        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        In this paper, new negative ion and cluster generating circuit is proposed for the air cleaner. The circuit has two modes, cluster mode and negative ion mode. Each mode can be changed by using a simple relay. In the cluster mode, the same quantities of negative and positive ions are produced. However, in the negative ion mode, the negative ion is only generated. Operating principles of the proposed circuit are explained in detail. To verify the abovementioned point, the proto type generating circuit is manufactured and tested. Throughout the experimental results, the performance of each mode can be confirmed.

        In case a robot works in space of gravity-free state, it is difficult to estimate object motion parameters because of control problem of itself and moving objects. The nature and parameters of short term motion can be estimated continuously with the goal of understanding motion through the image processing. This paper proposes a method which solves correspondence of feature points when we estimate object motion parameter from image information of freely moving objects in space of gravity-free state. Replacing the inertial coordinate system with the camera coordinate system which is equipped within a space robot, computer simulation results are investigated to be able to analyze a problem of correspond points from image information, and to obtain sequence of angular velocity ω which determine a motion of object.

      • 군병원 간호장교 근무의욕 향상 요인 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the morale of military nurse officers by finding out the level of their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The level of morale and its affecting factors were measured with structured questionnaire. The difference in the level of morale by personal characteristics variables and by job related variables was analyzed with statistical methods such as T=test, F-test, X^(2)-test, and ANOVA. The result of this study can be used improve nurse officer'spersonnel management and to improve the quality of nursing care inmilitary hospitals. Data were collected by questionaries of 287 nurseofficers work in the military hospital in March, 2003. The main results of this research are follows; First. The morale of military nurse officers was high in general. The level of job satisfaction was measured as high in job itself and human relationship factors. The level of morale was measured as high in high rank group, corps-supporting hospital, high school career and married group of nurse officers. While the level of morale was measured as low in the lieutenant rank and in the field army-supporting hospital. Second. The major factors influencing the morale are as follows · Increasing factors ; inner compensation level, human relationship, outer compensation level. · Decreasing factors ; human relationship, outer compensation level, leadership The frequencies of increasing factors and decreasing factors are not different at 5% significant level by the level of morale. Third. The degree of the morale, job satisfaction, organizational commitment are significantly inter-related(+). The factors such as rank, marriage status and service period are significantly related. As a result of this study, we would rather concern about of the morale of low rank nurse officers whose morale level is especially lower than other groups, and also we would rather improve the service condition of the army-supporting hospital by facility modernization. The limitation of this research are the subjective answers of the respondents and the differences of sample size of hospitals in which generalizing of the conclusion may be reserved in some aspects. Accordingly we need mord in-depth studies on human relationship factors influencing the morale of military nurse officers ar required.

        In this paper, the inductor design program using toroidal type magnetic powder core is proposed. Programming tool is Microsoft Excel with which a circuit designer is familiar. A manufacturer's core data is inserted to the file. Various core sizes such as cross-section area, mean path length (MPL), 40% winding surface area and so forth are calculated by some proper equations.       • LLC 공진형 컨버터의 Topology별 효율 분석

        In this paper, several LLC resonant converters applicable to OBC(On-Board Charger) of electric vehicle are presented. Among them, some topologies are analyzed from efficiency point of view in detail. And then, the author concludes that half-bridge LLC resonant converter with center-tapped diode rectifier has the best efficiency. Some simulations are carried out for the selected two topologies.         A new improved quasi-parallel resonant DC link (IQPRDCL) circuit is proposed for soft switching a three-phase pulse-width modulation (PWM) inverter. By inserting only one additional switching device, the circuit has not only minimum voltage stresses for all switching devices but also an enhanced PWM capability due to providing the variable on-off instants of the resonant link. Operational principles and analyses are presented in detail. Some experimental results are also presented to verify the link operation.

      • 潛水된 直立圓柱의 波週期와 最大波力의 關係

        This study is concerned with the choice of wave period arising maximum wave forces loading on the submerged of offshore structure from regular waves of a given height and described about the relationships between Morison's equation and wave coefficients. Also, the procedure estimating maximum wave forces and optimal wave period is introduced and tested through the numerical examples. The results obtained from this work are as follows. The work that choses applicably CD and CM values considered the particular ocean environment at the site of installation of offshore structures is very important to the design of those. 2. The maximum wave forces decrease and the optimal wave periods increase with increase in the depth of immersion. 3. The phase angles arising the maximum wave forces decrease with increase in the given height of wave . 4. Fig. 5 obtained from the mumerical relationships between Y and T will be used availably to detremine the maximum wave forces loading on cylinders which is submerged below still water level from regular waves. 5. The maximum steepness waves have not always the worst conditions for the member submerged below the still water level. 6. The elements which predominately influence upon the wave coefficients are Reynolds number, Keulegan-Carpenter number and the diameter of cylinder to wave length ratio.
