Fourth, many kinds of money loans should be developed and many informations are suggested. Fifth, consumers are able to control the impulse buying and excess buying. Sixth, the credit card should be used on the purposes of the planned goals and the conveniences. Seventh, consumers, companies, banks and governments should endeavor to settle down the credit society.

      • 미래형 주방가구 설계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors which affect the kitchen furniture design. Besides it suggest the helpful sources to the kitchen furniture design. A total of 179 females was sampled who are living in Seoul and 20 to 30's age. The data were analyzed by the statistical methods such as frequency, percentile and x2 verification through spss pc. The kitchen furniture is affected by the following variables in order : age, education level and marriage. Based on the above finding, the variables which affect the kitchen furniture design should be researched.

      • 여가활동 유형과 가정생활 만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate some related factors which influence the satisfaction of the family life among the rural housewives, based on the types of leisure. Questionnaires were distributed to the 200 housewives residing in Anseong. The 187 data obtained were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Multiple Regression. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. (1) There were significant differences on th types of sports leisure, culture center leisure and music and play leisure of the rural housewives according to the social demographic variables. (2) The most influential variables on the perceptions of the family life satisfaction by the rural housewives were in the rank of the type of sports leisure(R_2=.15), the type of culture center leisure(R2=.06) and the type of music and play leisure(R2=.06). Based on the above findings, it has been found that the types of leisure remains important factors to guide according to the radical changes. If greater attentions should be directed to the satisfaction of leisure, the quality of family life could be improved and stabilized.

      • 중노년기 교육에 관한 연구 : 서울시에 거주하는 성인교육 및 평생교육참가자를 중심으로

        While the mid and old aged are becoming a more important force, recent research has been limited in scope for how they feel about education and their education roles. The questions of this study are as follows : First, how is the cognitive ages of the mid and old aged? Second, what are differences on the education motive, the education program, the education difficulties, the reaction of the family, the life pattern and the education results of the mid and old aged? Third, how is the relationship between the education problems and the socio-economic variables? The major findings of this study were summarized as follows : There were significant differences on the education problems according to the socio-economic variables. There were significant relationship between the education problems and the socio-economic variables. Based on he above findings, the life pattern and the satisfaction of the mid and old ages are accepted positively after the education. So the study on th education of the mid and old ages shoud be researched.

        The purpose of this study is to review an overview of the current tax system for real estate and provide the directions for developing tax system for real estate in Korea. The taxation of acquisition of real estate are Acquisition Tax, Registration Tax, Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Tax and License Tax. The taxation of holding real estate are Property Tax, Aggregate Land Tax, Urban Planning Tax, Community Facility Tax, Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, Farmland Tax, Asset Revaluation Tax, Business Place Tax, and Inhabitant Tax. And the taxation of selling real estate are Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Value Added Tax, Stamp Tax, Inhabitant Tax and Special Tax for Rural Development. The goals of developing tax system for real estate are to enhance economic justice and facilitate the sound development of the national economy. The property tax system will be renewed by reinforcing taxation on real estate holdings. This includes; a progressive aggregate land tax consolidating the property tax on land; a ceiling on ownership of residential land. In addition the scope of tax preferences on capital gains from real estate transfers will be sharply narrowed. In an effort to broaden tax bases, the government also curtailed tax exemptions and reductions.
