분석전자현미경을 이용한 Invar 합금의 저온 상변화 연구

The low-temperature phase transformations occurring in the invar alloys can be understood by investigating microstructure and microchemistry of the meteoritic metal which is basically an Fe-Ni alloy. At the invar composition (Fe-36Ni), meteoritic metal contains a cloudy zone structure composed of an island region (high Ni ordered FeNi with low Ni precipitates) and a surrounding honeycomb region (low Ni single phase martensite). The low-temperature Fe-Ni phase diagram has been assessed experimentally by investigating Fe-Ni regions of meteorites using high resolution analytical electron microscopy techniques. The microstructural development of the cloudy zone can be understood by application of the Fe-Ni phase diagram. At low temperatures below 400℃, metastable phase transformations such as spinodal decomposition, ordering reaction, precipitation and martensitic transformation occur and form metastable phases in the parent γ -fcc phase.

This study was analyzed the validity and the reliability of evaluation norm. which was used in choosing and grading events of the General Motor Ability Test. The General Motor Ability Test has been done for applicants for entrance to the department of physical education, college of education, Pusan National University. The subjects of this study were 433 applicants(men :387, women :46) for three years. They were tested in seven events : 1) 100m Dash, 2) 1500m Run(man), 800m Run (woman), 3) Throwing Hand-Ball, 4) Broad Jump, 5) Chinning(man), Flexed-Arm Hang(woman), 6) Zig-Zag Run, 7) Trunk Flexion. The results could be summerized as follows ; 1. In 100m Dash, 1500m Run, and Throwing Hand-Ball, man's average records were shown normal distribution which was inclined toward low ll grade. Therefore, the interval size of those three events must be regulated to lower. 2. Average records of Broad Jump in man were distributed into high (1) grade. So, the interval size must be adjusted to higher. 3. In Chinning, Zig-Zag Run, ad Trunk Flexion, man's average records were shawn normal distribution, and the interval size was similar to present records. 4. For woman, it was impossible to analyze correctly in all seven events because of the small number of subjects. So, it was for the sake of the reference. 5. The record of applicants for three years were operated to the variable quantity analysis. And the restults were these ; 100m Dash was F=3.0865(p<0.05), Chinning F=3.9309(p<0.05), Broad Jump F=14.7338(p<0.001), Throwing Hand-Ball F=4.9716(p<0.01), and Zig-Zag Run F=6.8297(p<0.001). Then, it was shown statistical meaningful difference in three groups. 6. In investigating the validity in choosing seven events, it was concluded that the events have been chosen reasonably. Because all events except for 100m Dash, and Zig-Zag Run in man were independent. From the analysis of the General Motor Ability Test, we could realized the necessity of regulating the standard and the interval size in several events. Then, we proposed the new evaluation norm which was suitable to present situation.

This study compared and analyzed the time-records between two books that is, the best new world record book issued by I.A.A.F and the track and field record book issued by A.T.F.S by using the regression and ratio-increasing method. Two books consist of the world records and the annual world records, respectively. This study aims to predict how the 2000-year world record and the annual world record would be changed. Based on the analysis, time recorded of 2000 year 100m race would be predicted as follows; 1. Men's world record was estimated to 9.68 seconds (regression method), and 9.66 seconds (ratio-increasing method). And annual world record was estimated to 9.75 seconds (regression method), and to 9.74 seconds (ratio-increasing method), respectively. 2. Women's world record was estimated to 10.34 seconds (regression method) and 10.14 seconds (ratio-increasing method). And annual world record was estimated to 10.43 seconds (regression method), and 10.11 seconds (ratio-increasing method), respectively.

Purpose: As a minimal invasive device for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treatment, prostatic urethral lift (PUL) is widely accepted worldwide but not widely used in Korea. We investigated the one-year results of for patients with BPH in Korea.Materials and Methods: From April 2017 to June 2018, 42 patients with BPH were treated with PUL under local anesthesia with sedation. International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and maximum urinary flow rate and post-void residual (PVR) were evaluated preoperatively and 1, 3, 6, and 12 months later.Results: Mean age was 69.57±8.58 years old, and mean prostatic volume was 37.17±12.19 cc. Preoperative total IPSS and quality of life (QOL) were 19.94±7.81 and 3.69±1.30, respectively. Total IPSS improved to 11.26±7.22 (p<0.001), and QOL was 2.42±1.43 (p=0.01) after one month. Patients showed no evidence of inflammation related to the implants. IPSS and QOL were somewhat worse after 3 months but were better than baseline at 6 and 12 months. Preoperative maximum flow rate (Qmax) was 9.71±5.45 ml/sec, and one month after surgery, it had improved to 12.63±7.33 (p=0.01); it remained good at 3, 6, and 12 months (12.63±7.38, 12.45±7.39, 14.73±9.67). PVR was not significant at any points postoperative (80.61±67.91 to 43.95±8.19, p=0.119). No patient reported retrograde ejaculation, erectile dysfunction or urinary tract infection.Conclusions: We evaluated the one-year efficacy of PUL for BPH treatment in Korea, and found significant improvement of IPSS, QOL and Qmax. It is expected that not only the improvement of voiding symptom but also the preservation of sexual function with a low risk of adverse events.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Nitrogen molecules have been encapsulated into the central hollows of vertically aligned carbon nitride (CN) multiwalled nanofibers by dc plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition with C<SUB>2</SUB>H<SUB>2</SUB>, NH<SUB>3</SUB>, and N<SUB>2</SUB> gases on a Ni/TiN/Si(100) substrate at 650°C. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectra showed the existence of nitrogen molecules in CN nanofibers. Elemental mapping images with electron energy loss spectroscopy of the CN nanofiber and catalyst metal, and optical emission spectroscopy spectra of the plasma showed the distribution of nitrogen atoms and molecules in the CN nanofiber, catalyst metal, and gaseous precursor, respectively. These studies showed that atomic nitrogen diffused into the catalytic metal particle because of the concentration gradient and then saturated at the bottom of the particle. Saturated nitrogen atom participated in the formation of the CN nanofiber wall but most of nitrogen was trapped in the central hollow of the nanofiber as molecules.</P>

<B>Abstract</B><P>Distribution of wax in laser printer toner was observed using an ultra-high-voltage (UHV) and a medium-voltage transmission electron microscope (TEM). As the radius of the wax spans a hundred to greater than a thousand nanometers, its three-dimensional recognition via TEM requires large depth of focus (DOF) for a volumetric specimen. A tomogram with a series of the captured images would allow the determination of their spatial distribution. In this study, bright-field (BF) images acquired with UHV-TEM at a high tilt angle prevented the construction of the tomogram. Conversely, the Z-contrast images acquired by the medium-voltage TEM produced a successful tomogram. The spatial resolution for both is discussed, illustrating that the image degradation was primarily caused by beam divergence of the Z-contrast image and the combination of DOF and chromatic aberration of the BF image from the UHV-TEM.</P>
