        전략적 성과측정시스템의 특성이 조직태도, 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 PMS 특성(PMS 질적 특성, PMS 구성적정성, PMS 공정성)이 개인차원성과(조직태도 / 조직시민행동)와 조직차원성과(재무 / 비재무성과)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 PMS 문헌을 고찰하여 PMS 특성을 개념화 하였고, 개념화한 PMS 특성과 조직차원성과의 관계에서 개인차원성과는 매개역할을 하는지를 살펴보기 위해 경로분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, PMS 특성은 프로세스 및 학습과 성장성과, 고객성과의 개선에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, PMS 특성은 조직태도, 조직시민행동의 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, PMS 특성과 조직차원 비재무성과(프로세스 및 학습과 성장성과, 고객성과) 간의 관계에서 개인차원성과(조직태도, 조직시민행동)는 매개역할을 하였다. 다만, PMS 특성이 재무성과에 미치는 영향은 혼재되어 있었다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 점을 시사하고 있다. 첫째, PMS는 경영관리 목적에 적합해야 한다. 둘째, PMS에서 사용하는 지표의 구성은 적정해야 한다. 셋째, PMS는 공정해야 한다. 그리고 이러한 PMS 특성이 확보된다면 조직태도와 조직시민행동을 경유하여 비재무성과가 개선될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of PMS characteristics (PMS qualitative characteristics, compositional appropriateness of PMS, and PMS Justice) on performances of individual dimension (organizational attitude / organizational citizenship behavior) and performances of organizational dimension (financial / non-financial performances). To achieve the research objectives, We reviewed the PMS literature to conceptualize the PMS characteristics, and path analysis was conducted to examine whether individual dimension performances plays a role in the relationship between the conceptualized PMS characteristics and organizational dimension performances. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the PMS characteristics positively influenced performance of process & learning and growth, customer performance. Secondly, PMS characteristics positively influenced organizational attitude, organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, the performances of individual dimension (organizational attitude / organizational citizenship behavior) mediated the relationship PMS characteristics and nonfinancial performances of organizational dimension. However, the effects of the PMS characteristics on financial performance were mixed. This study suggests the following points. Firstly, PMS should be suitable for the business management purposes. Secondly, the composition of the indicators used in PMS characteristics should be appropriate. Thirdly, PMS should be fair. If such PMS characteristics are secured, non-financial performance can be expected to improve through the improvement of organizational attitude and organizational citizenship behavior.

        Floristic characteristics of vascular plants and first distributional report of Pseudostellaria baekdusanensis M. Kim in Yongneup wetland protected area

        Yongneup wetland protected area, the only high moor in Korea, is a core area to conserve biodiversity. Even though the Yongneup wetland protected area is relatively small, various plant species are distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area because it includes various habitats showing different environmental gradients. Vascular plants distributed in the Yongneup wetland protected area were identified as a total of 376 taxa that is composed of 73 families, 217 genera, 322 species, 3 subspecies, 44 varieties and 7 forms. For endangered plants designated by the Ministry of Environment, 5 species including Trientalis europaea var. arctica, Lilium dauricum, Halenia corniculata, Lychnis wilfordii and Menyanthes trifoliata were found and 34 taxa were confirmed to be distributed only in the mountainous wetland habitats. Regarding naturalized plants, a total of 11 taxa were distributed, but most of them were distributed in the areas where artificial interference has occurred. And in areas inside the wetlands that are relatively well preserved, 2 species of Bidens frondosa and Erigeron annuus were observed. In this study, the occurrence and distribution of Pseudostellaria baekdusanensis M. Kim, which was recently found in Mt. Baekdu and reported as a new species, were identified in the Yongneup wetland protected area. A wetland is a very vulnerable area to drastic environmental changes and damages to its ecosystem could cause the extinction of rare plant species which are distributed only in the wetlands. Therefore, it is mandatory that current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area is evaluated and actions to prevent rapid environmental changes are taken. Fourteen separate investigations were conducted in 2013 and another four in 2014, to evaluate current status of the Yongneup wetland protected area. These investigations have provided us the basic information for future actions of conservation and restoration.

        본 논문에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System)의 Battery측 DC 전압을 공유하여 기본적인 ESS구성에 On-Line UPS기능을 함께 가지는 Multi-Function ESS를 설계하고, 적용한 기술을 설명 한다. 용량은 PCS 250kW, Battery 190kWh, UPS 125kW용량으로 구성하였으며, UPS는 125kWh 2Set를 이중화하는 구성으로 설계 하였다. On-Line UPS 기능 내장형 ESS 전체 제어는 PMS를 통해 이루어지며, 기본적으로 계통연계(GC), 독립운전(GI), GC와 GI가 센싱을 통해 자동으로 절체되는 Auto Mode 제어 모드를 가지며, TOU Application 운영이 가능하도록 제어기를 구현하였다. 또한 PMS는 Battery SoC를 모니터링하여, 사용자가 ESS와 UPS운영을 필요에 따라 용량을 정의하고 운영할 수 있도록 하였다. 관련기술을 기본/상세 설계 후 제작하여, 기능 및 성능에 대한 시험 검증 후 실제 부하와 연계하여 실증한 사례를 기술 한다.

      • Smart Buffering for seamless handover in Proxy Mobile IPv6

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) is proposed as a new network‐based mobility protocol and it does not require MN's involving in mobility management. MN can handover relatively faster in PMIPv6 than in Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) because it actively uses link‐layer attachment information and reduces the movement detection time, and eliminates duplicate address detection procedure. However, the current PMIPv6 cannot prevent packet loss during the handover period. We propose the Smart Buffering scheme for seamlessness in PMIPv6. The Smart Buffering scheme prevents packet loss by proactively buffering packets that will be lost in a current serving mobile access gateway (MAG) by harnessing network‐side information only. It also performs redundant packet elimination and packet reordering to minimize duplicate packet delivery and disruption of connection‐oriented flows. To fetch buffered packets from a previous MAG, a new MAG discovers the previous MAG by using a discovery mechanism without any involvement of an MN.         The optimal follow-up period in patients with above 5-year disease-free survival after curative liver resection for hepatocellular carcinoma

        Purpose: Although many patients with hepatocellular carcinoma experience recurrence within 2 years after hepatectomy, some patients with T1 and T2 hepatocellular carcinoma show recurrence-free survival for more than 5 years after surgery. This study was designed to analyze the optimal follow-up period on patients with T1 and T2 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) showing recurrence-free survival 5 years after surgery. Methods: One hundred seventy patients underwent hepatectomy from January 1995 to December 1999. Numbers of patients with T1 and T2 HCC were 76 and 73, respectively. The recurrence patterns of patients experiencing recurrence more than 5 years after liver resection were analyzed in aspect of clinicopathological features and follow-up period. Results: Thirteen patients experienced recurrence more than 5 years after surgery. Only age was found as a significant factor for recurrence. Eight patients were checked regularly with 6-month intervals and the others were checked with 12-month or more intervals. The size of the recurrent tumors in the 6-month interval group had a median of 1.1 cm (range, 1 to 4.2 cm) and the size of the recurrent tumors in the 12-month or more interval group had a median of 3 cm (range, 1.6 to 4 cm). The tumor size was significantly smaller in the 6-month interval group. Conclusion: Though the patients with early stage HCC showed high overall survival, some patients experienced a late recurrence of more than 5 years after surgery. Patients less than 60 years old with early stage HCC should be checked regularly with 6-month intervals even over 5 years after liver resection.

      • LMO2-LDB1 Transcriptional Mediator Activates STAT3 Signaling via GP130-dimerization in Glioblastoma Stem Cells

        Although the oncogenic role of LIM domain only 2 (LMO2) as a transcriptional regulator is well established, the cytosolic functions of LMO2 are not known. Here, we have identified LMO2 as a cytosolic adaptor of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) signaling proteins in glioma stem cells (GSCs) through biochemical purification. The interaction between LMO2 and STAT3 signaling proteins, membrane glycoprotein (GP130), and Janus kinase (JAK) induces STAT3 activation in a cytokine-independent manner, which activates a master regulator of cancer stemness, inhibitor of differentiation 1 (ID1). Furthermore, results from in vitro and in vivo studies showed that LMO2-induced ID1 promotes cancer cell migration. Collectively, our findings indicate that cytosolic LMO2 induces cytokine-independent STAT3 activation and maintenance of GSC characteristics.

      • Monolithic Metal Oxide Transistors

        <P>We devised a simple transparent metal oxide thin film transistor architecture composed of only two component materials, an amorphous metal oxide and ion gel gate dielectric, which could be entirely assembled using room-temperature processes on a plastic substrate. The geometry cleverly takes advantage of the unique characteristics of the two components. An oxide layer is metallized upon exposure to plasma, leading to the formation of a monolithic source-channel-drain oxide layer, and the ion gel gate dielectric is used to gate the transistor channel effectively at low voltages through a coplanar gate. We confirmed that the method is generally applicable to a variety of sol-gel-processed amorphous metal oxides, including indium oxide, indium zinc oxide, and indium gallium zinc oxide. An inverter NOT logic device was assembled using the resulting devices as a proof of concept demonstration of the applicability of the devices to logic circuits. The favorable characteristics of these devices, including (i) the simplicity of the device structure with only two components, (ii) the benign fabrication processes at room temperature, (iii) the low-voltage operation under 2 V, and (iv) the excellent and stable electrical performances, together support the application of these devices to low-cost portable gadgets, i.e., cheap electronics.</P>
