We fabricated OLEDs(organic light emitting diodes) by vacuum evaporation. In our experiments, well-known materials are used; indium-tin-oxide(ITO) coated glass for anode, Al for cathode. N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylpheny)1,1'-bipheny-4,4'-diamine (TPD) for hole-transport layer, and tris(8-hydrxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) for an emissive and electron-measured J-V,L-V and J-Current efficiency I-V-L by using Keithley 236 source-measure unit and Minolta Luminance meter LS-100.
[N,N'-1,2-Phenylenebis(salicylideneiminato)] Manganese(II) 착물의 전기화학적 성질

□Mn(Ⅱ)(SOPD)(2H₂O) [SOPD: N,N'-1,2-phenylenebis (salicylideneimi nate)]as tetradentate Schiff base Manganese(Ⅱ)complex was synthesized. The composition of this complex identified by IR,A.A.,and UV-visible spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis(T.G.A.), and elemental analysis(C.H.N). It seems to be that the mole ratio of anionic ligand SOPD to the Mn(Ⅱ)is 1:1 and Mn(Ⅱ)(SOPD)(2H₂O)complex is hexa- coordinated configuration containing two water molecules. The electrochemical reduction process of the Mn(Ⅱ)(SOPD)(2H₂O) complex was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) at glassy carbon electrode and differential pulse polarography (DPP)at HMDE in nonaqueous solvent containing 0.1M tetraethylammonium perchlorate (TEAP)as a supporting electrolyte. It was found that diffusion controlled reduction process of Mn(Ⅱ) (SOPD)(2H₂O) complex was one step with one electron.

Objective : This study was conducted to prepare the fundamental data on desire of job transfer in hairdresser and prevent the health impairment of hairdresser due to occupational stress and musculosketetal symptoms. Methods and Material : The author surveyed the desire of job transfer and muscurlosketetal symptoms and occupational stress with self-reported questionnaire to 105 hairdresser who were working in beautyshop of Busan area and also 121 student in department of cosmestology as control group. Results : The results were as follows: 1. The rates of self reported symptom were 81.0% for shoulder, 72.4% for back, 67.6% for knee, 58.1% for hand in hairdresser, and 79.3% for shoulder, 71.9% for back, 66.9% for neck, 64.5% for hand and knee in student. 2. The rate of musculoskeletal symptom by NIOSH criteria was 36.2% in hairdresser, it was higher than student group(24.8%)(p<0.1). Occupational stress of the groups by occupational stress category was high as decision latitude, skill discretion, psycological job demand, decision authority in order. 3. The results of logistic regression of related varibles with desire of quitting job by logistic regression were statistical bordline significance between desire of quilting and social support(p<0.1). Conclusion : As above results, the author suggest to prepare the preventive program an musculoskeletal symptoms in hairdresser, especially shoulder, and also to control the occupational stress to hairdresser in beauty shop because occupational stress can be a factor of desire of quitting job.
자동차차체 및 부품제조업 산업장의 작업환경실태에 관한 조사 연구

Objectives: For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and control the working environment and assessing the status of working environmental in manufacturing industry of bodies for motor car and of parts. Methods and Materials: Accessories for motor car and its engines the auther measured the noise level, concentration of dust, heavymetals, organic solvents, chemicals to 99 industries(24 working processes) form Feb. 2000 to Oec. 2000. Results: The results were as follows : 1. Mean noise level cutting, grinding, pressing, foundries and shot-blast was exceeded to threshold limit value(TLV) of noise. 2. Mean concentration of total dust was not exceeded to TLV. 3. Mean concentration of Mn in welding process and Pb in drying, welding, fabricating, rolling was exceeded to TLV. 4. Mean concentration for chemicals and organic solvents were not exceeded to TLV. 5. Mean concentration of dust and heavymetals were statistical significant difference between with local ventilation system and without local ventilation system. Conclusion: Above results, author suggest to prepare more passively control to working environment where exceeded the TLV.
부스트 컨버터가 결합된 Push-Pull형 고주파 공진인버터에 관한 연구

This paper describes a Push-Pull type high frequency resonant inverter composed of consolidation of boost converter circuit and resonant inverter circuit. By using a boost converter circuit, the proposed inverter can obtain a twice input voltage of resonant circuit and reduce a secondary turn ratios. Also, by using both switching device of boost-converter and resonant circuit, the number of switching device can be reduced by half. The analysis of the proposed circuit was generally described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. In the future, this proposed inverter shows that it can be practically used as a power source system for the lighting equipment of discharge lamp, induction heating applications.

Aromatic polyimides are promising membrane materials for gas separation due to their excellent gas separationproperties. Herein, two soluble semi-alicyclic polyimides were synthesized via a one-step thermalimidization process with two semi-alicyclic dianhydrides possessing kink structures: bicyclo[2,2,2] oct-7ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BCDA) and 5-(2,5-dioxotetrahydrofuryl)-3-methyl-3-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylic anhydride (DOCDA), and a flexible aromatic diamine: 4,40-Oxydianiline (ODA). Theirhomo- and blended membranes were prepared in various mixing ratios (100/0, 75/25, 50/50, 25/75, and0/100) and their gas permeation properties were investigated for five gases (H2, CO2, O2, N2, and CH4) andselectivity for five gas pairs (H2/CH4, H2/N2, CO2/CH4, CO2/N2, and O2/N2). The homopolyimides (BCDAODA,DOCDA-ODA) exhibited amorphous structure without crystallinity and good solubilities in the castingsolvents. BCDA-ODA showed larger d-spacing/FFV values, higher gas diffusivities/gas solubilities thanDOCDA-ODA, resulted in higher gas permeabilities and lower gas selectivity, which were remarkablyaffected by feed temperature. Also, the gas permeability and selectivity of the blended membranes weredependent upon the BCDA/DOCDA mole ratio. The good gas separation performances of homo- andblended membranes were observed for H2/CH4, H2/N2, CO2/CH4, and O2/N2, which are comparable tothose of commercial membrane materials such as P84, PSF, CA, Matrimid, etc.
Development of Real Surveillance System Using UGV and UAV

This study develops the real surveillance system using UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle) and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) to implement the Air-to-Surface mission. Firstly, the new hardware configurations for UGV and UAV are created. The UGV has camera, radar, 3D Lidar, and the thermal camera with vertical extension unit to detect the enemy. Also, the UGV has the landing and takeoff parts for UAV. The UAV is the quadrotor which has the flight camera and the thermal camera. Moreover, the wireless network system is applied to hardware configurations for the collaborative system between UGV and UAV. It can transfer the video to GCS (Ground Control System). Secondly, the software architecture is designed to address the command, operate the actuator, and run the detection algorithm. This software is installed to a new concept of embedded hardware. Finally, the experiment is performed to check the value of the proposed system. This study can affect the development of the air-to-surface techniques and the change of the air force operating environments.
