Double pyrolus, one of the relatively rare anomalies of the gastrointestinal tract, is a fistulous communication between the gastric antrum and the duodenal bulb. The first case of a double Pylorus was reported in 1969 by Smith, since then several cases have been reported. Recently, as the frequency of examining upper gastrointestinal series and endoscopy increases, it occurs more frequently and a few cases have been described in our country. According to the reports previously published, it resulted only from cysts, diverticla, atresia, band, membrane malformation of the pylorus, however, it might be also caused by penetration, complication of peptic ulcer. We report a case of double pylorus in a 67-year old man with prolonged administration of corticostetoids due to lumbago who has complained epigastric pain which was confirmed by endoscopy and biopsy.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse how the labor-interests has been represented in the National Assembly without labor party in 1980's and 1990's. Especially this paper asks whether the democratic transition after 1987 and the establishment of democratic government has brought about any change in the National Assembly's labor-interest representation function. The answer is that National Assembly's labor-interest representation function has been weakened after democratization contrary to the minimalist's optimistic prospect about procedural democracy's effect.

In this study, a computer program is developed for optimum design of the reinforced concrete frames which is able to calculate automatically the optimum variables and total construction cost by the integer variable transformation method. To verify the accuracy of the proposed computer program, its results are compared by the various type of frames. Using the proposed computer program, the various influence of design parameters are studied and their results are analyzed. In this study, the structure used in parametric investigation is frame of 1 bay and 2 bay in 1st story with the beams length of 3.0∼4.5 meters, the columns height of 3.0∼4.5 meters. A total number of parameters are five which is used for the analysis. From the results of parametric investigations considering frames, the convergence are closed 1~ 9 cycle and their influences are very effective. To maximize the efficiency of the section design, the safety selection of reinforce size must be guaranteed and the accurate structural analysis must be accompanied.
지역난방 규모에 따른 열병합발전플랜트의 경제적 최적용량 선정에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to find plant utilities capacity for economical operation of combined heat & power by reducing energy expenditure. Using a numerical simulation program CHPSIM, a comparative analysis of additional heat expenditure (AHE) of combined heat & power plant in relation to size of district heating has been performed within the comparison of the difference capacity of gas turbine and steam turbine . As a results, if a 105.2MW gas turbine (exhaust gas temp ; 540$^{\circ}C$) installed in CHP plant can reduced 17-18% yearly the AHE than 75MW gas turbine (520$^{\circ}C$) installed. If a 130-150MW gas turbine (560-580$^{\circ}C$) installed, can reduced 34.7-35.8% of the yearly AHE.

More efforts are required to efficiently operate and manage measured data in AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) and manual meter reading that have not become com:[m yet. As customer complaints increase the most appropriate way of finding solutions is precise and reliable metering of data which should be able to maximize customer satisfactions. In this parer, we designed a data mining technique that recommended the reliability of measured data on manual meter reading and a mCRM(Mobile CRM) system that expanded CRM(Customer Relationship Management). We will propose a mCRM in which the system compares the patterns of customer's using data. W the measured data gathered is outside of a similarity measure(maximum and minimum), it enhances the reliability of measured data by managing this fact in mobile for each customers. We will proposed a system where the mCRM provides customers with reliability and efficiency when related enterprises cannot establish AMR because of the burden of extra costs. 국내에서는 아직 보편화 되고 있지 않은 AMR(Automatic Meter Reading)시스템과 수동검침에서 검침한 데이터에 대한 효율적인 운영과 관리를 위해서 더욱 많은 노력이 요구되고 있으며 커져가는 고객의 불만에 대해서 가장 적절한 불만해소 방법으로 정확한 데이터 검침으로 고객의 불만을 만족으로 극대화할 수 있어 야 한다. 이를 위해서 고객의 불만해소와 신뢰성 있는 검침을 해야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 수동검침에 대한 검침 데이터의 신뢰성 추천을 위한 데이터마이닝기법(사례기반추론)과 고객관계관리(CRM : Customer Relationship Management)를 확충한 기반으로 한 mCRM(Mobile CRM)시스템을 설계하였다. 제안한 시스템은 mCRM시스템을 통해 고객의 사용 데이터 패턴을 비교하여 유사값(최대값과 최소값)에 벗어나는 검침데이터가 발생했을 때 각 고객에게 이 사실을 모바일로 관리하여 검침 데이터에 대한 신뢰성을 높여 주고 관련 기업에서 추가비용의 부담으로 원격 검침시스템을 구축하지 못할 때 고객에 게 신뢰성과 효율성을 줄 수 있는 mCRM시스템을 설계하고자 한다.
