<P>We present SketchiMo, a novel approach for the expressive editing of articulated character motion. SketchiMo solves for the motion given a set of projective constraints that relate the sketch inputs to the unknown 3 D poses. We introduce the concept of sketch space, a contextual geometric representation of sketch targets -motion properties that are editable via sketch input-that enhances, right on the viewport, different aspects of the motion. The combination of the proposed sketch targets and space allows for seamless editing of a wide range of properties, from simple joint trajectories to local parent-child spatiotemporal relationships and more abstract properties such as coordinated motions. This is made possible by interpreting the user's input through a new sketch-based optimization engine in a uniform way. In addition, our view-dependent sketch space also serves the purpose of disambiguating the user inputs by visualizing their range of effect and transparently defining the necessary constraints to set the temporal boundaries for the optimization.</P>

Oral or rectal sodium phosphate(NaP) preparation is commonly used for the colonic cleansing. Since the sole route of excretion of absorbed phosphate is renal, diminished renal function will limit the ability to excrete a sudden phosphate load. To date, about 20 adult cases of hyerphosphatemia associated with oral or rectal sodium phosphate solution have been reported, but not a single case in Korea to our knowledge. We report two cases of hyperphosphatemia and hypocalcemia after the administration of NaP(Colclean^(ⓡ)) to reemphasizes the potential hazard of sodium phosphate bowel preparation in patients with compromised renal function. 예로부터 국가에서는 교육을 통한 인재 양성을 중요시했다. 그 사실은 현재도 또 앞으로도 변함이 없을 것이다. 21세기에 들어서면서 정보통신기술과 과학기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 세계의 패러다임이 바뀌고 있다. 한편 21세기를 제4차 산업혁명의 시발점으로 보는 시각도 있다. 이러한 새로운 패러다임은 교육 패러다임의 변화도 촉구하였으며, 이에 따라 역량 교육이 중요시되고 있다. 유네스코(UNESCO)와 경제협력개발기구(OECD)는 관련 보고서를 통해 21세기에 갖추어야 할 역량에 대해 제시하였다. 그리고 교육방법과 관련하여 교수자가 강의하는 것보다 학습자가 중심이 되어 학습하는 것이 미래사회에 대비한 역량을 갖추는데 더 효율적이라는 주장이 끊임없이 제기되고 있다. 문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning, PBL), 사례기반학습(Case-Bsed Learning, CBL), 액션러닝(Action Learning, AL), 팀기반학습(Team-Based Learning, TBL), 플립드러닝(Flipped Learnaing, FL) 등이 그런 방법론으로 각광을 받고 있으며 교육 현장에서 실행되고 있다. 이러한 방법들은 나름의 장점과 단점을 지니고 있는데, K대학교에서는 학생들의 인지역량과 수행역량을 함양시키기 위해 기존의 학생 중심교육의 분석을 통해 나름의 독특한 교육방법인 CLD(Creative Learning by Doing)교육방법을 고안하여 학생들을 교육하고 있다. 이 교육방법은 수행역량의 강화를 지향하고 있지만 어느 정도 전공에 관한 인지역량의 강화 역시 도모하고 있다. 이 교육방법은 `협업형 창의융합인재 브리꼴레르`양성이라는 인재상을 구현하기 위한 것으로 이 인재가 갖출 역량을 티엑스(TX)역량이라고 하는데, 이는 `인문소양, 자기전공역량`(이상 T역량)과, `창의적 문제해결역량, 융합적 사고력, 자기주도적 학습역량, 협력적 리더십`(X역량)이다. CLD교육방법은 학생들이 이러한 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 `사전학습(Pre- Class)→적용학습(수업 중)→심화학습(수업 후)`으로 구조화되어 있다. 이는 자기주도적 학습과 팀기반 학습을 적절히 병행하여 학생들의 전공에 관한 인지능력과 수행능력을 극대화하도록 한 것이다. 이 교육방법이 현재 또는 미래사회의 요구에 적절히 대응할 수 있는 충분한 역량을 학생들이 키우도록 기능할 수 있다고 생각한다. At the dawn of 21st century, rapid development in information communication technology and sciences have revised the global paradigm. The 21st century has been viewed as the beginning of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate competent people suitable for the paradigm. To propagate such a paradigm, it important to adopt competency-based curriculum. The reports issued by the UNESCO and OECD suggest some competences required for the people in the 21st century. It also suggested that active learning is much more effective in the establishment of competences for future society than passive learning. So several active learning methods, such as Problem-based Learning, Case-based Learning, Active learning, Team-based Learning, and Flipped Classroom come into action in education. While such methods have the pros and cons in their own ways. K University introduced its unique method `Creative Learning by Doing` to cultivate students` cognitive and applicative competences. The method aims to cultivate the right people for the Bricoleur. It combines T competence in the students` liberal arts background knowledge and major fields, and studies with X competences in creative problem solving ability, integrated thinking ability, self-directed learning ability, and cooperative leadership ability. The Creative Learning by Doing method structuralizes its process into pre-class, in-class and post-class and maximizes both students` cognitive and applicative competences. It is considered that the CLD method enables the cultivation of student competencies for present and future societies.

<P>Amorphous nitrogenated indium-gallium-zinc oxide (a-IGZO:N) thin films were deposited on highly doped silicon (n+Si) wafer substrates and heat-treated by millisecond flash lamp annealing (FLA) at different preheating temperatures to enhance the electrical characteristics of oxynitride thin film transistors (TFTs). A one-dimensional conduction/radiation heat transfer simulation was conducted to predict the temperature fields in the Si substrate, which indicated that the film temperatures during FLA instantaneously rose above 700°C. The electrical characteristics of the a-IGZO:N TFTs were compared with those produced by conventional furnace annealing of one hour. As a result of the FLA process, a remarkable improvement in the TFT device performance was observed in terms of the electrical output characteristics and transfer curves of the a-IGZO:N TFTs. Morphological analyses were conducted using X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscopy, indicating the possibility of partial crystallization of the a-IGZO:N channel layers under high-temperature annealing conditions, but the best TFT performance was found for the amorphous phase of IGZO:N.</P>
